If you're looking for high-quality plants, this nursery is absolutely worth it. I picked up a Kishu mandarin tree and a blueberry shrub back in early February, and while they were definitely on the pricier side, they've proven to be worth every penny. Both plants are thriving and already producing so much fruit. It's honestly been so rewarding to watch them grow and flourish. You can really tell the quality and care that goes into their plants. Highly recommend if you're willing to invest a little more for healthy, productive plants!

Nice little nursery off the 605, Perfect way to spend a couple of hours. Browsing through all the greenery. Lots of sorted roses and flowers. Lots of vegetables and herbs.

I've been here several times over the past decade or so. Always impressed with the selection of trees and succulents, as well as pottery. Was here for a fig tree pruning demo one Saturday morning in early October 2025, about a week ahead of their annual tree sale . . . but I did find a Kadota fig in a #15 container that had my name on it and it was already on sale for about 30% off the regular price. SOLD! After it went dormant, I pruned it back in early December and took five growing-tip cuttings and stuck them in a small pot of Promix in my kitchen garden window, and four rooted and have now sprouted leaves! I will be uppotting them soon. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are moderate, and generally a bit higher than average. But the stock is well cared for and healthy. (I sometimes use their succulent prices to measure the value of the ones we have in our garden -- in the ground and in containers) Easy to get to off the 605 Fwy at Lower Azusa Rd. and easy to get back on the freeway again.

I found Garden View Nursery after doing an online search for a place between Las Vegas and LA with large selection of plants with reasonable prices. I scored. The plant selection is great - everything from one gallons to large trees. If you love plants you may enjoy walking the rows. They also have golf carts and can take you to look at the stock. Shout out to Scott for helping me navigate.

Let it go, let it grow Can't hold the plant anymore Let it go, let it grow... I've driven by this nursery plenty of times but never stopped. My wife and I had a Residential Plant Program voucher we received from the Upper SGV Municipal Water District for drought resistant plants. We used up the entire voucher amount and more. Garden View Nursery has a lot of options from trees to bushes to flowers. We went back twice to try and make up our minds what we wanted to do. Great selection of all kinds of plants, flowers, trees, succulents and more. The staff was great offering us suggestions as well as helping us navigate how to ensure the plants grab on well once planted. We went with the Texas Ranger (not the baseball team, God Dodgers!) Shrub. We saw it along their Water Wise path and it has purple flowers. Called the nursery after we planted just to make sure we didn't over water them. If you want to let it grow then stop by Garden View Nursery for all your growing needs. God bless

Scott did an amazing job of showing us around the nursery and recommended a tree for our front yard. He was courteous and very professional.

Calling all lovers of flora! This nursery is the spot for a good walk, findings unique gifts, or updating your living space. Trust me, bring your good shoes and a friend. The temptation to buy some many gorgeous plants and flowers are pretty heavy. They provide free carts for your items. I knew right away what I needed but there is a guidance map, huge signs and helpful staff to lead the way in almost every section. They even offer to help you with the heavier items if you can't do it. We got lost in the beauty of the roses. Mother's day is so close and I couldn't have thought of a better idea. My daughter definitely loved it. Felt like we were strolling through an orchard or a garden. The organization of their products give you so many ideas of inspiration for my own yard.

Decided to stop by after passing by this nursery oddly nestled by an intersection. The parking is plentiful and the staff are helpful when approached. Will be back again!

    The tree we bought

Garden view associate Scott Harris helped us with purchasing a tree today. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. We had a wonderful experience.

s SO STINKING HAPPY! Anywho, the next day on the way home I stopped back by the nursery and bought their last 4. They're literally right off the freeway, we pulled up to super close parking. Gentleman working outside was very friendly and nice too. Thank you so much Patty for the great customer service and first impression! Finding these plants was important to me and I appreciate it that you made it important to you too! So so excited :)

I came here looking for indoor plants for a client, but ended up getting a couple plants for my own office as well. Love the place and their plants are so healthy. You can tell they took care of their plants very well. Everyone we spoken to that helped us are very helpful, professional and nice. I will definitely come back again for plants in the future.

We got a very cute little money tree for $10 inside a cute pot! We went to another nursery and saw the same size trees/smaller than the ones at Temple for about the same price but sold without a nice ceramic pot, so this was definitely a better buy here. We also got this really cute little bamboo that was also sold within a nice ceramic pot for about $10. When we got to the register we saw the same bamboo in the same pot behind the register, but it looked healthier. I said to my boyfriend, "Do you think we should ask to get that one instead?" The cashier overheard and grabbed the nicer bamboo and got it ready for us! He even grabbed some of the stalks from the other bamboo plant we originally grabbed and transplanted it into our new pot to give us even more/make it look bigger and nicer. Again, he did all this without us even asking or saying anything so this was super nice!! They also have cheap pots here that are very traditional chinese looking with the painted flowers and birds. We bought a beautiful pot for only $9 here with a cute little drip tray that almost looked like a teacup saucer at restaurants. They also had some $3 small pots that would be great for succulents. The pots were kinda dirty and covered in spiderwebs, but honestly the price was good and they were still in great condition so i didnt care LOL They had some funny little animal pots too with frogs and elephants. This place was cute and affordable and the staff was nice to us, so id go back again! Just wish i had a yard so i could get some of these fruit trees! Parking was easy. They have a little lot, but the spots are a little tight. It wasn't an issue, though! They also take credit card here.

Last summer I was searching for a bat flower & one nursery I called, claimed "no one carries them in Southern California because they can't grow here" ... which is laughable considering a lot of stuff isn't native here but still grows ! I was a bit disappointed when I asked for help. I have been looking for an Egg Magnolia (Magnolia liliifera) which are very hard to find ! When asking the employee, she asked a colleague with her hand held radio. She tried a few times, but no response. She then showed me the very small selection of Magnolias they have - which wasn't much at all. I honestly didn't think she knew what an Egg Magnolia is. Really if you work at a nursery you should know more about plants, because from my interaction I could tell it was her first time hearing about this specific plant. If you're looking for rare plants, you may find what you're looking for. The inventory is quite vast & overwhelming. I suppose for an average person not looking for anything specific, this place would be lovely. I purchased an agave celsii nova for my front yard & a white rhino agave - 6" pot for around $80 which is a steal ! I have not seen them that low anywhere.
