When I returned, a different employee was working. I explained the situation, but the headphones were nowhere to be found. He took my phone number and said someone would call me back. Nobody did. A few days later, I came back and found the same employee with a coworker, messing around until they noticed me. I explained everything again -- he'd forgotten entirely -- and was asked to write down my number a second time. This time they said they'd check the cameras and figure out what happened. No call. One final visit, a new employee, same result: no headphones, no answers. I canceled my membership. The entire process was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Someone there took them. While I respect the facility's policies, some prospective members may appreciate the ability to see the facility before visiting. I just watched a young couple allow their child (maybe age 4-5?) climb all over the lifting racks as they biked (with their back to the child) and/or sat on their phone.
