The food was fantastic. Everything was great quality, super fresh, and because you design your own every time it can be unique as I'd absolutely eat here again but I have one suggestion. They are certainly not shy with their ingredients and even though I didn't get a large variety of items there were so much on my pita it was a chore to eat. I think they either need bigger pitas or I can't believe I'm saying this give smaller portions. There is so much on my pita that I couldn't even fold it enough to pick it up and take a bite. I had to get out the fork and knife and eat away before I was able to fold it. It took a lot of work to eat that pita and not make a huge mess. Update: We gave this place another try about 2 weeks ago and really wish we hadn't. Again we witnessed unsafe and unsanitary food handling by the staff. He was wearing his gloves from preparing previous customers food and he was wiping sweat from his face.. When he got the menus back on the TV screen, he went right back to the food line with the gloves he was wearing while working the remote. I told the person in front of me to tell him to change his gloves but he didn't understand what I was saying so I just told him he needs to change his gloves before touching any food. Seriously this isn't a fluke....this is how they operate. Only been here twice and both times they have had zero clue about the proper sanitary guidelines in food handling. The food and cleanliness is the only thing nice about the place. The service is not great. It's always a hot mess in here. The employees don't know what comes with what. Meaning if I order a side of hummus for $3 they usually put it in the larger container.. bc it's a $3 side of hummus. They try to put it in a little salad dressing to go cup. They're usually out of something and it's only just the start of dinner. They are very distracted and I guess expected to take orders, ring ppl up and answer the phone and clean up/ restock the dinning room. I had falafel as my protein, and for toppings I had olives, cucumber, tomato, red onions, pickled onions, roasted red peppers, and finished it with Greek dressing. I had a gyro bowl, I won't say it was either authentic nor were the people of Greece staring forlornly at Columbus, Georgia wishing such a treat would be available in their humbled country, but it was a good offering at a relatively decent price (compared to my home base of Orlando, it was a bit higher than what I am used to paying).
