Scott came out quickly after our phone call to give us a quote and recommendations on how to make the property shine. In some cases, Scott was able to provide advice on how to better trim some large bushes instead of complete removal along with which trees would need heavier trimming. He and his crew were able to get right to work on our property and get to work they did. They worked for nearly 4 days getting our property into shape. Each day, Scott would take a walk around the property with us to give us an update on progress and to discuss what was next. He provided a reasonable quote, his team worked hard and at the end of it, we are very happy with how our home is now shining and instead of overwhelmed by the vegetation is complemented by it. I found this after they left. I called the owner Scott and asked him to help clean it off our brick entry. He said he'd talk to his people, but never called back. I called him again a week later and he now wanted me to send him a photo. This was particularly odd as it doesn't really matter if he looked at a picture. I sent him the photo, and again I got no phone call back. I got no promise that anyone was going to come out to clean it. Nothing! This is sad. His communication skills don't seem to be in evidence. He doesn't take care to make sure his employees do things correctly. Even I know you don't lay a chain saw on concrete or bricks without something to catch the dripping oil.

They did artificial turf in our front yard and added a concrete step pathway to our front door. We were extremely happy with the way it turned out. They also did a waterfall feature in our backyard which did have a few issues, like the motor going out several times. However, every time we reached out to Roland, he followed through and sent his guys to resolve the issue. He stands behind his work, and even when the motor stopped working after a year, he sent one of his guys to buy us a new motor and get it installed without charging us for it. We were absolutely impressed with the way this company takes care of their clients and does not give up until the customer is 100% satisfied. Last month, we contacted Roland asking if he could do a small job for us; we wanted artificial turf installed on the small strip of dirt on the other side of our driveway, and even though the job was super small, Roland agreed to take the job. We had gotten another estimate from someone else and Roland's quote was far more reasonable. He sent his guys and they got the job done in two days. Hired Sergio to do a tear out on the side of my house and he did a decent job. He fixed the irrigation line but re-installed the pot backwards with the seam to the front (very ugly). The pot was also installed way out of level. Pics below. I understand that people make mistakes, but when they do not stand behind their work, it is not acceptable. I will not be using Sergio again for any jobs big or small. Our project…read moreincluded tearing up poured concrete and slate flooring both of which were showing age and damage, replacing with new Belgard pavers, and building a block wall, firepit, and custom block bench seating. We are really happy with how everything turned out. While a variety of challenges arose (thanks Covid) the communication and ease of working with Will made it overall a great experience. A few things that I wanted to highlight... (1) Detail. Will was not the cheapest contractor we got a bid from, however his quote was meticulously detailed, well thought out, and easy to follow. When I started asking a few of the other contractors about what we had discussed but was not written down in their quote, their price and timeline started rising. This showed me Will was honest and up-front and I would not get change orders for things that were verbally agreed. (2) Communication. There were a few delays for various reasons crew members getting sick, small corrections, supply chain etc - however the communication was great. As soon as a problem was identified it was communicated as well as the plan to rectify. (3) Flexibility. We didn't know exactly what we wanted when we started, I'd say we were 90% there but made some changes on the fly. Will was involved, shared his opinion, included the foreman when appropriate, but also willing to work with us when we had changes. (4) Accountability. When a project stretches a few months there are bound to be some issues that arise. Will took accountability for everything that was reasonably in his teams control. As an example when we didnt like one aspect of the firepit, he came over and agreed it was not up to the standard of the rest of the job so he completely redid it, at no cost to us. We will be working with Will again in a year or so when we install matching pavers in our driveway. Projects are tough but I would recommend Will due to his professionalism, accountability, flexibility, great communications and ultimately a beautiful finished product.
