One of the best BBQ places you'll find in Utah. See overview below: Cornbread - 8.5/10 (quality of the cornbread is an indicator of the overall quality of food that can be expected) Brisket - 9.5/10 Pulled Pork - 9/10 Ribs - 9/10 Mac and Cheese - 6/10 They gave us a piece of brisket from the flat and the point - they know what they're doing. Pulled pork was moist and delicious. Ribs had a delicious sauce and well cooked. Mac and cheese was nothing special, unfortunately. The noodles had an odd texture but the cheese was good. If it was smoked, I could not taste the smoke flavor. Overall, this place is awesome, they're doing a great job, the staff was very friendly and you could tell they were having a good time. Will go here again.

Also we loved the Mac and cheese and the portion you get with the Mac n cheese is the most I've ever received from a bbq place. Having just returned from a trip to Dallas, my barbecue standards are high. Red Beard BBQ exceeded all expectations. As far as location goes, it's definitely a hole in the wall--right in the middle of the industrial complex. Seating is limited--three picnic tables not completely protected from the elements. There was a noisy train right by us that made conversation tricky. Food is totally worth all of those inconveniences. I ordered the three meat plate with pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Cornbread and beans on the side. I chose the classic barbecue sauce to accompany my meal. The pulled pork and brisket were tender, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Flavor was perfection. I'll probably skip out on the ribs next time. I'm already plotting my return with new friends to convert.

If smell is a key factor for you when you choose a place to stuff your face in, then this BBQ is for you. Delicious smoked meat and nothing else, zero grease or other kitchen smells. Ideal place to devour a thick slab of something's flesh. However I'd recommend to take it out- there is no place to sit inside, only open air shades.

Food truck in Tooele, UT: obviously we love it. I'm from North Carolina and my boyfriend is born and raised in Mississippi. This is the closest bbq to home that hits this side of the Rio Grande. If you support small business, these folks haven't disappointed us. Pro tip: Banana Pudding is serious like my grandma's!!!!

Finally able to find time on a Friday early lunch. They're normally only open on Friday's from 10am to 2pm or when the food runs out. Have to watch facebook to see when they're going to be serving food. This is a food truck located in the Clearfield industrial park. Look for row F bldg 13, row F is west of where GPS takes you. Once you find Bldg F13 they're located across the street to the east at the back of the parking lot. I didn't see them at first as there is a taco truck at the front end of the parking lot and parked cars in the way. But they are there if you look. I tried the 3 meet plate as I wanted to get a variety to try. They were already out of burnt ends, they tell me they're great. Ribs, very good, tender with good flavor. It's a dry rub but you can add hot or reg bbq sauce. I preferred the flavor of the regular. The hot was not very hot but I liked the regular flavor better. Comes with two meaty ribs. 5/5 Jalapeño sausage, just okay, not spicy. 3/5 Candied pork belly, excellent flavor. 4/5 Cornbread, amazing, soft and moist, best bbq cornbread I've had. 5/5 Funeral potatoes, were good. 3/5 read more

Its good BBQ for utah. Probably the best brisket I've had in Utah. The ribs were not as tender as they should be. The pulled pork had a sauce I didn't really care for. The sausage was just ok. Ill go back but it's not Texas BBQ that I miss so dearly. read more

Best BBQ in Utah. Unfortunately it is take-out only on limited daily schedule from a food truck and the brisket tends to run out by 2pm. I have had no better BBQ outside of Texas or Kansas City. read more

Credit where credit is due. This place has some of the very best BBQ I have ever had. I got the brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and burnt ends. I would recommend every single piece of meat they offer. I need to try some of the sides again before I rate those because they got cold and I was already full on brisket and pulled pork. Also, the service was really fast. I was expecting the wait to be 10+ minutes since it was a food truck but the food came out within just a few minutes of ordering. I'm really excited to go back again! Great food! read more

I'd never been nor heard of this place but there we were, my son brought me here. Seemed like just a drab building with picnic tables outside and a BBQ truck to the side. We walked up and looked over the menu and he ordered for us, stepped aside and in no time called his name. I'll admit I was skeptical..... even though it smelled delicious when we got out of the truck. We sat down and proceeded to eat.......WOW!! All I can say is WOW! We were given plastic silverware but that's all that was needed, the tenderest brisket I've ever had. The cornbread was like a slice of uniced pound cake and the banana pudding was so creamy and rich. As a retired food service person I was delighted . The people were friendly and quick, the food was incredible and I was tickled pink. Will definitely be back!! read more

My first time at Red Beard BBQ was not disappointing. I ordered the 2 meat plate 2 ribs and 2 slices of brisket. For my side dish I chose coleslaw. The ribs and brisket and cornbread were great! I will try a different side dish next time. The coleslaw was just ok. Corn bread is also very good! read more

Literally the best bbq I've had. Even better than what I got when I lived in Houston. The meat isn't overly smokey, it's very juicy and the seasoning with the bbq sauce is just amazing! They have lots of sides to choose from. I got the potato salad and the hubs got the Mac n cheese. Of course we shared and they were both scrumptious. I really am not sure I could pick which I liked better, they both were just so good. I had the pulled pork but there were a few more items I am gonna be back to try. They serve until it's gone. Smoking meat takes time so they just make a bunch and when it's gone it's gone. And it goes fast but that's not at all surprising, it's just that good! read more

The food was great! Brisket was excellent and juicy. We also got the wings which were okay. The only downside is we didn't get the right sauce on our wings and we didn't notice they had forgotten our corn bread until we had gotten home. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. If I could give this 10 stars, I would! I got a Wind River sandwich at our local food truck rally tonight, and I allllllmost regret it, because now BBQ has been ruined for me EVERYWHERE ELSE! I got the slaw on the side instead of on the sandwich, added a side of beans (THAT SAUCE THO!!!), and was in absolute heaven! The jalapeño cream is absolutely fantastic. I was worried about pregnancy heartburn, but I honestly couldn't even feel the heat at all. Also, I should add that I am far from being a carnivore. I'm quite picky about my meats, and this shredded pork was a total homerun for this picky momma. Wow, wow, WOW! Anyone who does not give Red Beard BBQ a try is missing out! Pretty solid BBQ! I got the brisket sandwich and loved it. At most places, you have to remove the bun top to investigate the thin sliced and dry brisket that awaits - not here, lots of thick sliced, juicy brisket piled high! The meat was great... tender and smokey! I just found this place and tried to go back to sample their other offerings this last week but discovered a sign saying that as of 5 Oct 18 they are closed for the season and won't be open again until the spring. If you aren't open, update your hours! Waste of my valuable time. Kind lady explained they are only open on Fridays and don't open often during the "winter". Its almost April. Oh my gosh! I have to just say that this is one of THE best BBQ places around!! So far we have ordered from there twice through their FB page and both times they have responded very quickly and they have been SOaccommodating. The first time I ordered it was kind of a last minute order so I was worried they wouldn't have what I wanted but they were able to accommodate my request and it was DELICIOUS! Great place for eating BBQ and watching trains at the same time!!!! The large portions of the bean BBQ nachos was surprisingly good but, it would be wise to share it with another person though. I just wish they had better hours of service. It's recommended to call for hour. read more

We tried the brisket stuffed sweet potato. The brisket was moist, tender and full of flavor. The sauce is a wonderful mix of sweet and spice and all told, the plate weighed in at 4 lbs. On my postal scale. Two meals and a treat. Next time it will be pulled pork funeral potatoes and ribs. read more

In regards to instructions being followed, this restaurant gets an A++++! Now let's get to my meal... I ordered the C4: BB & SAEU (steak and shrimp). This particular combo comes with white rice and mixed veggies. You can mix and match for a small additional fee (i.e. Ramen noodles and fried rice, etc...please refer to their menu for different combo options and prices). I opted for just steak & shrimp with ONLY fresh veggies and my sauces on the side. Q-One did oblige with all of that and let me try out all 4 sauces (on the side, btw, just as I requested), that they offer which are: Q-One Tepanyaki sauce Bulgogi sauce Srichacha Chili Paste The mixed veggies concluded of stir fried sliced green cabbage. The combo itself was flavorful even prior to the dressing. The stir fried cabbage was a bit oily for my taste, but hey, it's Korean, right?! The steak and shrimp were both cooked perfectly. Just smaller portions than what I was expecting. I only received 5 total shrimp and the steak was sliced and diced making it very small and not too much of it either; sadly. The entree was mostly oiled down cabbage minus a whole lot of meat (though it looks like a lot at first as they pack it in all on top). Stir it all around and see for yourself what you end up with. I definitely do plan on eating here again, just not quite sure when. Teriyaki Grill is a lot healthier and gives bigger meat portions. However, when I think of the catastrophe that I received at Cupbop, there's just no way that I would not recommend Q One to anyone and everyone! Side note: All the sauces are delicious! The house (Q-One) is a bit thicker in consistency than the bulgogi but not as sweet tasting. The srichacha is standard and their chili Paste is of a thinner consistency but VERY spicy! Mixed plate teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef- this was okay to me. Definitely flavorful, but the chicken and beef were overcooked. I got this in the regular size which comes with 2 scoops of rice, macaroni salad and extra meat. I didn't really feel like I got extra meat though which was why I deducted a star. I was a bit sad it was over cooked too.
