Misleading Auction Practices - Buyer Beware…read more I won an Urge2Hunt auction with a high bid of $3,750. The day after the auction closed, I was contacted by Serge and told there was an undisclosed minimum price of $7,950 that I would have to pay to receive the hunt. This minimum was never disclosed anywhere in the auction listing before or during bidding. After asking Serge to show where this requirement was stated, I received no response. Changing the price after an auction closes is misleading and undermines trust in the process. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews, this appears to be a pattern of undisclosed terms and pricing changes. Proceed with caution.

    # Buyer Caution: Urge2hunt (My Personal Experience)…read more Sharing my personal experience to help others do their homework before booking. - In my experience, the hunt we booked did not match the description we were given. - We were told the tag covered a 2‑mile radius on private land. - Over two full days, we did not see any game. - Access appeared to require a side-by-side to get around effectively. - Guidance on where to go was limited to a few general areas suggested by the landowner. I'm not making any accusations--just sharing what happened to us so others can make informed decisions. Different hunters may have different outcomes. ## Suggestions for Anyone Considering It - Research independent reviews across multiple, unrelated websites. - Ask detailed questions about land access, actual hunt area size, recent success rates, and whether a side-by-side is necessary. - Use a payment method with buyer protections; avoid "friends and family" payments so you have recourse if needed. - Get key details in writing (access, boundaries, lodging, equipment requirements, refund/cancellation policies). I wish we'd done more due diligence beforehand. Hopefully this helps others protect their time and money. Update: I find it funny He says he's got a great reviews. Make sure to look everywhere including Facebook rock slide and other places he's an absolute rip off. I've made sure to tell everybody possible and will continue to tell everybody possible.. he says we didn't put the work in that that's funny. We had four guys with two full days and didn't see a single elk.. Hunt does not what he promised and now he can't stand that people are calling him out. FAFO!!

I would be remiss if I didn't relay my personal experience with Golden Ram Sportsman's Club back in…read more2023. I had made a deposit for a blind seat at Natomas Levee Rd/Fifield with the intention of hunting the 23/24 season. Unfortunately, I was beset with a life threatening health issue and couldn't make hunting work with a colostomy bag inside my waders. I made it known to Bruce, our contact with Golden Ram, that I couldn't make the commitment, so I contacted my blind partner, and he said he would take my seat. I then contacted Bruce, with plenty of notice, to let him know I filled my spot, and Bruce assured me in a text message that I would get my deposit in the amount of $584 back. Nick (pres. at Golden Ram), also agreed with me that my deposit should be returned. Over a year later, no refund, and nothing but crickets. Think twice before spending your money at Golden Ram...buyer beware!

This is a great club. Lot's of good properties and easy to get access. Perfect for our family…read more We've been members for over 12 years and never had a problem getting on to the ranches. There are no guarantees in hunting so it's about putting time in on the ranch and getting away from the main roads by hiking. I'm not sure what these complainers are whining about because there is no favoritism that I've seen in 12 years. The complaint about getting kicked out of a blind is completely false. We've hunted an executive blind and know exactly where this guy hunted. They were just bad duck hunters and made the experience bad for everyone else. All the surrounding blinds in the area are glad they are kicked out.
