I had an absolutely terrible experience with Platinum Glass. They installed a glass door and screen for me, and the workmanship was beyond disappointing. They had to come back at least half a dozen times to fix various issues, yet after all that, the door is still not level, not aligned, and, most importantly, not safe--after only five months! When I requested they come back to fix it properly, they repeatedly put me off, making excuses about not wanting to drive into San Jose. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a company isn't willing to stand behind its work, they shouldn't be in business. I do not recommend this company--save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! read more

They were reasonably priced, and communication was easy. The two gentlemen came and replaced my glass after taking a deposit. They vacuumed multiple times, laid out tarps and ensured there was no glass left behind. They were pretty quick, polite and sent the invoice for the balance the following day. I found Platinum Glass on Yelp about a broken mirror in a master bathroom and they quoted a very reasonable price. I contacted them and they wanted to come by to get the exact measurements. The mirror was at a home in Brentwood and they are from Tracy. Not a short drive. They were punctual and when they were delayed for the install, they let me know way ahead of time. The guys came in, took care of business and were very professional and friendly. They even looked at my sliding glass door which is hard to open and offered to fix it right then.
