A few days later I emailed Ruby asking if they offer any discounts. She said they offer 10% off for Veterans. In less than three weeks, we received a call from Phil, the owner, who said they had received a Sunday shipment and he could install them the following Wednesday. He arrived at the scheduled time and within thirty minutes, our lovely blinds were installed. He did honor the 10% discount and deducted that amount from our balance.
