I came in the other day with a friend who needed to grab a flea collar and some treats for her geriatric kitty and I was pleasantly surprised. Logan greeted us with a friendly welcome, the store was clean and organized and we were able to find everything she needed. We also got to look at some adorable chinchillas and bearded dragons, so that was a plus! I was excited to see they had a grooming area but it was closed when I was there. I would love to try their services in the future and update my review. The bathroom was also closed as we were told they don't have the staffing to keep up with current cleaning regulations. I probably spend more money on my dog every month then I do on myself, so I loved the clothing area and that it had a large sizing guide. The store seemed awesome but I typically do most of my shopping online because it's more convenient for me. Coming here made me realize it is also quite fiscally smart, as, while we were waiting in line, I saw the EXACT potty bags I had just bought for my pup on amazon. I had to check my account on my phone quickly to make sure because, while I paid $8.17 online with free delivery, they were $28.99 in this store. I understand that brick and mortar stores have to have higher prices due to higher overhead, but I will probably continue shopping online. Outside of the prices, I actually enjoyed my trip to the store, so if you prefer to shop in person I would recommend it and I will probably be back soon to try out their grooming service when they are open. I would also love to grab my pup some of the custom made cookies that were so cute! Our cashier Dawn was also lovely and friendly and I would give the customer service here 5 stars easily!

If I could give this petco zero stars for my experience yesterday I would. This is the worst petco I have ever been to, the staff (shift supervisor Evelyn in particular) was extremely rude and very insensitive. For an establishment that claims to care so much about pets, they really dropped the ball here. We waited about ten minutes, while the three ladies at the front checkout chatted away, for another busy employee to come assist us in the aquatics department. She was vocal about her irritation of the other employees laziness, stating one of them should've helped us instead of sending her as she was with another customer. after telling the pet care partner our set up and selecting our fish we made our way to the check out counter to buy our fish and our items. Two of the three girls were still taking and on their phones, the girl who helped us in aquatics complained to the other girl about how unprofessional the two girls were being and how she needed more help. It was unfortunate to hear. Oh, before we move on the women's bathroom was completely out of hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels! Upon arriving home our fish passed away so we made the journey back to Petco to return our dead fish and see what had went wrong. Our five year old daughter set the fish on the counter and told the lady what happened, she was of course visibly upset, the employee called for her shift supervisor (Evelyn) to come refund us. When Evelyn reached the counter she told us she would refund us this time but that she "wouldn't be selling us any fish for two weeks since these died." Ouch! First of all, we weren't thinking of new fish right this second, we were still very upset over the other two fish, second is that how you really approach the situation in front of a child, one who is upset about the new fish she just bought herself and named? I understand the policy, but the deliverance was not there at all. Not even an "I'm sorry this happened." Anyways, She proceeded to talk down to my mother in law with the most atrocious tone in her voice while we were trying to process the return and claiming again that they won't sell us any fish for two weeks because they care about who their pets go home too, not that we even asked to repurchase, and the other employee asked in Spanish, in front of my daughter, "do we throw them in the trash?" Geez!! Couldn't even wait until the kid walks away to ask about trashing them? At the end when I asked what her name was, she replied "Evelyn, it's on the receipt if you'd look." Over all, this was the worst experience we have had at a petco in all the years we have shopped here. I will absolutely never return and will be looking for an establishment that actually cares about their pets and customers.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I brought my dog in for grooming and when I picked her up her eyes were so red. It looks like they didn't clean her eyes and I specifically asked if they clean the ears and they told me they do. I went home got her off the car and looked into her ears and not a single thing looked clean. For $70 you would think they would do decent but not even the bare minimum. Customer service Amanda was awful they would only offer 15% back, Seriously? They put you on hold after hold. do not bring your dog here!

Thank you to Petco and to Taylor for cutting Tito and Otis's hair so well! They are ready for October now! Always a great experience for us!

4 hours and they didn't do nothing but shave a portion so upsetting.

This was my dogs second time coming here. He did have some matting issues that I explained and had…read moretold her to do whatever she thinks to get the matts away as well as to just get him shorter due to warmer weather. It didn't surprise me that he came home shaved in most parts. What did surprise me is that he did come home smelling like anal glands (poop smell) and was licking his back legs constantly. I scanned the places he was licking and he has 3 gashes on his legs that are puffed up with blood and dead skin. Could be more but haven't checked. I'm sad that this was not mentioned when he was handed to me as i'm sure a cut like that multiple times would make him yelp in pain. I paid $175 for this cut too, not knowing any of this. Just sad for my dog and wanted to warn any others about this if you're thinking about booking here. I won't be bringing him back.

I've taken my dog a few other places before I finally brought him here. Normally, I worry about…read moreleaving him with strangers, but all the girls here are sweet, and I know that they will treat him as if her were their own. I'm horrible with trying to explain what I want in a hair cut but they always seem to know what I'm talking about and make him look his best. The interior is always clean, and I've never heard a crying dog so that's always a good sign. They used to have allow you to bring your dog in for self-washes, but they have gotten away from that now. The self-use tubs are now blocked with a fence, I'm not too sure how long that has been the case. Either way, I couldn't be happier with the work they do and the way they conduct business.

I contacted Lodi Mobile Pet Grooming on a Sunday, and Ashley responded promptly. After texting back…read moreand forth for a few minutes, I requested a phone call so I could ask some questions. She called without hesitation and addressed all of my inquiries. Later in the week, I easily scheduled my appointment through their user-friendly website. Ashley and Sean arrived on time and took the time to understand my grooming needs. My dog is quite large and has long hair, so they explained what to expect during the grooming process and got to work in their mobile trailer. They spent about three hours grooming my dog. Throughout the whole process, they were professional and communicated with me via text. When they brought my dog out of the mobile salon, she looked amazing, smelled incredible, and her fur was soft. I was very pleased with the work that Ashley and Sean did. They are both knowledgeable and took the time to provide me with tips on how to maintain my dog's long coat. If you're looking for a mobile groomer, I highly recommend Sean and Ashley.

I paid over $100 for a service advertised as being 1 hour long, thinking my cat would get an excellent deep cleaning, but was only serviced for 15 minutes before she rushed off, and it showed in the results that this was sloppy, rushed work. I understand she had to skip blow drying because my cat was nervous, but it takes 5-10 minutes to blow dry a small short haired cat. Servicing us for just 15 minutes when I paid over $100 for 1 hour of labor is highly unprofessional and disrespectful, as is she as a person. She decided to confront me over text and make excuses for her actions. After telling her to please stop texting me, she continued to disturb me with yet another nonsensical message from a different number, all of this because she cannot simply admit that this was a matter of false advertising on her part. I would implore her to try acting like an adult and take responsibility for her own mistakes, instead of reacting with such rampant emotions and defensiveness. I am sure she will be itching to write another one of her charming, articulate messages in response to this review, but I do hope she chooses to reflect instead.
