Never knew about life time warranty until last month, one of the window cracked. We didn't have any receipt or anything, just an email we did 14 years ago. We just contacted the company on their website and amazingly, they have the record by the address. The service department was so helpful, they contacted us and contacted the manufacturer to set up appointment with the case number to get it replaced. The windows were replaced 14 years ago in one day and we had many custom sized windows. The amazing thing is they know exactly which window that cracked by us describing the location of the window. Anlin Delmar (Milgard) called us and setup the appointment. They came and replaced the windows in a few hours. It was amazing and we're extremely happy. Now we know, go with the best and reputable company like Custom Exteriors and a good manufacturer like Anlin Delmar to have after service years after the work is done. Would we recommend Custom Exteriors and Anlin Delmar? The answer is obvious, YES.

They respond promptly to calls and service requests and stand behind their work long after the installation is complete. That kind of reliability is hard to find, and I imagine it's a big part of why they've been in business for so long. I would definitely use them again.
