Raul came to our home, measured, and sent a competitive quote on Hunter Douglas shades for 7 windows. We received our quote a few days later than promised, but that was no big deal. We decided we wanted to move ahead with the purchase from this company but needed to edit two options on the quote in order to finalize it. We phoned to request an updated quote. When we didn't receive one within the promised time frame we then followed up via email and received no response. At that point we gave up and moved on. Long story short, I found Raul by going through a third-party vendor and I got lucky enough to get Raul to install my blinds. From the outset, Raul was professional, prompt, and knew what he was doing. Having someone who is a complete stranger come into your house and do work can be a weird feeling, but Raul very quickly felt like a friend all while doing an amazing job. I had older Hunter Douglas shades in a home purchased at Mariposa that were showing age and had multiple issues like strings not working properly and tilting shades. Got an answer said they did but only go out certain day/ or so due to the distance which I didn't mind because I saw the great reviews. As I would rather wait and pay more for quality that may cost and take longer to have good service and a good product.
