OMG Where to begin. We needed a new shower door for our Master BR and were obtaining quotes, then Roadrunner came to the rescue. They provided options and suggestions that blew our minds, we dod not know it was even possible to place a sliding glass door in our shower. The quote arrived well below what was expected. They kept us up to date regarding delivery and installation. On the assigned day, they were prompt, courteous and neat as pins. Not a speck of dirt of caulking was left behind. I called this place to get information about a broken dual pane window repair. The woman who answered was extremely rude and argumentative. It's really frustrating having an issue such as a broken window and when you call and depend on places they create more stress early in the morning just to get yelled at. We have a 70 year old, 10' patio door with two 5' doors. Our main door jammed up. We called EZ Sliding Door Repair and all the repair man wanted to do was sell us a new door set for just under $8000.00. We Called Roadrunner and they sent their two guys out and they were professional and friendly and they thought the rollers had wore out. They found some they thought would work and came back to double check the measurements and found out they wouldn't work. I am glad I called Roadrunner, after I got a chip off Hwy 120 thrown from a truck. The star was fixable and was done for 35 bucks. When I did some internet quotes I received a 79 buck bid from a broker who didn't even do the work. I think it was safetylite or some other bullshit place. 35 is the price I used to get in the car biz. When you get a star in your windshield thats smaller than a quarter go here. If it is bigger you might have to go elsewhere, and pay the piper(bullshitter). I have heard of places that can fix cracks up to a foot long. I would think it is expensive and theres a good chance the crack will still be very visible. I would probably replace the windshield at that time. read more

We recently had our windows replaced in our home that was built in 1988. After numerous quotes, Roadrunner had the best price by far! In speaking to Celeste in the office, she was terrific in giving all of the pertinent information regarding replacement windows. She was very knowledgeable about Milgard windows. She recommended upgrading to the Tuscany which has a lifetime warranty, including glass breakage. We made an appointment, which they were right on time. The did a terrific job installing 13 windows and 2 sliding doors. Start to finish was less than 7 1/2 hours. They did a great job with the installation as well as cleanup. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Lastly, I have lived in Manteca for 56 years and it is nice to do business with a local company! read more

I had my windshield replaced by Roadrunner Glass and had headaches for sometimes after. Some of the covers from my roof rails were not put back on. My winshield wiper fluid stopped coming out until my love found out that the hose had been pinched (was working prior to replacement). Then I called the office and the lady promised to send one via email but it never arrived. Then I called to ask to take a picture of the invoice and text it over to my cell.
