He had been sitting in a pasture and I desperately needed some advancement in my riding ability. After an internet search, I came across Steve Wright at Wright Ranch. His theory of "Building a strong foundation for you and your horse" was just what we needed. I have ridden with trainers before, but never walked away feeling like I had gained the skills I was seeking. After just over a week in training and two hour long lessons, both my horse and I have exceeded all my expectations. Steve is a patient and consistent trainer. His priority of working on horse and rider as a unit has forced me to break out of my comfort zone and adapt to this method with empowering results.
