I also find that their sizing can be a bit all over the place…read more....sometimes a medium fits, sometimes it doesn't and they also have numerical sizes thrown into the mix making it hard to judge what to scoop up without trying everything on (and having to bring numerous options to the change room). I find this place to always be a bit of a madhouse and their cash location is odd...deeper in the store rather than near the door. Their floor staff can also be hit and miss. Some are really friendly and helpful while others will bump into you aimlessly restocking items. Still, they do offer a lot of classic options that are well made and flattering.

They're definitely not the cheapest path for home decor but they do provide the most variety. There's 4 locations that I'm aware of and have visited in Calgary but this one is my favourite for having the right combination of size, merchandise and proximity to Market Mall without the crazy mall crowd. While the bracelet wasn't in stock, she showed me a few other alternatives and introduced me to a few other LV items I might be interested in. At the very end, Leanne helped me wrap my new LV items in a nice box. Thank you Leanne! Given that this LV is located inside Chinook Centre, parking was very convenient. Granola clothes, a respectable vinyl collection, offbeat humor books, laughable trinkets - all is fair game and easily available. On Saturday we had a plan to box up a Crosley turntable that my son had got for Christmas. He hadn't used it in months because he thought it was wrecking his records. So we called the store to see what our options were and she said, "Bring it in". So we drove form out of Calgary to Chinook Mall hoping that things might work out. Well they did. Our son was able to get another name brand turntable instead of returning the Crosely to the factory by mail. Thank you, thank you Laura. You rock! And ps welcome to the friendly city of Calgary :-)
