My brick chicken had been sitting under a heater too long and was no longer served with asparagus. See my previous photo from 2 years ago. My husbands chicken calabrese was rubbery. My SIL's chicken Parmesan's breading fell off. Our server was too busy with 2 large parties and we were neglected. Not really his fault as he was left overwhelmed. Other employees stood around chatting with a couple seated next to us rather than assisting waitstaff who obviously needed help. The other tables had birthdays and they sang to them. They didn't sing to my sister in law. The manager took $20 off of our $250 bill for the inconvenience after my mother in law spoke to her regarding the wait. My husband was a server for 9 years at a busy restaurant during high school and college and was livid. We left incredibly disappointed.
