Two emails ahead of scheduled appointment at the Tracy location reminding us to be early or our appointment would be forfeited. Also required completion of all measurements and project info etc. ahead of our visit, which we excitedly did ahead of our scheduled time. Showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early and checked in so the team would know we were there. Our consultant was assisting a customer with what appeared to be a small purchase when another individual walked in and asked a question. We watched as he proceeded to assist the other customer until 35 minutes after our scheduled start time. At that point we walked out. During this time we asked another one of the Sincere team members if they could assist and were told we had to wait for our designer. No effort was made to take care of us. No one offered an update on when we would finally have our appointment. To add insult to injury, the AC was not working and the place felt like it was 100 degrees inside. Absolutely horrible!! We were prepared to spend thousands on a kitchen remodel and am glad we didn't spend a dime here!! I'm sure their service once they had our money would probably have been worse!
