I had not been there since I was a child but walking back in was like Déjà vu! I remembered being there with my (usually 10-20) family members from moms side enjoying a meal together as we did on a regular basis. My family were steak snobs! So us going there more then once back in the day ...it had to be good. My husband and I ordered the same thing the rib eye steak. His rare of course and mine was med rare. Seemed like there was no season on the steaks not even S&P. The bone marrow sauce was the only flavor. As you can see from the pictures mine was seared nice on the outside but rare in the middle. Sent it back once and it came back with a more tasty flavor but the inside was no different and both my husband and my steak was so grisly and hard to chew. Needless to say the Great Pyr's got a nice TOGO treat when we got home. The Calamari was great cooked to perfection I ate more of it then I did my steak my potato was cold. The bread was outstanding!! The only thing that we didn't like was the sweet spread made from cheap margarine. So we stuck to the butter. The absolute BEST part of the whole experience was my husbands Blue Cheese Dressing!!! I have not had Blue Cheese dressing THAT GOOD since I was a child!!!! Omg !! Heaven !! Asked for Cheesecake to go so I could eat at home later since I have a digestive disorder it makes it easier to bring it home. The server brought it out to us and told me I should put it "under" my other leftovers because it's heavy (God Bless her she was absolutely fantastic) so later on I decided to go get my cheesecake and OMG!!! It's HUGE! I'm going to be eating off that for a week!!! Picture to prove it! Now I know why it was so heavy. Sorry Freddys GR was supposed to help (he definitely did with the Blue Cheese I need that recipe) but we won't be returning!

They do have bar seating as well and if you're thinking of giving them a try, please do but do know they're only open on Friday's and Saturday's from 5pm-10pm and on Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 11am-2:30pm. I'm not sure if they take walk-ins because we always make reservations so I suggest you guys do the same to ensure your able to dine and get seated right away. Check them out!

My husband had a Caesar salad and the lobster and crab with parmesan fries. The food came out just as requested. I wasn't aware the crust for my steak had rosemary in it. I am not a fan. The potatoes were very hot and fresh while the garlic was not over powering. I don't recall the name of the dessert but the waitress said it was like a creme brulee. I believe it was panicotta. It didn't have a lot of flavor on its own, however it was served with fresh fruit and a bit of a fruit syrup, which added some nice depth to it. My husband truly enjoyed his dinner. Only negative thing I would say was that although our waitress was very friendly and attentive she was an obvious smoker. I am not one but feel either way it is not an attractive added aroma to a meal.

Came out looking great, half an avocado on top made nice presentation. Each of the first few bites had jalapeño in it, that's more than I might find in an entire meal ... so I started counting. Each of my first 20 bites had jalapeño, an amount that for most would have made the rest of the meal inedible and left them pleading for buckets of water. As an experiment, I went through looking for more, and I pulled out more than a full jalapeño from the rest of the meal. The fact some slices were charred and some raw says one thing about poor execution, but the fact a breakfast skillet was served with close to two whole jalapeño in it means the cooking staff does not know what to do with this. Manager was very appreciative of the comment, waitress said a person the night before had the jalapeño cornbread and went through 3 glasses of water to survive. I have had bad luck with this place before, but the manager and staff really seemed to be working hard today, will give it another try this week and hope to be able to get this up to a 3-star. Previous review - Had not been back here in a year, bad customer service experience that time so I stayed away until now. Well, different year and I can't qualify the experience as bad, since I never interacted with anyone. I was seated by myself, then four more seated in the same area in the next 10 minutes. 1 waiter and 1 waitress for 5 tables, very manageable. In the next 10 minutes the waiter made it to 2 tables, the waitress 1, my table and one other ignored. I waited 20 minutes with no service of any kind so I left, the other table that was ignored left as well. I walked over to Burger brothers in the casino only to find they were closed, so I went to the buffet and they were closed also at 6pm on a Monday. Three tries to eat dinner, three strikes, a 1-star because I can't do zero.

Baked potatoes were just above room temp. but were pre buttered. Grilled asparagus were warm at best. I ordered coffee after dinner & was told they were out of coffee & a new pot could be brewed but would take 20 min if I wanted to wait. I declined. Upon receiving our check I was told that an 18% gratuity is automatically applied (not a problem, just a surprise). Looking at the check I also noticed a 3% convenience fee was applied. This was not a $300 dining experience. All things considered it was NOT the upscale, elegant Italian Steakhouse eveningI hope for.

Went to Bugatti's for my birthday celebration. Love eating there. The food and service are second to none in the area. Even better when covered by my points earned at the casino!! Took family with me for this occasion, and a few months ago, took my sister, her husband and sons with their wives to celebrate their retirement. Always have oysters of some kind and the prime rib--delicious ! Each visit, I have been served by Oscar (my request), and he does a fabulous job.
