The job site and paths were properly clean and protected. The project was completed under 1 week (order - 3 days, install - 3 days). Excellent! It has two glass sliding doors and a third glass partition of half a wall. Ten years later, it is still great. The second time we needed his service, three floor to ceiling mirrors were falling out of their frames. He fixed the problem, and five years later, they are still great. Third time happened when my husband fell into the closet doors, knocked them off track, and wrecked the rollers. Steve was fantastic! He had the doors off, found some rollers that were better than the originals, installed them, and now the closet doors work better than ever. I am only sorry I did not recommend him before this. My son ran into the bathroom after hearing the loud crash! There was glass everywhere and I was cut up in the process. I was referred to SAH glass. I called the number provided around 8:30 at night and did not expect a response with it being so late, however Steve answered right away and put me at ease. He advised me on how to safely cover the area for the evening and assured me that him and his team would come by in between appointments the next morning. Early I was called and told they would be there, they came masked and professionally. They cleaned up the entire mess. Scheduling is NOT rocket science. Smaller appointment windows can be achieved by either hiring more staff or making fewer appointments a day. I'd have happily waited 2 weeks to have a 2 hour window instead of a 5 hour window, so my entire day wasn't wasted.
