There are a handful that are always smiling and always ask if they can help you as you walk around and they see you. Pretty well stocked for general items. Seasonal item areas on this visit were empty shelves on aisles as they switch to holiday items from summer outdoor items. Prices are comparable to other craft stores, not always the cheapest. Since all items are price lsticker label tagged, the prices can vary on the same item. So check through the packages or items, there might be a lower price tag. Cashiers need to either memorize what's on sale or check their sales list, so I've noticed i don't always get the sale price. Always check your receipts. Location is convinient for when I'm running errands at the mall, but it's not always my go to craft store. Store is always clean as well as having clean restrooms. You need a pass code to use the bathrooms.

Also required completion of all measurements and project info etc. ahead of our visit, which we excitedly did ahead of our scheduled time. Our consultant was assisting a customer with what appeared to be a small purchase when another individual walked in and asked a question. We watched as he proceeded to assist the other customer until 35 minutes after our scheduled start time. At that point we walked out. During this time we asked another one of the Sincere team members if they could assist and were told we had to wait for our designer. No effort was made to take care of us. No one offered an update on when we would finally have our appointment. To add insult to injury, the AC was not working and the place felt like it was 100 degrees inside. Absolutely horrible!! We were prepared to spend thousands on a kitchen remodel and am glad we didn't spend a dime here!! I'm sure their service once they had our money would probably have been worse! The other cashier suddenly leaves to do some random stuff and not tend to the customers. There is now only 2 cashiers for 10 customers mind you. It's obvious they do not have their priorities straight. Ringing up customers should be their first priority. When it came to our turn to pay I put my shopping cart away from the walking path and put it near the window along with all those messy hangers, again I moved it away so it's not blocking a walk way. The hangers the employees stacked there was more of a safety hazard if anything. My hands were full and I had a heavy bag plus a shopping bag and I have a bad arm so it's hard for me to push the cart with only one arm while holding the other things on one hand. Mind you I'm undergoing physically therapy for my arm and it's painful. The other cashier that was ringing up another customer behind me had the nerve to boss me around and tell me to put the cart back in the return area and 100 percent of the time I do except in this case due to my bad arm. First of all I don't work here and it's not my job. Secondly the other 2 cashiers that were hanging around my vicinity were just dilly dallying so they can put the cart away and need to stop being so lazy! Before turning off his light he had an issue with a transaction 2 custo.ers befire me and had to leave to get a manager or shift supervisor for help. After he came back then he turned off his light but didn't say anything to those standing in line. While he went to get help more people gad lined up behind me since there were only 2 registers open. After another couple of minutes he came and told me that he was closed. I told him I was in line before he turned off his lane light. He didn't seem to care and walked back to his register. Of he had looked up to see who was the last person in line before turning off his lane light, that would have been better customer service care. Luckily this is not my go to box store. I inly come to target if I have other errands at the mall. Primarily due to their lack of merchandise variety in the grocery department and poor cashier customer service qnd long lines at the registers. I only had a couple of items but xant 7se the self checkout since they don't allow cash to pay there.
