Water fountains and list goes on...The price was cheaper than the other nursery that usually I go so it was reasonably priced...The workers were gem...So kind...They were so patient and knowledgeable...This place is one of the places that you can find CITRUS tree but you can bring out to the nursery and you need tell one of the employees to keep it for you aside (due to citrus quarantine). As you know bringing them out could spread problems like citrus greening disease or even pests to other healthy trees...So be cautious! Im happy that they had the tree so no problem to keep it aside till the shopping is done. Citrus pricing was great for example: 7 Gal was $79.99 plus tax and 15 Gal was $249.99. So great bargain. Inside, also is therapy...Gorgeous decoration and they were so selective about every piece they sell so it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Also, i love their return policy they have 1 year exchange or store policy and i attached it for review. I ended up buying lot of cute things that i didnt have plans to buy but its ended up another great selection to my little garden. There is also a big parking lot so no worries to find a place and YES its crowded bit you can manage it easily.

Adam was amazing at coordinating all the many jobs to be done. We are so pleased with the work, Mario did such a thorough job, he works hard and with precision. The concrete driveway and curbing came out so beautifully. We love our new DG pathway with the mower's edge curbing. They filled our horseshoe driveway with 3/4 crush rock and we've gotten so many compliments from our neighbors. They installed an automatic irrigation system, which makes life much easier not to have to worry about turning water off and on. We opted for single trunk Crepe Myrtle trees in every color available. They all look great and have acclimated well to their new home, even in this heat. The work was completed in three weeks. Fast, clean, reliable workmanship and just a fine young man in charge of multitasking and handling it all. There were a couple of minor issues that we easily worked through. Like others who have left reviews on this site, I purchased a front and backyard design package for $287, along with an additional 30-day revision package for $87. I should note that I initially added the revision package to my order but later went back and removed it after deciding it wasn't necessary. However, Shrub Hub's website does not provide a final cart review before checkout, and despite removing the option, it still appeared on my order. Beware! The real problem began 30 seconds into my consultation, when I was informed that my lot was too large and that I would need to pay at least an additional $500 to proceed with the design. I live on a corner lot in a standard suburban residential neighborhood. Nowhere on the website or during the ordering process was there any disclosure of maximum lot sizes or potential additional fees based on lot size. The project manager insisted that because I received an email AFTER purchasing the package stating that additional fees might apply, I should have anticipated the possibility of extra charges. "While this won't affect most projects, large or complex designs may require additional charges, which your project manager will inform you of during the consultation." This is precisely the problem: the potential for significant additional charges was not disclosed until after I had already paid. I had no reason to consider my property unusually large or complex. I live in a typical suburban neighborhood, not on acreage or a rural property where higher design fees would be more reasonable. Even if the email had made the potential charges clearer, sending that notice after purchase does not allow customers to make an informed decision before committing to the service. This is textbook deceptive pricing and false advertising. The project manager was too engrossed in his scam to wrap his head around this concept and kept insisting since I had been emailed that I should have expected fees. Absolute scam artist. I found his customer service appalling and wildly dismissive. Ultimately, Shrub Hub refused to honor the advertised price, so I demanded a refund. I was left frustrated by the lack of pricing transparency and the terrible customer service. Don't waste your time with this company. Based on the other reviews on this site, they are well aware of their deceptive practices and have no intention of changing that.

Roland was our contractor and he gave us very reasonable estimates and stayed within budget and stuck to the timeline. They did artificial turf in our front yard and added a concrete step pathway to our front door. We were extremely happy with the way it turned out. They also did a waterfall feature in our backyard which did have a few issues, like the motor going out several times. However, every time we reached out to Roland, he followed through and sent his guys to resolve the issue. He stands behind his work, and even when the motor stopped working after a year, he sent one of his guys to buy us a new motor and get it installed without charging us for it. We were absolutely impressed with the way this company takes care of their clients and does not give up until the customer is 100% satisfied. Last month, we contacted Roland asking if he could do a small job for us; we wanted artificial turf installed on the small strip of dirt on the other side of our driveway, and even though the job was super small, Roland agreed to take the job. We had gotten another estimate from someone else and Roland's quote was far more reasonable. He sent his guys and they got the job done in two days. Overall, we are impressed with the quality of work, the very reasonable pricing, and integrity of standing behind their work. While landscaping companies are a dime a dozen, good ones are hard to find. Roland and his team at Newland Landscape are pure gold.
