They had a very healthy selection of live aquatic plants as well as a good selection of fish. I purchased an additional fish and 2 snails for my community tank. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a great selection. I will definitely be back in the future as their items, and customer service highly outweighs those options closer to home for us. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

My snake had multiple layers of stuck shed from poor husbandry from the previous owner. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful with providing remedies to remove that stuck shed. Purchased a humid hide and moss that was recommended. The snake sat in that humid hide for about a week and finally today she was able to have a full and complete shed! Today I went in for two things, and the more petite, auburn haired, middle aged women was, as always, very helpful, as was the tall graying gentleman who gave me some great advice on questions I had about agility equipment. Even the young person behind the counter was polite. It was "business as usual" with exceptional customer service and I, for one, appreciate it. I grew up on a farm out in the country and I've LOVED this store from the moment I set foot in it (it reminds me of the feed store we used when I grew up), so I was really surprised / disappointed when my customer experience was negative during *several* back-to-back visits! I'll do everything I possibly can to support a LOCAL business whenever possible, even if it means driving a little further or paying a little more. I visited this store for the first time on Friday with my mom, and unfortunately it was a very…read moreuncomfortable experience. I drove 45 minutes specifically to find Stella & Chewy's stew, which is the only brand my dogs eat. I was actually really excited at first the store is big and has a great selection. However, almost immediately after walking in, I got the feeling that we were being watched. At first I tried to ignore it, but it quickly became obvious that multiple employees were following us around, pretending to stock shelves while staying close to us the entire time. I've worked in asset protection before, so I can recognize that kind of behavior. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and anxious, especially since I already deal with social anxiety. At one point I even told my mom I wanted to leave because it felt like they thought we were stealing, but we stayed since we didn't drive that far for nothing. When we finally checked out and were leaving, several employees stood near the entrance just staring at us, which made the situation even worse. I've never felt so judged and unwelcome in a store before. What should have been a positive first visit turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I won't be coming back and will just continue purchasing elsewhere.
