I've always loved the beautiful surroundings and comfortable atmosphere at The Spa and Salon at PRO CLUB, but I was even more in love with it earlier this week. I arrived at The Spa about a minute before my 90 minute Relaxation Massage was scheduled to begin. I had just driven 45 perilous minutes in the heavy rain and I was very much in need of relaxation. Fortunately, I had completed the necessary form prior to arrival. Efram greeted me pleasantly, checked me in, and asked calmly if would like to proceed straight to the waiting room and have someone bring my robe and slippers to the massage room. I was thrilled with being offered this option so I would miss less of my massage session. I quickly said yes. When Tracy, my massage therapist, greeted me she noticed I wasn't in a robe and slippers. I explained that they would be brought to the room. She was very kind as she led me to the room. When the robe, slippers, and bag arrived, Tracy took care to put my belongings in the bag, place my slippers on the floor, and put the robe in a warmer. When she finished my delicious massage, she placed my robe on top of my covers for me to easily access. Once she left the room, I slipped into the robe and felt the heat caress my skin. I felt so cared for. Efram checked me out with a smile and efficiently. He asked me how everything was and I told him everything was wonderful! I've been going to this salon for a number of years. Overall, I've been happy with their services. There were some hiccups, but they course corrected along the way. For hair cut and balyage, I had to try a few stylists to finally find the one I like. Although Everytime I go their prices have increased! And it's getting to a ponit I'm considering switching to a different place.. I've also done facials in the past and Jenny was my favorite aesthetition. I was hoping we have found our place for a spa services. Making it easier spot since we go to the pro club. So my daughter tried both the waxing service and the massage service. The waxing wasn't good at all as her legs and arms felt as if she have shaved them and within a week the hair was out. As for the massage I am a bit confused with why they have a massage by itself for the hot stone and it's just relaxing. Like if you want deep massage you can't use the hot stone. Anyway again my daughter took the deep massage and she said it wasn't good at all. I called one day to ask about the hair smoothing treatment. The lady who answered the call told me they don't have this service. So when I was waiting at the spa for my daughter I asked the front desk and she called a stylist to come and talk to me. I couldn't understand what is the smoothing treatment they offer as the gentleman who was talking about it wasn't even sure about it as well. I think they have the idea of having a good service but they need to hire better technicians, staff. They seem busy tho so I am sure they have lots of happy customers. The spa itself is super beautiful and cool. Especially the quiet room where you wait for your appointment or wait for whoever is doing the treatment. Spa package was a special gift. It started with time in the quiet area, steam room and hot whirlpools. Cool clean water to rehydrate. After a cup of tea in front of the fire and a dreamy nap in a rich smooth beige room with elegant cream crown molding providing a tranquil setting.... Dawn was delightful and assistive (I'm low vision) giving me a relaxing sugar scrub. Somehow, with the word scrub, I had envisioned a tense session of pain. Rather, it was a gentle massage with beautiful coconut oil and sugar (she gave me a choice of oils and scents) that left my skin glowing. This was followed by a warm shower to remove the scrub and then a final application of moisturizer. I felt safe and comforted.** Warm spirit, renewed skin, peaceful mind. I was lead to Emily for a facial that started with a cloud warm mist, followed by several face swirling scrubs (sorry I was drifting under Emily's bubbly energy), then a wonderful cool "magic wand". Finally, Nili scrubbed, trimmed and pampered my feet with warm towels, heated hand mitts and neck roll. It all left me floating on a cloud of happiness. Thank you all. **my last massage was many years ago with a male that was extremely inappropriate where I had to walk out early (Spa Envy). The session with Dawn was very healing for my fear level. Despite my history, I never once spelled, uncomfortable with her, in fact, exactly the opposite, I felt very cared for, and that she had A high level of ability to adapt to my needs. I had a diamond glow facial here last week and everything was excellent. I've had this facial at 2 other spas in the area and none compared. The spa at Pro Club offers access to their spa services (steam room, sauna, whirlpools, showers, and lounges) when you come in for a facial (or massage) service. Robes, slippers, and all ammenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash, deodorant, lotion, hair dryers, towels, etc) are available for spa guests. There is no membership required but they do offer discounts to members. This spa offered 3 different levels of the diamond glow facial, something the other spas did not offer. I chose the max which was 75 minutes and included an extra mask and your choice of either dermaplaning or a chemical peel. I haven't ever done dermaplaning but have had chemical peels so I chose to give it a try. It was a nice exfoliating service and would be great for anyone who might have darker hairs on their face. I had a calming mask after the rest of the facial was complete. Some extras offered here with this facial included cryotherapy (a cotton wand dipped in liquid nitrogen and rolled over your face) which was very nice and a hand/arm massage while the mask sets. My appointment was at 11:15 am on a Saturday. I came in a bit before my facial to enjoy the Spa but know that the whirlpools, sauna and steam room are part of the gym/facility locker rooms so it was busy around 10:30am. I did go back to the sauna after and there were only maybe 4-5 people around. This should be your location for diamond glow or any other facial service. I will be back! read more

I'll start off by saying it wasn't me that received the experience, but I was paying. My girlfriend said her skin felt great, but that she'd only come back under a different esthetician. So i'd be careful about who you pick for your esthetician, it will make or break your experience. I had chosen just any female esthetician for my girlfriend and decided to come to the pro club because my aunt has spoken about her good experiences here. I opted to pay for a 60 minute personalize facial with a personalized mask (+30$), my girlfriend told me that the esthetician kept upselling her and that she told her that she wanted to make sure she asked me before she decided on adding a bunch of things to the service which Diana then said to her "oh why do you need to ask, is it going to break his bank" which honestly is really none of her business and highly unprofessional. Additionally creating conversation with my girlfriend, Diana continued to speak very poorly of doctor's and estheticians, claiming that "they should really leave it to the professional estheticians" and that "doctor's just want to do anything they can to make money." She wanted to know what products that, that specific esthetician used and said "oh those products are not good, and as an esthetician she should know not to be using products like that." Additionally at the end she said "oh I didn't see that your boyfriend paid for the personalized mask" and gave her a mask to take home and use. I was under impression paying 30$ for a "personalized mask" that the service would be putting together multiple products into a mask that she would then apply and not a take mask in a package. The only thing personalized with that 30 dollars was the fact that she just chose it. Diana also seemed to upgrade the "60 minute facial to a micro peel" my girlfriend mentioned that that micropeel finished after 45 minutes which she was then prompted to leave, not the full 60 which Diana could have applied whatever the so called "personalized mask" was. Overall with spending 280$ with tip the service that was given was horrendous and shortcuts were definitely taken. I gave her a 40$ tip which if I had a better understanding of the situation I would have resorted to giving 0$. read more

While you wait for your appointment there is a beautiful and relaxing room. They give you water and there is plenty of comfortable seating. The only luxurious thing about it now is the price. I have been using this Pro club salon in Bellevue for years and since Covid it has slowly been going downhill but with new ownership, it has totally become only about gouging customers. The only good thing about it are some of the providers I see there. They used to really make you feel good. There were snacks in the lounge and they would offer you a protein bar after service and a nice drink (champagne, lattes etc.) during the service. This is no more. The new owners took over and immediately raised prices, which were already pretty high. Prices on the website are not adhered to - they charge more for experienced people but this is not stated at booking. There is a fee for the spa staff (reception staff etc.) which really should be absorbed into the price but OK. And now they charge 2.5% for credit card payment, like some cheap salon where an essential pedicure is nowhere near $105 Pro charges. The worst thing for me is the cleanliness and cheap products. Showers are incredibly dirty - shower walls are not washed and are sticky with conditioner and soap scum - touch them at your peril. Hairdryers are sticky, it's clear no one is wiping them. They replaced redken shampoo and conditioner with some cheap non branded stuff that left my scalp sore and itchy and my hair dry like straw. Now I have to bring my own. Honestly, not sure why they are charging the fee for salon staff because there doesn't seem to be anyone there to clean the facilities. I love coming here for the people that have provided top notch services but I am not sure the value is there for me anymore. It is clear management is greedily making changes that benefit them at the expense of the customer. I hope the management realizes customers are not stupid and blind and thinks about value they are providing. If they lose loyal staff - customers will disappear with them. read more

The Pro-Club is pretty luxurious and the staff have always been very accommodating. I booked my second massage here and yes, I've been here before but I wasn't expecting to be completely left on my own! After checking in, I was given a card with my locker number and access code (5 digit number) and . . . that was it!! Luckily I remembered where the entrance was and walked in myself but I expected to be at least escorted through and have someone at least point out some general directions! I found my locker and noticed that my locker had some dirt inside which got onto my robe. The sandals were also a tad small but there was literally no staff in the locker room for me to point these things out to or exchange sandals for. I found my way down to the quiet room (I was not told where to hang out prior to my massage) and had a good massage. Afterwards I went to check out the hot tubs/sauna and then got stuck on the other side of the door because I couldn't quite remember my access code. I have decent memory but there's no pockets in the robes to keep the card with the access number and it's a fairly long number to remember especially after my relaxation service which I forgot everything! The housekeeping lady was very nice and helped me out so it wasn't too long of a wait luckily to get back into the locker room. I had also inquired about ordering food to the spa which one of the staff told me they had servers for. However, when I was ready for lunch, there was no staff member around to help me place my order. Pro-Club exudes luxury; however, the locker room staffing could be increased heavily. You can see all their pricing on their website and they are priced about the same as others for their services. Other spas do not come close to the atmosphere and service you receive here. I recently had a haircut appointment at this salon, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I booked the appointment, I specifically mentioned multiple times that I needed a stylist experienced with curly hair, and I was assured that the hairdresser I would be seeing had that expertise. However, the hairdresser didn't even bother to wet my hair before cutting it, which immediately surprised me, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she must know what she was doing. After the cut, I noticed several flaws and mentioned them to her. She told me she would fix them after washing my hair, but she didn't. I brought it up again after the cut was finished, and she still ignored my concerns. At that point, I gave up. She didn't dry my hair, just applied some cream, which made it look awful. As I was driving home, I noticed several pieces of hair that she hadn't even cut, and they didn't match the rest of my hair. I called the salon to request a new appointment with a different stylist and again asked to be booked with someone experienced with curly hair. I explained that, because of my curls, it's important to take extra time to brush through the hair before cutting, so it can be done evenly. The response I received was shocking: the receptionist suggested I go somewhere else that specializes in "your type of hair." I politely asked for clarification, and she repeated the same statement. When I mentioned that I've had several haircuts there without any issues and that wavy hair is different from straight hair, I was told, "We will put that on our website." I'm honestly appalled by how rude and unprofessional the reception was and how poorly my haircut turned out. However big disappointment hit us this time. Schedule was a mess!!! I have to cancel my massage because it was too late competing to entire group (of 6). It would be very long for rest of the team to wait for me... Services in dining was horrible!!! It took 30 min to serve water. Drinks were served after food was already on the table... also majority of items on the menu weren't available after it was already ordered and clarifications arrived 20 min after the order was placed. I really love the Spa and medical Spa there. Everyone is so nice and I feel very comfortable and happy when I am there. I am there very often to have all different types of cosmetic treatment and I am very satisfied with the results. the Spa is the kind of a place that cares about you. If you are not 100% satisfied, they do everything possible to make you happy. That is extremely important to me. The costumer service is outstanding. I always have consultations with the dermatologist Dr Levy and he is really good. Also, all my beauty procedures I do with Kristal, she is amazing!! Over all I'd say this is a pretty great place, all of the employees are what really make it wonderful. I've had excellent massages, facials, pedicures and makeup sessions here, and even with the employees I didn't necessarily love they always did excellent work. The locker rooms are a tad cramped for nonmembers and the whirlpool areas feel a bit dated and not particularly luxurious, their cleaning ladies are extremely rude, so if you do anything "against the rules" even on accident they will loudly bark at you and call you "lady" - obnoxious is an understatement. The actual services, great, the employees, great, the amenities, could be improved, the non-hospitality staff, terrible. Definitely would recommend going here but maybe think twice about using the whirlpool area in case any of the ill-mannered cleaning staff are lurking. read more

Elegant and very relaxing. salon hair & skin products in the spacious bathroom. Even salon quality hair dryers. Everything was stocked real well and ready to use. The staff was very professional. The whole place was very relaxing. The only complaint is I had to carry or keep track of my sign in health sheet the whole time. Maybe suggest to fill that out and leave it at the front desk before going to the back? This spa set the bar pretty high. This place is the only one I'll be going back to in Seattle. read more

Larger spas like this are hit and miss. Some of the staff are experienced pros and some are inexperienced. Ive booked services at probably 15 different spas over the last 10 years so i have some context. The process to book our services here was amateur hour. Inexperienced staff answered the phone and knew almost nothing about their services. If you spent five minutes on the website you knew more than they did. They put me on hold probably five times. 45 minutes just to book four basic massages. Then they call me back to make us a special offer. Then they email a confirmation that is different than what we discussed. Then we get there and the itinerary is different from both the email and the phone calls. Too much stress just to boom there. When we went to check out they game me the wrong rates and tried to overcharge us by around $60. The therapists were good. They worked everything out and gave us a good set of treatments. Overall they are overpriced, unorganized, and not real good at the front desk via phone or face to face. Probably wont go back. Compared to Salish this place is a bust. read more

The service from the people at the counter stinks. Ladies and gentleman, you work at a spa, get over yourself, be friendly and helpful. It's a spa. at a gym. The service from the party planning person, sets a new bar for how shit service can be. If you want to plan a little event here, prepare to have to do all the arranging and double checking with the spa, because they will likely mess up reservations and schedules, or just not book. Planning a bachelorette party from London is no easy feat... especially when your lovely lovely lovely (with not a dip of sarcasm) fellow bridesmaids are as easy as pie, low-key, and completely unopinionated. Luckily for me, the folks at PRO really knew what they were doing and the facilities - including a beautiful and fully stocked locker room, a cozy lounging area with water and light nibbles, the soaking and sauna area - could have pleased the pickiest and most judgmental of spatzis. 16 treatments scheduled, 16 treatments delivered and individually paid for, with a group champagne lunch (in robes, no less), and the bride now worships my "organizing skills." PRO definitely made me look good! Plus, I had the best massage of my life by Derrik, an hour of pure shiatsu bliss that I will come back for again and again. You simply cannot beat their shellac manicure! Although every nail technician is wonderful, I personally love the work of Donna and Lan! They are very meticulous and clearly love what they do. Prices can be high, but you can't beat the quality of their work and service. Giuseppe and Adam are incredible as massage therapists, and you will leave feeling like a marshmellow after seeing either one of them! You can tell Adam where you are hurting and he will fix the problem! Giuseppe's massages are like no one else's you will ever experience! He is truely an artist in what he does, and his massages are purely magical. Jeff is superb at color services and cuts, and KP, Jamee, and Adriel are fabulous for blondes! I think I will become a regular after having a nice haircut from Roseanna. Back in LA, I had all my haircuts done in Japanese salon and Vidal Sassoon because not many designers know how to deal with Asians' coarse and volume hair and it's usually a easy 2 hours process, just for haircut. I was pretty worried about where to find a good stylist after relocating to Redmond until I decided to give this salon a try. Didn't have any expectation until Roseanna did my haircut. She is quiet and fast, and knows what she is doing. I was a bit worried in the beginning because the way she cut hairs is different from all designers I met. But I was quite happy with the outcome. The salon itself is busy and kind of noisy in a weekday afternoon. But within one hour I had a great hair. The haircut is expensive but they give you coupon for first time customer lol. Cost $75 for my long and volume hair. My only complain is the shampoo part was no fun and not so enjoy as Asian salon. She basically just washed hair without touching the scalp. I love the decadence of the Spa at the Pro Sports Club. I love the care and attention paid to my well-being. I love the large bowls of fresh fruit and the complimentary bottles of water with the spa's own label. I love the fluffy coverlets on the massage tables. I love the Jacuzzis styled after Roman baths. Most of all though, I love knowing that I can go there and get the massage I want. I can get my eyebrows shaped correctly so that I recognize the person in the mirror. More than decadence, the Pro Club is about excellence. Excellence is something I really do appreciate. read more

The event coordinator Suleqa made us respond to her multiple times over email as to what we want, there were delays in her replies (around 2 weeks at one point).
