I remembered getting my hair cut from Hiro 10 years ago so I decided to make an appointment with him again after a good memory from back then. The way Hiro give you straight to the point advices are helping what kind of hair shape look good on an individual. It was a huge disappointment with Seri. First, the way he cut the hair was painful. Many times his comb cut my ears very very hard and it was painful. He still did not pay attention after I told him. When he used comb, it was very hard on the scalp too which hurt. Second, he did not advise or offer much professional suggestion after I shared my needs. It felt rushed, impatient, unprofessional, and it hurt so much! Will never come back and do NOT recommend Seri or this place. read more

He's my to-go stylist and no matter how many times I attempted to "cheated" w other stylists during my travels, I always end up coming back to Seri to have him fix my mistakes . In the past 5 years, I travel and no longer a resident of Washington state so it's not always ideal to fly back whenever I need my hair done. Lessons learned after so many trials, I now just time my visit home to WA for my hair needs. WOW! Emi is the lash stylist I have been searching far and wide for. I was referred to her by a friend who has the most gorgeous lashes. I'm so glad I went to her! I have an asian mono lid and lash extensions look pretty drab most of the time. First of all, the salon is so chic, clean, modern and beautiful. It was the nicest setting I have ever gotten extensions in. Definitely more upscale and enjoyable. For the price, I am so shocked. $140 for a full set of volume lashes?! That is unheard of. I usually pay $300+ dollars for lashes that aren't even half as good. Emi took her time, about a 2.5 hour appointment but I was so relaxed I napped through the whole thing. I woke up and was so happy. It looked like I was wearing the softest, most expensive false lashes. You CANNOT even tell anything is glued onto your lash, no sign of chunky glue whatsoever. The quality of the lashes are so soft and comfortable. I never have to wear makeup now and I still feel so pretty and glam. I can't say more great things about Emi and I'm so glad I found her, PLUS fills are only $50...how awesome!!! I highly recommend coming here. I don't think I'll ever go to any other lash stylist ever again. read more

After two years of wearing my hair naturally curly, I ventured back into the salon for a post pandemic Milbon Liscio Japanese Straightening treatment. I was amazed by the service, knowledge and professionalism of stylist Minami at en Salon Museé. She took the time to single handedly return my hair to pre-pandemic condition - shiny, straight and manageable. My hair looks and feels healthier than I remember it. I felt so much anxiety before the treatment as I have recently relocated from California to Washington and didn't know if I would be able to find another specialized stylist. I feel so fortunate to have found Minami and grateful that she was willing to apply her skills and talent to my hair. I've been getting my hair styled and cut by Seri Hong for over 4 years. He never disappoints and I trust his skills to the point that I would sometimes recommend him to cut it the way he wants/recommends and results are always perfect. My hair is very very thick, goes in weird puffy directions. My hair is especially hard to cut and easy to screw up (from past hair stylist experiences) but he was able to adapt and style it just the way I like it. When I got my first hair cut by Seri 2 years ago, I was soooo happy! After getting my hair done few times, I decided to do something besides hair cut. It took 2 sessions to get the color I wanted, but I am extremely satisfied with the result! The hair stylist Seri Hong is awesome! He did a balayage for my Asian hair, and it turn out a beautiful blonde color balayage! :) He was worried that the bleach will kill my hair, so he suggested using Olaplex, which prevents damage done when bleaching. My hair still feels very soft and healthy even with this color. I've been going to him for all of my hair cuts and all of my hair dyes, he is great! I am very happy with how my hair turned out :) highly recommend this place! read more

I won't lie, I've tried difference places in between but I always came back to Seri at the end and here is why: Seri actually listens to you and always ask what style I want before jumping into the service. I've tried many different styles Seri (He gives different ideas and recommendations whenever I get bored with my style or want to try a new style). I've had haircuts, colors, and digital perms from Seri and was happy with all styles. He would let me know when my hair is damaged and will actually stop you from getting anything that will damage your hair more. not sure how he's getting such good reviews but s*ri totally destroyed my hair. i've bleached my hair many times in my life and came to s*ri with very healthy hair but at his insistence and my questioning, we bleached it twice, didn't even get it to the right color, and i left the salon with super gummy hair that falls apart and snaps when its wet. he tried to prevent me from touching it at the salon and "fixed" it by going at it with the layering scissors (basically removing two thirds of my original volume). i'm also almost certain he lied to me about using olaplex. i didn't really wanna write this review but i was so upset after--i'd like to warn any others. do your research before booking with him. read more

He is very talented and wonderful! He had recently moved to this studio and I followed him... What I love about him: Products he use never stings, I have very sensitive scalp and everywhere else I have been to stings my scalp. He told me that he only uses the very best products. When I get hair cut from him, hair grows naturally and doesn't require trim unless I want it shorter hair. He keeps detail record of products used. I never seen anyone else do this at hair salon. He is super friendly and listens to what you want. His perms look so natural. ("Korean digital Perms and Setting Perms") I am hesitant to leave this review because I don't want him to get him so busy that I can't get an appointment, but he is incredible.
