They carry excellent brands like Magnetic Me, Jellycat baby books, and other brands that I would often see that Nordstrom carried. They also have ornaments that places like William & Sonoma carried. Additionally they carry local business owners products from diffusing oils, jewelry (crystal druzy necklaces), and perfume edt. I also really like their clothing style too! If you're looking for a present to bring to a party I highly recommend this place because they will also wrap it for you! Great for birthdays, Christmas, baby showers. Also, the owner is so sweet and helpful!

Perfect for those of us that commute into the bay during the week, we can enjoy a small slice of downtown when we're actually in the area. The owl box has such a fun, classy and sassy variety of home decor, clothing, jewelry, and other gifts. With gift wrapping included... this is the perfect place to stop by to grab a wedding gift, baby shower gift, or presents for any other occasion. During our visit, we found gifts for my brother in law, mother in law, ourselves, and my sister. All while having fun conversation with the store staff and avoiding big crowds and lines and supporting the local community. Thank you owl box for having such a fun mixture of gift options available and for keeping your store open during days/times that accommodate us!

Very happy with the "Jeep" ducking items they had in stock…read more They have an entire wall of iron-on patches that I needed for my MIL. The floor employees were helpful when I asked questions. The checkout cashier was amazing. Very friendly too. As with any type of craft store, you need to watch for in-store promotions. Because they don't have coupons.

Employees out in other parts of the store... some are smiling some aren't. The ones that have a look on their face like they don't want to be there will put on a fake smile when you ask for help. There are a handful that are always smiling and always ask if they can help you as you walk around and they see you. Pretty well stocked for general items. Seasonal item areas on this visit were empty shelves on aisles as they switch to holiday items from summer outdoor items. Prices are comparable to other craft stores, not always the cheapest. Since all items are price lsticker label tagged, the prices can vary on the same item. So check through the packages or items, there might be a lower price tag. Cashiers need to either memorize what's on sale or check their sales list, so I've noticed i don't always get the sale price. Always check your receipts. Location is convinient for when I'm running errands at the mall, but it's not always my go to craft store. Store is always clean as well as having clean restrooms. You need a pass code to use the bathrooms.

It may not always be the most organized…read morestore, and the staff can be a little hit or miss, but the finds here always satisfy my shopping itch. There is a security guard at the front but they're always so friendly and don't make you feel uncomfortable. If you enjoy the thrill of bargain hunting, this location is worth checking out!

Horrible service! The staff do not care about their customers. There was 10 people in line and 4…read morecashiers, suddenly one of the cashiers decides to wander off to the corner of the store and starts making this loud noise banging those plastic jewelry boxes, I don't know if she was trying to organize or what but it was extremely loud and very annoying. The other cashier suddenly leaves to do some random stuff and not tend to the customers. There is now only 2 cashiers for 10 customers mind you. It's obvious they do not have their priorities straight. Ringing up customers should be their first priority. When it came to our turn to pay I put my shopping cart away from the walking path and put it near the window along with all those messy hangers, again I moved it away so it's not blocking a walk way. The hangers the employees stacked there was more of a safety hazard if anything. My hands were full and I had a heavy bag plus a shopping bag and I have a bad arm so it's hard for me to push the cart with only one arm while holding the other things on one hand. Mind you I'm undergoing physically therapy for my arm and it's painful. The other cashier that was ringing up another customer behind me had the nerve to boss me around and tell me to put the cart back in the return area and 100 percent of the time I do except in this case due to my bad arm. First of all I don't work here and it's not my job. Secondly the other 2 cashiers that were hanging around my vicinity were just dilly dallying so they can put the cart away and need to stop being so lazy! The lady that was bossing me around act like she has to go get the cart outside, the cart doesn't even go outside! and has that annoying long pole attach to it so you can't take it outside so stop being so lazy and do your job! After making customers wait in line so long why don't you put the cart away? You should be grateful my husband was nice enough to put the cart away for your lazy A%#! So you're welcome glad we could be of assistance! If you catch my drift! I forgot why I haven't been back to Ross in over a year, now I remember why, it's because the customer service is awful! I could understand if the store was busy but it was not, it was a weekday not even during holiday season. I use to like Ross and moved here from the Bay Area, this one in Tracy is unorganized and looks very depressing! The one in the Bay Area was much nicer to their customers and more organized and the store was much cleaner.
