He did a great job of explaining our options. He also had different samples for us to look at which helped in the decision making process. Once we made our decision, I felt that his price was fair for the quality we were receiving. It took about four weeks for our ten shutters to arrive. We scheduled an installation date and time. Again, Bob arrived on time for our install date. After a few hours, our shutters were installed and they turned out wonderful. After installing the shutters, Bob explained how they operate.
