The worst experience of my life. Avoid at all cost! They ruined my hair. They damaged it. I had to go to another salon to have my hair corrected. I requested a refund and the manager was rude and refused. I paid $240 for terrible hair color that destroyed my hair. It's like the hair colorist had no idea what he was doing. Just got the basic pedicure, but the place is amazing. Lots of options to take care of yourself manicure, waxing, haircut, beautiful spa. Nice staff very nice people. My daughter had a haircut with Johnny who was very nice for a wash, haircut and blow dry. The only catch is it's a bit pricey for what it is. The place is mostly a nail studio but has a few chairs to style hair in the back so it's a nice combo spot if you're in a pinch and with company'. You'll get a two for one deal! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! i went here and saw damaris the hairstylist and came with some pretty grown out roots but the bottom was the color (when i got it first done blonde at another salon) in the picture i am in the pink shirt. i showed the stylist this photo and she could see the blonde the rest of my hair was and we were going to do bleach and a half head of highlights as damaris stated that that process would fix my roots to look the same as the rest of my hair (picture with pink shirt). at every step of the process she reassured me that the blonde would look exactly like that. i specifically stated under no circumstances do i want it to look yellow if anything thing closer to platinum as it looked, she repeated multiple times that that was feasible and that she would be able to do it. the bleach was a little yellow which i figured was normal because the highlights weren't put in yet, and i asked if with the highlights added it would look like the color i asked Damaris said yes it would, we added the highlights she told me yes when the toners put it will look like that. Even though she reassured me every step of the way that the color would look exactly like what I showed her (my previous color) At the very end she told me I "shouldn't have waited that long to get my roots done and that next time we could do a full head of highlights." I was deceived and had I known and had she been honest that the hair color would not be feasible and would in fact be yellow almost orange I would certainly not have paid $320 and I would have requested a different service, especially since we explicitly discussed under no means did I want it to be yellow (pictured in the emoji pictures). Additionally I have gotten my nails done here, also pictured which was less than satisfactory and the reference was a simple cheetah design and was still not even close. As a "salon" with salon prices we expect quality salon work, this place has nothing of the sort. Additionally the manager Doug was rude when we spoke on the phone and argumentative when I asked for a refund because I did not want to take the offer of any hairstylist from this location redoing my hair when I was already lied to, at this point I do not trust the integrity of any employee at this establishment and was hesitant. Tried this place out after numerous searches for a local nail salon. It's pretty good, my tech was super polite and was quick and efficient which I liked. He got as close as he could with the design I wanted given the fact that my nails were cut short days before due to breakage. The prices weren't the cheapest but I felt they were pretty fair. However recently their prices have become unreasonable and quite frankly not sure why.. same service same location same tables same pedi stations etc.... My typical fill with gel polish along with you basic pedicure used to be 72 without the tip and that was an increase but I get it everything goes up and I was ok About a month ago it went up to 81 and if you broke a nail an extra $5 to put on a tip. I decided to try out a new nail salon closer to my home.... Yep - I'd rather make the drive to my usual salon in Coconut Creek (Picasso Nails). Anyway, don't waste your time making an appointment because they don't honor it. My appointment was at 11:15, but didn't get started until 11:35. The lady who did my nails was in such a hurry. I believe she was the manager as she was the only one not dressed in black - she was wearing a leopard dress. She rushed through my dip manicure not even bothering to ask what shape I wanted, instead took it upon herself to make them square. Then, she doesn't paint your nail all the way to your cuticle. She leaves a large gap so in a week it's going to seem like I already need a refill. Didn't even allow me to wash my hands which left nail dust underneath my nails. Lastly, don't expect much from the pedicures. Very basic (no massage, no in depth cuticle cleaning & poor paint). Also... no where near relaxing. I'm now being charged to simply have my nails cut? I don't blame the staff for following rules, but management needs to step up their game. If prices increase, quality of service should too. Came for SNS dip manicure and classic pedicure. My nail technician, Sam, butchered my nails. During filing, I got cut a few times. Dip wasn't done properly - uneven thickness, nail shape was inconsistent and the art work was hardly even close to what I had requested. The end product contained dust and bubbles within the nude SND. Disappointed because I saw some of her work prior to the visit. My session with Sam took three hours. Luckily when I spoke to the front desk about my concerns during checkout, they directed me to another nail technician to fix my SNS manicure the same day. Annie did a great job! She fixed the shape, very gentle during filing around the areas Sam cut me, and the SNS looks great. I left as a happy customer. read more

It's beyond disappointing to pay to get your nails done and leave unsatisfied. I'm not one to usually say anything about it but after this experience of saying something not only to the nail tech and the front desk without anyone willing to even offer to make it right leads me to this review to simply warn others. It was simple asks to even my nails out, many were not even, not removing the left over nail polish on my fingers, and cleaning up the skin around my nails during my manicure/pedicure. I have been going to this nail salon for several months. I have been going to Gloria who's been great. Recently I had GiGi do my nails. I am extremely disappointed. She didn't tell me before she did them that I would be charged $20 extra for this chrome powder. She waited until she had done them all. The cut 1 finger. I left and extra polish/powder was left on every nail & they were messy. I asked her to clean it off. She filed some of it off but it was still there. The finish was also uneven and overall they looked sloppy. I should have said something then but I was so disappointed in them that I didn't. I also didn't want to hurt her feelings. I called today and expected the representative to apologize and at least offer to improve them or provide some type of credit for my next visit. They didn't. They said they asked GiGi and she said she told me the price up front. She didn't. These don't look like $69 nails. I'll start off by saying the actual pedicure was great, no complaints there. The tech was sweet, and overall, I am very happy with the results. The problem came when I went to check out.. $72 for a gel pedicure!!? I asked the girl at the counter if I had receive a normal pedicure and she said yes but they charged $20 for chrome powder!! $20 to rub some glitter on my nails towards the end of my pedicure. One, this should've been mentioned to me when I asked for it. Two, that tiny canister of glitter costs about $8 on Amazon and can be used countless times. I do my own gel manicures at home and know this because I have purchased a few chrome powders myself. Charging almost 50% of the whole pedicure for a very simple addition is wild. I was expecting $3, $5 MAX! On top of it all, i was giving this place a second chance after getting a not so great manicure about a year ago (nails were crooked, gel started peeling the next day) so when they said $72 I couldn't help but laugh. Shout to Shannon (?) for ruining my nails! I only ever get regular polish/manicures but she used a drill to take off my regular polish which completely thinned out my nails and made them super brittle. I also had to tell her to file the nails on my other hand as she had forgot and only did one hand. I asked her if she could round the corners a bit and it was like the first time she ever help a nail file - she could barely hold onto it and kept dropping it. In addition to a complete bizarre manicure experience, she completely tore up the cuticles on my toes during a pedicure to the point I had scabs along them. I've never had such a painful pedi.
