I called D&C Roadrunner glass randomly off the internet and I'm so glad I did. What would've taken 2-3 days lead time from every other glass company I called took them less than a day and the kicker is they charged me roughly half of what the other companies I called quoted me. The installer was very professional and his work impeccable. I've never had a better experience with a service company. I highly recommend them to anyone who has need of their services. read more

He did an amazing, amazing job! Cleaned all the glass and the window looks great! I highly recommend this company! Great customer service and great quality work read more

Have problems with your patio door opening and closing? We did and had two choices. Do it ourselves or hire someone to do the job for us. We had Roadrunner come out and give us an estimate. They said they could replace the rollers on our patio door. I was surprised at the cost of the rollers but the price they gave was close to the same price on the internet. They sent one technician out and said he had to return with the parts. They spent about 1 hour changing out the rollers and track. The door now works better than when it was new. The technician was polite and performed the job perfectly. Also, checked the lock, and made adjustments. It also works better now. I would go to this company as my first choice in the future. Hiring the job done rather than DIY was the best choice. Saved me a lot of agony trying to get the right parts and taking the door out multiple times. Not something I wanted to do at my age. This company was well worth the price!!! read more

Failure to keep, Had to wait 10 day's to get there guy out to measure, Then one day prior to the appointment they cancel siting a BS story there guy had been exposed to Covid, Give me a break, Rescheduled had to wait another 10 day's just to have the guy measure the opening, He was here for 10 Minutes, This is to replace two standard sliders. Received there Quote which is excessive, $500.00 Labor each Door for installation which is ridiculously High, Also packed there Quote with a $300.00 Each Charge for Custom Order which they are not Custom, Avoid these guys! If they did not want the job, all they had to do is say so and not waste my time, 20 Day's for this BS. read more

I would not recommend this company. I had someone measure my shower for a new glass door over two weeks ago...I'm still waiting for the door to be installed. When I called last week to inquire about my order I was told they forgot to order it because of low staffing. I was then told it would be ordered right away. I called again last week, later in the week, and was told it was finally ordered and would be there in approx two day. Called again this morning and the glass still has not arrived. This is taking way too long to get a glass door installed. . read more

We had a leaky shower repair performed by Eric last week. How would you like this from a home services company: they answer the phone when you call, they make an appointment and show up precisely when scheduled, they provide a price for requested services and a timeframe for completion. Then they show up and perform the work in a competent manner, as promised! What more could you want? As a kicker, the final bill was lower than the price estimate. We are completely satisfied with the work, and happy with the friendly and efficient manner in which the work was done. Highly recommended! read more

I needed 3 quotes to replace my window so began a web search. I selected D&C as one of the companies because I was impressed by their website...the helpful information and the great attitude conveyed. The information and attitude were there in person when David came to give me an estimate. I selected them to do the job and was very very pleased with the new window, the service, and the price. They are on my A list. read more

Called a few places to get pricing on a shower door glass panel. Prices were higher than I thought, but someone recommended D&C. Priced were a bit lower and they were professional on the phone. Great customer service and great prices. The windshield I ordered doesn't seem as thick as the original was, but for the price I can't complain. Was good that it came tinted too. Tina is always very helpful.. Thanks read more

This is a review on behalf of the work that Nick/ D&C Roadrunner Glass Co did for my parents. Considering the windows in their house had never been replaced they were in need of a serious make over. Nick and his team (who have preformed other work for them) did an outstanding job updating the windows and recommending a beautiful etching. It's hard to believe that new windows could enhance the look of a house so much. Having seen the windows in person and hearing the constant glowing reviews of my family, I would say D&C Roadrunner Glass Co should be your only place for glass needs! read more

David Lopez, of D & C Roadrunner Glass, just replaced my shower door, and we can't be more pleased with his work. From taking measurements to completing the work, he was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend David if you're looking for someone that does quality work and is easy to work with. Regarding this company, we have had a number of vehicle windshields replaced, chip indentions worked on and two windows installed in our home. They have always been on time, professional and performed quality work. read more

I contracted with Roadrunner Glass on a Monday to come out and measure for a window that had lost its seal and was hazy. I was told the glass would be installed Wednesday. They said noon but it was 3 by the time the guy got there. The glass was cut wrong so he had to leave and said he's put a rush on the replacement. Today is Wednesday (a week later) and they are supposed to install it today the appointment was for 1:00 but now it's shifted to 2:00. Pretty poor responsiveness. A rush job took a week because someone didn't know how to measure. I'm not impressed read more

This place is a joke! I initially went to visit their office and was greeted by a pleasant man who set up an appointment to have my dining table top measured because I was interested in getting a glass top for it. He set up for someone to come measure my table and I was then emailed a qoute. This was in December and I got busy with the holidays so I didn't get to confirm and place my order until now. When I called them and gave them my estimate number they said they needed to come back down to get another measurement of my table and had someone come measure it. I then called to place my order and AFTER giving my card number Susan tells me that this doesn't include the $50 delivery fee. This completely through me off guard because this was never mentioned before and should have been in the estimate they emailed me. Her rebuttal was that most of the time people come pick up their orders. Ummm why would you assume that??? This option was never presented to me. That's like an auto glass shop assuming your going to pick up your own windshield? There obviously needs to be some care and handling involved in delivering and placing the table top. I just can't come get it and throw it in the back of my sedan ‍. So then I requested to speak with the manager; She (Tina) did not even give me an opportunity to speak and just rudely said we already did you a favor by coming to measure your table.... ok once again... I'm not a glass expert but I would imagine that the company would come measure. Anyways there were just way too many reasons for me to decide to not proceed with my order. I am very disappointed. I was truly looking forward to working with them on this and many more future orders... oh well I guess they don't care. read more

I called to get prices on some glass to cover my desk. The lady on the phone was not helpful, borderline rude or seemed bothered by my call and expected me to know all about glass. I told her I am a plumber and don't know about glass that is why I called you for information and pricing. She used industry jargon and I had to probe her for information on what it meant, in fact I had to probe her for everything. I am glad their business is doing so well in this economy because with customer phone skills like that I wont use them. I asked for a price anyway but even if they are the cheapest I will not buy form them because of this phone call and I am happy to take my money elsewhere. I will gladly drive to Brentwood or Livermore to pay the same or more. p.s. I called Herandez Glass in Brentwood 925-513-3097 and received a price that was less then half the cost which includes a $10 fee for delivery to my house than another Brentwood company. Its been over an hour since I called Roadrunner and they still have not called me back with a price. Gotta love the power of Internet and how fast you can post good and bad news. read more

We needed to repair our sliding glass door and i contacted D&C Roadrunner glass and spoke to Tina, who was very helpful and scheduled an appt. for repair. Fidel & Chris showed up to do the repair and took care of the job quickly and efficiently. I asked them to take a look at some other windows we had issues with. They went around our whole house to check all windows we thought needed repair. They were very courteous and efficient. They said we'd be contacted when the parts were in. Tina called and kept us up to date on the progress of the parts and set up a day to install when they came in. The repairs were done with no problems. These guys are great to work with. I highly recommend them. read more

I recommend going elsewhere with your glass projects. The owner Nick was very rude and unprofessional.

Went because i had a chip in my windshield from a rock hiting it. Called and made same day appointment to get it fixed for $50. Nick (the owner) took his time to do it right and come out looking great. Glad i dont have to replace my glass. 100% satisfaction read more

Ruben was running a little behind schedule. The office called to let me know. Thank you. He arrived shortly after. Very polite and full of manners. He did not rush the glass replacement. Although due to the home, the new glass cracked as it was going in. Ruben then cut a new piece. Installed it. It cracked unfortunately. Even though it was the end of the day and was running longer, he did not get frustrated. He set up to come back the next day. Replaced it just fine. Even though the house gave him problems he continued to try to beat the house. With a smile. The price remained the same as quoted on the phone. Ruben is an honest, polite, knowledgable worker. Thank you again. read more

The lady answers the phone all the time is always so rude! They came and measured the screens wrong had to call them to redo them. And the rude lady wanted to charge me more! When I called to make an appt. one was made and then i received a call from a VERY rude women who either is clearly related to the owner or does not like her job. Then I requested a call back to discuss the rude and disgruntled employee; the man who called deemed it ok to call someone at 730 in the morning. He then continued the attitude and curt demeanor as his employee. He then advised me I should go somewhere else. I highly recommend D & C Roadrunner Glass Co. We had an emergency repair from what we thought was a window leak. I called Monday afternoon and was given an appointment for 10:00 am the next day. Fidel called me to let me know he was running @ 20 minutes late. He showed up at 10:20. After spending time looking a the window and frame, he confirmed the window was not the problem. He then took a look at our roof and took some pictures for me to show my husband. He even offered to remove some of the leaves from the gutter.
