I couldn't speak higher of the service I received at Studio O. I went there to have makeup and hairdo before a wedding. Liza and Nicole took care of me with excellence. They were attentive and confident about their work and I could just relax and enjoy my time. In the end, the hair style was perfect and held it throughout a sunny and windy day and a very wild dance party after the ceremony. Makeup was beautiful and also last after many tears and sweat! This was my last experience at a hair salon and it was DISGUSTING. I went in to get money pieces and my hair stylist REFUSED to do it because it would "look ugly with bangs" So I had a second option, do a half dark brown half blonde top/bottom look. She asked her boss about the look and he was all "EW. Grunge 90s is so out of style. Why would anyone wanna do that?" I literally left the salon feeling ugly and humiliated. read more

Wow, I have so many good things to say about my experience with Sandy! I came in having no real idea what I wanted to do with my hair other than I wanted to cut it short and needed a change. Sandy literally sat down and talked to me about my ideas. I told her honestly that I'm not one to really style my hair on the daily or do much to it, basically I am the get up and go person. She was honest and told me that without styling some styles would not look as expected which I appreciated! I was basically a blank canvas and trusting her input and ideas. We talked through a few ideas of adding some layers to frame my face and shagging to add texture and Sandy just began playing with my hair with ideas she had. After she took me to get my hair shampooed which was an absolutely amazing experience with the head massage. She then got to work on my hair and it was pure magic! My hair had texture, movement, and was super bouncy that I couldn't help but play around with it as she was styling it! She also made sure every step of the way I was happy with the length and how it looked. I absolutely love my new cut and Sandy offered some easy styling tips that can help me achieve the look daily. The Studio itself was chic and clean. Everyone was super friendly and it just felt like a group of friends having a conversation in the salon. I took my daughter into Studio O this past Saturday to have my (almost) six year old daughter's hair cut for the first time. It was important to me that they specialized in "kid's cuts". I recently moved to the area and was in desperate need of a new stylist and salon. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by several stylists and felt so welcomed and comfortable. The ambiance, friendly staff, and music were all a perfect 10/10 even before I sat down. Which was a breath of fresh air! I had my hair appointment with Cathy and was blown away by her talent, professionalism, and knowledge. I came in with a lot of inspo pics and couldn't make up my mind about whether to go lighter or darker; or shorter or longer, etc. I ultimately asked for her recommendations and let her take the wheel since I was so indecisive. Lucky for me, Cathy was really easy to talk to and knew exactly what I wanted (when I couldn't put it into words.) The color and cut were absolutely perfect and we already have plans to balayage at my next appointment. My hair is sooooo healthy now and the color is so vibrant! I just paid $350 (and tip) for cut color highlights and am very disappointed. I don't mind paying for service but this wasn't it. First, the highlights were so light at first and he didn't say anything, but left me in the wash owl for 30 minutes with toner or something to darken the highlights. Next, he did not give me an actual haircut but barely trimmed the ends (no dividing into sections etc) and last, he "styled" my hair but I actually left with my hair still wet and frizzy. On top of it all, he talks as if he's a wise old sage and the topic is usually him. I will not be going back. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years now and it has been amazing. It's always clean and has the best service I've ever experienced. My stylist is Steve, he has been the only one to ever dye my hair and I always love it! If you're looking into getting a Balayage, Steve is your guy! He's a total expert and I feel safe in his hands, after seeing his work on his personal Instagram (@ stevestylemark) I knew During Covid I genuinely feel very comfortable, they take your temperature as you walk in I've seen some employees wear two masks under their protective face shield. The sheeting booths are so spread out I think more than 6ft apart which is amazing. Steve's section is in the corner so I'm exceptionally comfortable here. I'm really impressed with the service the quality of work and the amazing team that runs this salon experience. read more
