Good company great customer service will definitely hire them again they responded quickly. They did an awesome job.

they were amazing! they changed the broken window glass with great care and detail focused. they are fair priced and really professional

Platinum Glass was able to get a custom sized sliding glass door to replace the busted door in our home. They were reasonably priced and we had a new door without too much tome between the measurements and the install. The installation crew were considerate and fast. No issues at all. Thank you for the great service! Also, the insulated glass is amazing! Direct sunlight can hit the glass, but there is barely any heat transfer (which is saying something when the difference between the shade and sun outside can be nigh 10 degrees). read more

I recently had several windows replaced due to fogging caused by broken seals, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, this company demonstrated top-notch professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for their work. The team was punctual, respectful of my home, and extremely detail-oriented. The quality of the new windows is excellent, and the installation was done flawlessly. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's not often you come across a company that combines skill, reliability, and outstanding customer service so well. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of window repair or replacement--you won't be disappointed! read more

I highly recommend Platinum Glass. I'm in Livermore, and they made the whole window repair process seamless. Orlando responded on a Saturday, came out Monday for an estimate, & the installation was completed soon after. My experience with Orlando was professional, courteous, & straightforward. He answered all my questions without overcomplicating things, which I appreciated. Jay completed the repair & was respectful, skilled, and efficient. The pricing was reasonable, everything went smoothly, and the repair was done with no issues. One less thing on my to-do list- a win! Thank you Orlando & Jay :) read more

I reached out with a project question and while what I needed wasn't something they offered, I really appreciate that they took the time to point me in the right direction - and now my shower door will be fixed! Yay! read more

My cousin, Madeline H. Lives in Lathrop,CA. She hired Platinum Glass to replace a cracked window. The double pane window was ordered and an appointment was set for 10:00 am. The installer " Jay" was on time and ready to work. His work was precise and any questions we had he answered with no hesitation. We could tell that he knew what he was doing and he was very kind and pleasant to be around.. The window was replaced in no time and my cousin was happy with the outcome. She mentioned that if she needed another window or windows replaced she would call Platinum Glass and ask for Jay to do the job! The main thing is that the cost was reasonable and the whole experience didn't take all day, a valuable job for her. Thank you Platinum Glass and Jay! read more

DO NOT HIRE. SERIOUSLY CONCERNING EXPERIENCE. I hired Orlando, who identified himself as the owner, to replace the glass in my patio door. During the installation, my door was damaged, wouldn't close smoothly and squeaked so I noticed the bottom is damaged and hitting the railing. When I pointed it out, he took zero accountability and didn't make any attempt to repair, correct, or resolve the damage. He clearly knew what he did and immediately escalated. Instead, he became irritated, disrespectful, and threatening. He went from denying responsibility to threatening to put a lien on my home simply because I disputed the damage. His behavior was completely inappropriate and made me uncomfortable in my own home. What made the situation even more disturbing was that he repeatedly yelled "Jesus loves me" while knowing I was a woman alone in my home. Given the circumstances and his increasingly aggressive behavior, I found this extremely unsettling. A professional should be able to stand behind their work, address damage they caused, and communicate respectfully. That did not happen here. I strongly recommend using extreme caution before allowing Orlando or this company into your home. I would NEVER hire them again. DO NOT HIRE. read more

They get defensive over questions. I didn't even choose them because they are so off putting. The amount they were going to charge was 400 more than anyone and an added charge for gas. It's crazy. read more

These guys were great to work with. Fast, professional and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again when needed. read more

Had a great experience with Jay. It was well worth the wait. I absolutely love my wine seller. Thanks again read more

Platinum Glass - Beautiful - Windows Installation Near Me - Tracy, California

Very happy with their services. Got a very competitive quote (Actually, the best from around 5 vendors), they came and measured the broken sliding door glass, and came back in around a week with the replacement, which looked pretty much like the old (Slightly tinted) double paned glass. Work was done in around 1.5 hours, clean and all. Totally recommended! read more

Platinum glass responded quickly. They went out for an estimate in the same day I contacted them for a cracked window glass. read more

Great experience with Jay. He was able to work with my HOA approval guidelines and the glass was made super quick. He was transparent about pricing and overall was competitive with pricing. He also had quiet of few options for hardware color and we ended up going with matte black. No regrets read more

"I was extremely disappointed with the service. After coordinating special arrangements with the builder and setting a specific appointment time, I traveled a long distance only to receive no communication until I reached out myself. Only then did they inform me the installer was running late. Why wasn't this communicated earlier? I was left waiting, having traveled so far, and this lack of proactive communication was very unprofessional." read more

Orlando was amazing to work with! Communication was quick and efficient, and he was able to get someone out right away to measure a broken window and schedule the installation. The whole process was smooth and very professional from start to finish. Great service, great prices, and an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this company! read more

Preschool window glass broke during regular garden maintenance. A rock went thru and shattered the glass. Being a preschool we wanted it taken care of immediately. We were happy with platinum glass. They were quick to respond, price was good and did a good job. The glass was an E grade glass and they replaced it within a week. Thank you! read more

Ordered glass door from wayfair. Was worried it would fit. They came measured confirmed it would fit. Did an excellent job installing. On schedule, great service. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Platinum Glass. They installed a glass door and screen for me, and the workmanship was beyond disappointing. They had to come back at least half a dozen times to fix various issues, yet after all that, the door is still not level, not aligned, and, most importantly, not safe--after only five months! When I requested they come back to fix it properly, they repeatedly put me off, making excuses about not wanting to drive into San Jose. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a company isn't willing to stand behind its work, they shouldn't be in business. I do not recommend this company--save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! read more

Platinum Glass - My glass shower enclosure - Windows Installation Near Me - Tracy, California

Needed a glass shower panel replaced. Very quick and cheap compared to others around the area.

I said the I thought the rollers needed to be replaced. I would think that as the contractor you would tell me ahead that you thought the door needed to be replaced before I spend the $265 a 3 day repair. I feel that you took advantage of me. I would not like your company come back to my house. read more

Platinum Glass was the first to respond. They came out to us in Redwood City the next day, for less than other quotes. Respectable, timely, responsive. Will definitely use again. read more

Fantastic experience. Quickly responded via Yelp when I requested a quote. Prompt service: under-promised and over-delivered! Windows were the right size the first time, installer showed up as scheduled, very pleasant and efficient. We felt the quote was very fair. I hope we don't need their services again any time soon, but would definitely recommend to others and will call them again if we need them! read more

i'm giving this company (5 STARS) above and beyond quality of work, Jay the installer awesome guy!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Jay and crew are always on point and I would recommend them to anyone for glass services.

They're busy for a reason! Sent out about 20 messages about our glass shower door falling off due to rust, and platinum glass was first to reply. Good pricing and very responsive. Had to go with a different vendor due to my schedule but will definitely consider next time. read more

Quick to respond for a broken window. Scheduling was simple and work was completed quickly. Great service

I sent out a mass request for our shattered patio door window back in early July. Platinum glass was one of the first ones to reach out with a response. They were reasonably priced, and communication was easy. The two gentlemen came and replaced my glass after taking a deposit. They vacuumed multiple times, laid out tarps and ensured there was no glass left behind. They were pretty quick, polite and sent the invoice for the balance the following day. If I were them, I'd probably take payment the day of, but hey that's because I don't trust people. I will keep them marked should I ever need them again! read more

Used services of Platinum glass to replace the cracked window glass. Got a reasonable quote as compared to others. In fact, Orlando (owner) was also first one to respond. Communications could be little better but owner always responds within an hour. First appointment was for checking windows size , glass type etc. Second appointment after a week was to install the glass ( glass was ordered from some third party). Overall, good professional experience. read more

I found Platinum Glass on Yelp about a broken mirror in a master bathroom and they quoted a very reasonable price. I contacted them and they wanted to come by to get the exact measurements. The mirror was at a home in Brentwood and they are from Tracy. Not a short drive. They were punctual and when they were delayed for the install, they let me know way ahead of time. The guys came in, took care of business and were very professional and friendly. They even looked at my sliding glass door which is hard to open and offered to fix it right then. I didn't have time to do it then but they are going to give me an estimate for that. Overall a good experience and highly recommended Platinum Glass. read more
