Nancy's salon is absolutely incredible. The staff is always very friendly and so helpful! I always leave with a huge smile on my face. Nancy herself does my nails and she is a master at her craft, best french nails in town without a question !

This is my regular go to place for nails and pedicure. No matter what picture or inspo I showed they deliver it to 100%.

Went here today looking for a new nail spot. I called prior too and I was told to come in 15 minutes. When I arrived I just waited maybe 5 minutes and they had a chair ready to go. Clean nail salon and the ladies are very nice and professional. I tried the jelly manicure and it didn't disappoint. Lavender was amazing. My entire leg feels silky smooth and relaxed. I would totally recommend them and will be coming back.

They really do such a good job here, I'm always so impressed. One of the few places I've been that don't always accidentally knick your skin. Such great people as well. I usually do gel but had a regular polish last 2 weeks unchipped which is unheard of! Bit on the pricier side but I always go back because the quality is unmatched.

Love Nancy and her team! Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the finished product. Every service I've received here (pedi, gel mani, acrylics) has been done with care and patience. Today I had an acrylic set put on by Ni (I hope I spelled her name right!) and she did such an awesome job. I love the shape and length... just what I wanted!

AMAZING!! I called and made a last minute appointment and they were so accommodating and kind. It was my first pair of acrylics and I couldn't be happier with them! I didn't want them long (I wear contacts and don't want to poke my eye out) and she kept checking in with me about length and made sure they were perfect. Also, they are very good about Covid safety! Nancy's Nails is the best! The jelly pedi is worth every penny! I've been coming here since I moved to PNW two years ago. A coworker that has grown up in the area recommended them. They are clean and have the highest standards with COVID-19 safety. Upon entering you are asked to wash your hands. They clean all surfaces, including seats between guests. Needless to say, masks are required. But what makes this place exceptional is the team. Nancy, Lynn, and Kim are personable, professional, and friendly. My husband loves the massage chair and the relaxation of an amazing jelly-pedicure. I enjoy Lynn's cheery disposition , attention to detail , and our conversations . Kim is the princess of pampering and has a soothing ‍disposition. Nancy is the queen bee that knows her clientele and is known for her nail art . Once you visit Nancy's, your search for beautiful nails with friendly care will be over!

Everyom there was so very kind! I went with my grandma and it was a great experience they squeezed us in at the end of the day and a bit past there closing hours. Very fun experience I recommend the jelly for your feet! my nails look so lovely it was just incredible!

Three stars = A-OK. These folks get the job done. They were able to get me in quickly as a walk in when the place I usually go to was booked. It's a smaller place, but that's fine. The entrance door could use some TLC (read p-a-i-n-t), and the interior could use a deep cleaning and some rearranging. It's not dirty, but it's also not the spotless and appealing interior I've seen in some nail salons. For a male mani-pedi it was fine. I can't speak to their polish skills because I do not use polish. I had one worker doing the pedi and another the mani. Pedi was good. Mani was a little rushed. So much so on the mani that I found still attached cuticles I could push back with my other nails on several fingers. That's not acceptable. So, while this is a nice and friendly place, I'll probably stick to my regular nail salon.

10/10- Absolutely Loved My Experience at Nancy Nails & spa! I visited Nancy Nails &. Spa in Redmond for the very first time, and I am SO happy I chose this place! I have uploaded my hand and feet photos because they turned out absolutely beautiful. Also sharing Lien and Chiz pictures these two beautiful ladies deserve all the credit for their work!!! I had my nails done by Lien and Chi and I cannot express how truly kind, gentle, respectful, and attentive they both were. They listened so carefully to my preferences, checked in with me throughout the service, and made sure every detail was perfect. Their work is neat, elegant, and exactly what I wanted. I went to this place believing that they did their job well and it turned out, that it was the worst service I could receive in my life and you want to do a job with these people I don't recommend it because it will take the worst moment you spend, they don't know how to work only charge money. read more

Not my typical place but needed a mani. Expensive ($15 more than the place I go to in Kirkland). I'm happy I went there as they did a good job and if I need a mani and am the area I'd go there again. Very friendly service too! My only concern is I hope the person that did my nails got my tip. I thought it was very strange that the person who helped check me out showed me a calculator with 60 then asked how much I want to tip so I entered the total amount to be 72. $60 for nails + $12 tip. She gave me a credit card receipt for $72 which I had to sign and that paper had a tip portion too. Just strange business. read more

I've been going to Nacy's for YEARS! The salon is always clean, the staff is super friendly and they do an amazing job! Don't waste your time with the assembly line, make you wait nail salons. Nancy and her team take their time and focus on their customer's needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Please give Nancy and her team a try, you won't regret it! read more

Neighborhood feels where they treat you like they've known you for years. Friendly and kind. As a first timer, the pedi was ok and the hybrid gel mani was good. It is on the pricy side in comparison to more updated salons. The place still looks like Covid times with all the signs, plastic barriers and such. It's not dirty but could use some tidying and TLC. Overall, they get the job done. read more

The BEST! I've come to Nancy anytime I have a special occasion coming up. I'm not a frequent nail salon person but I know that I'm going to get a high quality experience here. She's a true pro and she will consult with you about your design and the best way to achieve it - so as a nail novice I find her advice so valuable. I made the mistake of going to another local salon when I had a wedding coming up and they totally botched it. I went to a second place to get it fixed and they did not do a good job either. Nancy was able to squeeze me in last minute and totally fixed everything and my nails look amazing now. She is very detail oriented and a perfectionist so I always leave happy. Highly recommend!!! Also they have a jelly pedicure that is so unique and fun. Love this salon! read more

First timer and very very pleased!!! I walked in on a Friday at 2pm requesting a full set and a pedicure. They had me in the chair within seconds. I enjoyed my first ever jelly pedicure that Lynn gave me she is the sweetest and pays a lot of attention to detail I'm very very pleased!! Nancy did my nails while I was getting my toes done so the service made me feel very VIP. I absolutely love my nails! Will return, do recommend !! read more

Nancy and her staff are Amazing! kind, caring, fun - but most of all - a clean shop with professionals. I have never EVER been disappointed here in the 5 years I have been going to them. Bottom line - if you are a "drive-by, walk in" - they may not have time right then for you because they are all highly popular with committed clients, BUT will offer you an appointment time. This is a shop you can trust and not be disappointed - for nails, toes & waxing. Call ahead and make them your regular nail shop. Nancy and her team are fantastic. It feels like family here. My Girlfriend went to get her nails done by Lynn. Lynn did a fabulous job on the nails! I was very impressed with her work and how she takes care of the nails and make them perfect. Other nail salons, they don't do very good job and work to fast to get customers in and out and don't take their time on the customer's nails. However Nancy nails and spa take their time and their customers feel very relaxed and have good conversation. this place is very nice inside and very clean.... I would highly recommend this place! read more

We had to wait a week to get in and it was definitely worth the wait! I do not think I am ever disappointed with the service here. They fill up fast though so making an appointment ahead of time is the way to go. In fact Nancy said they were already booked 2 weeks out while we were there. They do an excellent job at cleaning and making sure you are safe. My husband and I both received pedicures and they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. Decided to get a pedicure and I'm from out of town. This was the number one place on yelp so I tired it. I called to see if they had time in 10 mins. They did. The place was clean. My nail tech was Lyn. She was kind and courteous, asked my name and made small talk. The pedicure itself was great. It had sea salt scrub, mask, lotion, massages and polish. My husband and I visited a few weeks ago. I was nervous to go somewhere new during the re-opening of business but I was not disappointed. The ladies at Nancy Nails made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed at how they had modified their business model to follow the COVID-19 protocols. And man, did they clean everything! I felt very safe and like they truly cared about doing the right thing, not just making a profit. Also, they were all very sweet and and did a great job with the pedis, considering the time limitations. I moved and couldn't get in to see Nancy but she went very much missed. I am driving a little and I have to go out of my way. But SHE is worth it I have been back for 6 weeks and my nails and toes are back! I use to get comments on my nails all the time but it had stopped. Might be standard practice in some places, but not something I am willing to risk again.

I did notice my left toe seems to have chipped a little bit that could be my own doing as I spent the last weekend in Vegas.

What a waste of $40 and $8 tip!! Apparently in the reviews you have to ask for Mary, Kate or Hannah. So many of my friends love this salon. But my experience was not good. Not every employee does equal quality work.

I ended up with something very odd and much more expensive. I had no clue walking out what the hell is on my finger nails... it does kinda look french tip, but it's big, bulky, your nails are completely unusable for standard nail stuff (like opening letters, peel off labels) and it feels like I got an extra 1/4 inch of stuff on it. After asking my friends, turns out that this is not your standard good old French tip, it's a SNS situation that you can't get off anymore. Yikes! I was just about to go and buy a nail polish remover when they told me that you can't use it for those kind of nails. I had to seriously google the whole disaster and also checked their website, instead of the $30 french tip manicure, they quietly upgraded me to the $55 SNS one. They never asked if I even wanted that and with me having absolutely no idea what the hell was going on, I couldn't intervene to tell them that this isn't what I ordered. I remember thinking that the price is way too much and why did I sit for over an hour what should have taken 30min. Lesson learned, I'll never ever do a nail service again. This will take months to grow out unless I'm willing to douse my hands in 100% acetone for 15-20min and try to get this glub back off (had to google this also)... I can't even say that this was a great job, since my friends said it's too thick and not looking good. If you are new to nails, this isn't the right place, they'll do whatever to charge the most expensive service even if you didn't order it. I assume a seasoned pro would have stopped them in their tracks, but now I'm stuck with this, can't use my nails, paid too much and can't get it off without a lot of effort.

They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. As a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off plus a cute little gift bag with cuticle oil, hand cream, and nail care instructions. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I expected a little more attention to detail for a professional service at this level. A couple of nails had small imperfections. For example, one thumb wasn't fully covered near the edges and part of it looked matte, almost like the top coat didn't fully seal the edge. One other nail also had a slightly uneven surface. If you're sensitive to chemical fumes and odors, beware. This is a nice shop, conveniently located in Redmond. The staff are very nice and competent, but my nails are still too long and not smooth. I had wanted them short and smooth. I elected the more deluxe spa pedicure, I've forgotten what they called it, but it was very relaxing and nice, if a little over-long. Overall, I was pleased, except for the troubling fumes, which I'm guessing were related to the fingernail decoration going on nearby in the small-ish room. The building appears to date from the 60s or 70s, so I don't have much confidence in the buildings' air handlers to effectively exchange out the toxic smelling fumes. As a result, I can't go back, but if fumes don't trouble you, then I can recommend this salon, as long as you are specific about how you want your nails done. She spent way more time with massage than she did on my nails. read more

Took my coworker here after work since I needed a manicure for an upcoming birthday trip to Disneyland. Everyone greeted us and gave us something to drink, they included us in their conversations, and we were all laughing and chatting during the appointment. They always had us check every step of their work before moving on to the next stage, just to make sure everything was perfect. Nancy even threw in my little nail design for free as a gift for my b-day! Co-worker and I agreed that this was going to be our new spot. They seem to have a lot of return customers and know all of their preferences as well. Just a great experience when it was all said and done. read more

I found this place on my own when visiting the British Pantry over 7 years ago now. It is a joyful place to come to & be pampered . Nancy keeps this place COVIED 19 clean . I get a pedicure a about every 6 weeks & love the many different jelly pedi mixture that go on your legs like lavender!! You can't beat the price either & so friendly . This is the best nail salon on the Eastside. They have added a new pedicure called Jelly Pedi. It is a 5 step process and so relaxing. I have a bunion and the skin on it looks dry and ugly. This process makes my feet skin look so nice. There are 4 scents to choose from for the first step where you soak your feet in a warm slurpee type of product. It feels great.
