Ribs, pulled pork, chicken, burnt ends

We stopped in on our way to bear lake and were blown away by the excellent service and easily the best bbq I've ever had at a restaurant. The burnt ends were the star of the show with their crispy bark and tender center that literally melts in your mouth. Topped with hot honey made these beauties absolute perfection. The pulled pork was so tender and moist, we had to get another order because the kids gobbled it down. Don't sleep on the cheesy potatoes either, they were packed with smoky flavor and soft but still had a snap when you bite into them. The owner was so kind and showed me his off-set and explained the woods he uses and entire process. He made recommendations and took the time to visit with us and make us feel welcome. I also was blown away at how fast the food came out, from the time we ordered until it arrived at our table was less than 10 minutes for a giant sample platter. Just go, you absolutely are missing out if you don't. Wish we lived closer to become regulars.

Ambiance. Very well renovated and clean. Service. The staff was so nice! The owner came up and talked to us too. Food. Pulled pork was so good. Love the waffle fries. And the donut was delicious!

Yummy fried pickles, smoked cheesy potatoes and awesome baked beans along with the triple meat sampler!

What a great find. On our way back from East Canyon. Awesome not overly sauced barbecue. Met the owner and he was so down to earth and genuine and really takes pride in his barbecue. Such a great find and the sides were awesome too. The only thing missing is a good beer to go with it but he's working on that for his license down the road lol.

Nice people. Good Q. Beautiful view of the mountains. What more do you want? The burnt ends and pulled pork were money!

Good smoke fired pizza. Service was great and was not very crowded. It was pretty quiet and had an up style look.

Brisket sandwich was mostly fat. We felt like we were being rushed out of the place. Won't go back . Very disappointed

Parking was a breeze, which is always a win during the lunch rush. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and the Carne Asada Plate, and both were excellent--the meat was thinly sliced with a flavorful marinade, and the homemade tortillas were thick, warm, and absolutely delicious. Their pico really stood out with its fun mix of cucumbers, radishes, onions, and tomatoes, adding a refreshing crunch to every bite. Our server kept drinks full and service smooth, even with a large group. Everyone at the table loved their entrées, and I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for hearty, flavorful food in a clean and welcoming setting. I'll definitely be back!

The waiter/cashier was super friendly and bounced around helping multiple tables. I ordered the breakfast burrito with steak. It was so good with the sauce. I couldn't stop eating. I also had a Berry Berry waffle. The waffle was so moist with fresh fruit on top and whipped cream. Simply beautiful!!! I'm gonna make this my go to breakfast spot for when I'm in Utah.

The atmosphere though is SO cute! You are greeted with walls of pink flowers and tons of spots to take cute Instagram worthy pictures! The service was good. We went on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't busy. There is a sign stating they are short staffed and I only saw one sweet lady running the whole show. We didn't have to wait very long for food because she was surprisingly quick! Very friendly too. The food was very good! Good size, great flavor and beautiful presentation. They had so much to choose from on the menu that all sounded amazing. My only complaint is for a crepe, it's pricey. Almost $20 for a crepe is why I knocked a star off. Other than that, I'd recommend this place for a nice brunch spot with the girls!

Yes! A legit food truck in Kaysville! I can barely contain my excitement…read more The liege waffles are authentic. They've got the sweet crispy exterior going on, and they're warm & dense on the inside. At first, I balked at the price... $6.50 for the waffle + toppings I wanted?! But the waffles are are good-sized (double the size of a typical waffle). And their presentation was a work of art. My Nutella & banana waffle was almost too gorgeous to eat. We also ordered a strawberry and whipped cream waffle (the whipped cream was the real deal!). And a plain waffle. All three of them were amazing, & filling! They take credit cards as payment, which is convenient! And they use the plastic containers made from recycled materials, to serve the waffles; also a "plus" in my book. They don't have any seating available for their patrons. But eating in the car isn't that bad. Also, the beverages they sell are ridiculously overpriced. The only other less-than-ideal thing about the Waffle Wagon is that they don't offer any savory toppings! I wish they'd take a queue from a successful waffle joint, like the infamous "Waffle Window", in Portland; and start serving up waffles with toppings like: bacon, Brie, and basil! It'd make the Waffle Wagon a lot more "lunch friendly". Just sayin'. Those critiques aside... The Waffle Wagon really is deserving of a five-star review. Especially considering the area in which it serves. I'm thrilled about it's presence! And I hope it stays in business.
