This place does a combination of BBQ styles. The main sauce reminds me of an easter Carloina sauce with a little more sweetness in the vinegar sauce. Its it own thing but is pretty good. The slaw reminds me of South Carolina mustard BBQ and it light and crispy, I would recommend this as a side, and you have to have some on your Pork Sandwich. The brisket is good as well but the sauce goes bette with the pork if you ask me. They smoke their wings as well so make sure to try some of those. I normally get togo and haven't eaten in the new building. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that they are not super consistent, every 3rd or 4th time you will find a big piece of fat in your pork or the wings will be a little torn up. read more

Had the fried catfish, with fired and coleslaw which was good. Wife had the pulled pork sandwich with tots . Had to flag down the server for refills, twice. Had to go to the front desk and get ketchup and a side of bbq sauce. The sauce is very vinegarry. The cornbread was 1/4 waffle, and was spicy. No butter or honey was provided. Love this bbq- amazing ribs, pulled pork & brisket. Went to old Kamas place last year but this one is nicer & closer; I was shocked it wasn't packed. Owner chef may be crusty at times but he does a fantastic job at the smoker. Very reasonable prices esp when you consider bad overpriced bbq in California ( like Heritage). The brisket & ribs were tender and excellent and they, and the pulled pork, were very moist and delicious. Best barbecue I've had in Utah! Most places either undercook or dry it out. The cole slaw is very good, and that is impressive. Most places just put Mayo, and have no flavour. And I find many places put way too much mustard if they're doing a Carolina slaw. This slaw was very good! We were not a fan of the gnocchi potato salad, the sauce was very good, but the gnocchi were too chewy. I'd make the same salad with baby red potatoes. Overall, excellent food and I'd highly recommend getting take out from this place! We will be back! And you can grab a drink next door. Perfect! read more

I have a business and go out of my way to appease clients even if I don't agree... I ordered fried chicken and asked for dark meat! How difficult I that.? They said they didn't do that but the nice hostess made it happed! I was not at all demanding!!! We see this food truck every time we go hiking in the Uintas and we always say we're going to stop - well, today was the day! We ordered one beef brisket sandwich and one pulled pork sandwich - both were meaty, moist and absolutely delicious. Stopped here on the way up to the Unitas for the weekend. It's the best bbq I've had in Utah. It's spicy and the smoke rings on the brisket and pulled pork were on point. The beans are superb. There is some love put into those; they aren't an afterthought. The cole slaw is different and spicy, but I couldn't stop eating it. I'll definitely eat here again. read more

This is THE BEST bbq in Utah. Heck, it rivals the best bbq to be found anywhere. As someone who has lived in both Tennessee and Texas, I speak with some authority having eaten my fair share of great ribs and brisket.
