I brought my adult son who has Down syndrome into the salon for a pedicure- he used his own ATM credit card and they insisted the card was declined. We asked them to try a again since we knew money was in the account, still they claimed it was declined...out of frustration I paid them cash. Thy ended up charging his card 3 times and refused to acknowledge the error. We were unable to prove I paid in cash because I didn't keep the receipt! Its pretty bad when a business takes unfair advantage of a intellectually disabled person, cannot imagine what they would have done if I was nit with him - The pedicure was mediocre done by an inexperienced young guy, with no license posted. I went in as a walk-in for a gel manicure. I don't know who did my nails, but the booth said 'Wenddy'. The poor girl seemed super depressed. My gel manicure lasted about 9 days. It flaked off thin nail polish and lifted on the sides and at the cuticle. Not to mention the cuticle work was really bad. And I had to show her how uneven each nail was as she filed them. What a waste of $40 and $8 tip!! Apparently in the reviews you have to ask for Mary, Kate or Hannah. So many of my friends love this salon. But my experience was not good. BEWARE OF GIFT CARD FRAUD.*** I've been a loyal customer here for years, visiting every 2-3 weeks and spending thousands of dollars so it really sucks I have to update my review from 5 stars to 1 star for a place I used to love. I bought a $200 gift card in May for Mother's Day. My mom tried to use it on multiple visits since then and was told each time that the card reader was broken. After her most recent attempt, I called the salon directly to confirm the issue was fixed and I was told the reader started working again right after she left (what a coincidence), and that it would work next time. Today, our regular technician contacted us to say the gift card needed to be updated because of a POS system change. My mom went in, and the salon told her the card balance was $0. When she pointed out that she'd never been able to use it, staff claimed she must have spent it at a different Levue Nails location, despite this being the only location/nail salon in general she goes to. I went in person as the purchaser and asked them to check the other locations' appointment records, which would confirm my mom never went there and that the funds were never usable in the first place. The employee I spoke with, who said she was relaying the owner's decision, was dismissive, short, and rude with me throughout the conversation and refused the request outright. I was told there was nothing they could do since the system showed a $0 balance. No one at this business made any real effort to look into what happened, and the way I was treated made things even worse. A $200 balance that was never once successfully used simply vanished, and the response was to blame the customer rather than investigate. I'm sad and disappointed that this is how a years-long relationship with two loyal customers ends. Not because of one mistake, but because no one there was willing to make it right. If you're considering buying a gift card here, DON'T. There's no guarantee the funds will still be there when it's time to use them, and no accountability if they aren't. read more

I tried this nail salon for the first time today and really loved it. The service was good, and they sat us down within just a few minutes of walking in as we had an appointment. A friend of mine and myself went here to get our nails done. I really enjoyed the experience. The inside of the salon was very nice and clean. The restrooms are also very clean. The salon is large inside, which I am not used to in a nail salon. I really appreciated that. It had a very classy vibe as well. They have lots of colors for dip polish which I really liked as well! They have a huge assortment of colors for all polishes. Overall, I would definitely recommend Levue, especially if you don't like crowded small nail salons. The service is good, they did a good job cleaning up cuticles,nail polish, etc. The spa one includes scrub, cream and hot stone massage with a warm towel wrap for 30 seconds. They spent a 35 mins for the whole thing, so it felt really quick. The place is clean and lit (literally bright). I had to tell them to get callus remover to remove calluses, they only use buffer else. I was referred here by a friend who had an amazing experience with her nail tech execution of design. I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. I usually get dip powder and design but decided to get a new gel-X set. Grace explained the process of upkeep well and what to expect. She blended two designs I had in mind and brought examples to show. She did very well. This set was about $140. They offer wine tea and water. It's served in paper cups currently. Believe what the other reviewers on Google have said, and avoid this place like the plague. The man at the front desk has the most sour expression you've ever seen - no greeting, prompts you to just punch in your contact info and drops you at whichever available nail techs sitting close by. My entire service that costed over $100 lasted literally only 20mins from start to finish even though I paid extra for the supposed "spa pedicure". The woman actually set a digital timer (!!) for 3 minutes when doing the foot massage, and 1 of those 3 minute LS was spent shuffling around looking for something. There was even bubbles in the shellac polish they applied but when I flagged it to the lady, she brushed it off and casually tried to file it away, which didn't work and she just left it as-is before going to the next customer. No one provided a fan for my pedicure, or helped me put my sandals back on. I had to do it all on my own while trying not to smudge the polish, only to be met by the huffing sour faced man at the front desk demanding extra tips on top of the default 15% they've automatically included for an already super poor service. Literally ANY other nail salon is better than this one - save yourself the heartache and frustration, and go to a different salon. You'll be glad you did. read more

I've been coming to Levue Nails & Spa since 2018 (back when they had bunnies), and I've always loved it here. I've recommended this place to countless friends and family members over the years. That's why it's so disheartening to say that the quality of service has noticeably declined, something my family, friends, and I have all picked up on recently. It genuinely saddens me because this used to be a place I felt proud to support and recommend. Having worked in the service industry myself, at a family-owned company much smaller than Levue. I understand the challenges that come with running a small business. But we never sacrificed quality for profit. My family and I go out of our way to support small businesses, and we tipped $52 on a $174 bill today. It's disappointing to see that as Levue's popularity has grown, the personalized care and attention to detail seem to have faded. The service now feels more corporate and profit-driven, rather than community- and quality-focused. While we are not comfortable sharing pedicure photos, I've included a photo of my Gel X nails from today to speak for themselves. I've never written a negative review before, but after seeing a less popular business I've worked for consistently put quality and customers first, I felt the need to speak up, not out of anger, but in hopes it encourages some reflection and positive change, both for future customers and the business itself. read more

This has always been my go to nail salon due to loving the vibe here. I always come with appointments, though even when coming without one we are always seated within minutes. I love this nail salon in particular due to the nice and clean inside and amazing workers. I've come here for many things like polish, gel, manicure, and pedicure and they always do a great job. There's nothing to extraordinary about the jobs they do, but it always works. The real reason I love this location in particular is because the workers here seem like they have such a great community. They are always the same workers, they all seem like they are enjoying themselves, and it always lightens my day. I had pretty low expectations as previous salons I went to could not replicate designs when I showed them a picture from Pinterest. At Levue, I had Belle work on my nails. Right off the bat, I could tell her attention to detail -- she helped me find dip colors that matched the picture I showed her, and made sure every nail was filed to the perfect shape. After dipping my nails, she used the drill to make sure it was thin enough to my liking and smooth. When it came to the design, she crushed it! It looked exactly like the picture. These were the best nails I've ever gotten. The last salon I went to didn't even push back my cuticles, left my dip all lumpy, didn't reshape my nails to the perfect almond after dipping, and top coat started chipping the night of. After getting my nails done at Levue, I've already washed my hands a ton and washed my hair and my nails are still perfectly intact. This was such a refreshing experience after coming from a careless salon. I never want to get these nails removed because they're so cute, but I'm already looking forward to my next nail appointment! I took off one star because I had to wait 10-15 minutes before Belle started on my nails. The receptionist didn't communicate to me that I had to wait, or told me the cart next to me with the nail swatches was for me to choose my color. They have always done a great job on my pedicures or gel manicures. Today I went in with a toenail that was severely split in the middle. She recommended putting on a tip to fix it. She did a great job and only charged $5 extra. Ellie was the one that did it, but I have had great service from all staff. If I could give this set zero stars I would. The one man I saw there did my nails. He touched every single nail with his bare finger with every single layer of dip. Introducing more and more oil. He also sweated on my fingers. When he finally got to the layer that sets the nail he repeatedly touched it making it so the top coat set uneven and lumpy. I'm not even sure he had his license with how unhygienic it was. When I asked if he could stop touching each finger with his bare hand he refused and kept doing it. Even after I pulled my hands away. I had to pull them away from him twice. He also didn't ask me to wash my hands in the middle of my set like you're supposed to. This place is expensive for what the quality of service is. Not going back. In the middle of my pedicure one of the workers said "oh and btw, it's an extra $10 to remove gel...." which is not fine. I was clear about the service I needed and having gel on both my hands and feet from the beginning. Was disappointed and felt pressured to be ok with an additional charge so I said no to the pedicure and had them move me to a table for the manicure only. Not a great way to treat a customer. Asked for a French tip gel manicure and needed 2 tips. Felt like the lady was annoyed with me. The quality of the service? See the pictures. My skin was basically stuck to a big clump of glue under the nail, I had white polish marks all over my hands, and most surprisingly, the lady scrubbed glue that she got on my hands off with a nail filer and basically skinned me! Never going back here. Felt so rushed and unprofessional and it wasn't even that busy! Not to mention it hurts to wash my hands now. read more

Went with friend b/c we scheduled online the LV Manicure... Weird vibe/atmosphere. One seasoned guy(working on me) walking other lady through what to do with my friend. Offered us wine, gave in a paper cup.. Online it stated cannabinoid hand massage, we got a dirty Suave bottle massage, and a VERY awkward shoulder massage we did not expect. It was weird and aggressive. They were speaking and the lady working on my friend was giggling by whatever could have been said. We tried to make the best of it, but they charged us over $50 each for a very average manicure, that has chipped off two days later.. (cheap products) Will not go back. I went here a few times and always had a bad vibe for various reasons like the manager guy that schedules the appointments and answers the phone being totally rude or the workers clearly talking about the customers and even mocking them which is not ideal but not illegal. everyone is allowed to talk shit if they please but where I drew the line is when they cut my finger with a drill bit and I watched the woman working on me place it right back on the bur block with her "clean" instruments and continued working like my finger wasnt bleeding.No blood exposure protocol, no first aid offered- Nothing. it's as if she couldn't see my bleeding finger. I pointed it out and all she said was "Oops!" and giggled. also noticed they reuse their sanding bands. all the sanding bands were kept in a dusty little tin and they all had nail dust on them indicating that they were previously used. the level of cleanliness or lack thereof is alarming to say the least. this place is dirty and they do not take proper steps to protect their customers. not only is this place dirty but they also aren't very nice and don't respect if you have an appointment time booked and will keep you waiting. in my experience, I was kept waiting for 40 mins past my scheduled appointment. The manager guy (shorter gentleman with dark hair that mans the front desk) always acts highly inconvenienced by my business. Take your business elsewhere where you won't be cut, put in danger of infections and the manager isn't a jerk for no reason. read more

They do a good job with safety precautions (take temps upon arrival, hand washing, sanitizing, plastic barriers up between customers and techs, etc.) I usually get a full set of dip powder and Lay does such an amazing job every time! Disappointed and sad as they started out so great... But they've lost their way. I used to really like this nail place, but they have just become a factory. There is little interest in personal care, it's just about rushing everybody through. It depends on the technician you get as to whether you get a good job or a substandard job. And they used to carry primarily high-end products and now it's all cheap crap that just doesn't last, chips easy, peels, lifts, etc. I've used them for about three years now, and lately my results are less than satisfactory in my opinion. I had the worst "new gel" nail experience with this super thick glue because she didn't do it right... I went in because I had glue all over my cuticles and fingertips that I could not get off, and I was unhappy with how thick everything was, when this this is supposed to be a thinner, easier product... They told me they really couldn't do much to fix it, And they could've cared less. No offer of a discount, not even a Flipping apology!! So I went back to di.... still hit and miss! Totally dependent on who you get to do it. And their experience is not always the telltale sign! Just got Tuey. Not the first time I've had her, and her whole focus is rushing through and getting you done as quick as possible! It is so clear! Her focus isn't on the best possible outcome Or even building a relationship for a future appointments, it's about how fast she can get it done. If I could give her some advice, it would be that she should slow down and be more about quality than speed! The end result of every manicure I've had by her is pain, sometimes bleeding, torn up cuticles, and less than ideal smooth end result. She's pushy, and just frankly unengaging and unpleasant. After being a fan of LeVue and posting earlier positive reviews, and sending a lot of referrals,, I am now pretty disappointed. Especially after my most four recent experiences with manicures and pedicures. I do dip and shellac, and I just don't feel like quality matters there anymore, it's all about speed. There is no engaging with the technician, they never offer you any beverage, they just want to get you in and out! And be aware, you can make an appointment, but it really doesn't matter anymore, you will be forced to wait. The difference is you get to sit and wait in a chair for your technician whomever they might be. Don't bother booking a specific technician because you'll get whomever is available anyway. I didn't realize that this nail salon is the same management as the one in Bellevue which I have visited a few weeks ago for a pedi. It was my mom's birthday on Thursday. We had a scheduled appointment for 5pm. We arrived 3minutes easily. They asked us to wash our hands and take a seat. It wasn't until 5:15 that a nail tech came to work on my mom. 10min later another nail tech came to work on me. My mom had very outgrown cuticle. She told the lady it was hurting her so she went to use the machine on my mom. It was still painful. They didn't use cuticle oil or allowed for her hands to soak enough. I picked out a color that was running out but didn't know until the lady told me half way i had to pick another color. I chose a similar color but you can see the strokes if polish. The two ladies gave us the hands massage (not really they just applied lotion) Our manicure were 25ish minutes. It was super fast. The front desk employee was not polite at all. She asked how much i was going to tip cash. I said i didnt have cash & she said next time cash only. For $88 the experience was not it here. They did the bare minimum. read more
