Never been to a resort, so I have a luxurious image of what it would be like. It looks like a small neighborhood, but pretty got the job done. When we parked at the section we were assigned, my friend was told there's a X car limit per party. Somehow, we managed to get parking, but it wasn't in front of our complex since there were several vehicles scattered in the lot. Inside the room, were 2 single beds and 1 that can be shared. The bathtub was so small that one of my legs had to be on the outside if I wanted to sit down. There is a kitchen available if you choose to make your own meals. There's also Wi-Fi (password in a binder). The quiet time isn't enforced at all, our neighbors could be heard partying the night away. At the main office of the resort, there's a pool and sauna. There's also a gym, but not much to work with unless you enjoy cardio. My only complaint is the lack of restaurants nearby, but other than that, I'd definitely come back. read more

The unit we stayed in was excellent. Each unit is owned by a private family. So each unit is decorated and fixed to the family's cleanliness and taste, so it's a crapshoot on what you get. Unfortunately, for the resort itself, it's run down and their decking and stirs need a severe overhaul. We have stayed at this particular resort, a handful of times, and every time the decking has always had spider webs and dead bugs everywhere, which is unfortunate because you want to sit out there and watch the foliage and/or snow covered trees, because it's such a beautiful and peaceful area. The front desk is located where the pool and arcade is. It's not a very welcoming area as a "Front Desk/Foyer" should be. The stairs leading up to that area have paint chipping and wood in desperate need of repair. Upon looking, they look extremely unsafe, but are not. The arcade needs updating. Most games were vintage and out of order. The hot tub area was a complete mess! The hot tub itself was clean and enjoyable. The walls of the hot tub area looked moldy with paint shipping. White walls had spots of black and the vent in the wall leading outside needs a definite cleaning. In general, that whole area looks unsanitary. Overall, the resort did the job of what was needed, but the aesthetics and overall look of the place could definitely use a refresher. I feel badly for the families that own these units, they are not represented properly. read more

The room we stayed in (5B) is nicely decorated and comfortable. Thank you. So why only two stars? Here is why. When we first arrived, there was a cigarette smell in the kitchen, and living room. We let the front desk know, and they said that can not be the case, because the room is non smoking. The wifi was slow as molasses, and other than sending text messages, it would not handle much else. Also, the swimming pool, hot tub, And anything at the clubhouse had to be reserved well in advance, and only for a half hour. If you stayed a few min later than the time slot they give you, they literally kick you out. The sauna, and gym were not available, at all. The arcade machines were severely outdated, uncared for and broken. When we found out all of this, we decided it would be best to check out one day early for some kind of a refund, and unfortunately the person at the front desk said this was impossible, and that they do not guarantee any amenities to be there upon check in. This hotel positions itself as a resort and charges premium for it. This, in my opinion means having excellent customer service, if nothing else, good refund policy, and no cigarette smoke in the rooms. We did not find anything resembling that at The Seasons. read more

We stayed in unit 2C, The unit is in need of updating. The carpets had stains on them, the walls show their age. You can see imprints on the wall where another picture had hung at one time. The safety escape ladder is just piled up on the floor of the deck. I would have never known what it was unless I picked it up and looked at it.(should have been labeled) The club house is already on shortened hours due to Covid? On one night the clubhouse even closed earlier due to no A/C in the building. The pool nor the hot tub are in need of A/C so why close the entire building early? This is the first time I have experienced something like this at the Seasons in 20 years of going there. I am aware that each unit is individually owned, however the Seasons acting as the Rental agent should really be looking at what their renting. We paid Over $300 per night. I did send an email as well as answered the survey and never heard a word back. read more

We stayed in unit 8F which was recently updated. We rented through VRBO it was inexpensive and the owners were quick to respond. The unit looks great and had all the comforts we needed. The clubhouse is close by with a decent pool and arcade. Staff was friendly great location. Will definitely stay again read more

We stayed in unit 2G... loft with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and full kitchen. The four single beds in the loft could double the sleeping capacity with their 4 trundle beds! Across the street was a sizable clubhouse with great facilities. Enclosed pool and game room.... meeting space and movie rentals. Add friendly staff and reasonable prices... and you have a 4 star experience! read more

We've been staying at Seasons for about 5 years now and have always had a great time. The condos vary greatly in terms of decor and comfort. So you can pick the style that you prefer. We liked 18G and 11B the most, for example. The staff is always super friendly, the pool a huge hit with the kids and although we've never come face to face with a bear on the property, we've seen a family of bears around the corner. We noticed they are making a lot of improvements to the property, painting buildings, fixing up landscaping, etc. It's nice to see they are taking care of these things. We know where we'll be staying here again this winter when we go skiing, because for the cost and proximity to Attitash, it's cheaper than a hotel room and the kitchen is fully stocked. read more

My Bf & i, plus 3 other couples spent the weekend in this loft townhouse. The price was very cheap, $199 per night for 2 nights and you get the 3rd night for 30 bucks. When all was said and done with tax it was about $120 a couple, which is hella cheap for a ski area at peak season. I got their first as I was in ME on business, and drove passed the damn place 3 times because the sign was covered with snow. When I did arrive I was told I needed a cc to hold for a deposit, even though the room was paid in full. No problem, so I gave her my American express. except, they don't take Am ex- I give her my debit/credit card , begrudgingly and they tell me their will be a 250 dollar hold- WTF? But what could I do at that point, I was tired and wanted to chill. Kitchen was spacious clean and stocked with utensils etc. Cute dining room, decorated pleasantly enough. The sleeping arrangements are what lost not one but two stars for this joint. The ad says comfortably sleeps 8 adults. NOT TRUE. Two sofa beds- both were so bad that they could not be used as is, and then two single beds upstairs made for midgets, or more likely small children. So one lucky couple slept in comfort in the master bedroom, one two both mattresses from the two sofas, piled blankets on and slept on those, a couple slept uncomfortably separate in the midget beds and the last went out and bought an air bed. Parking was easy when I got their at 3 pm, by9 pm there was no where to park and my friends had to park super far away. All but one couple left Sunday and did not enjoy the 30 dollar night, but the ones who stayed had their brand new SUV ( bought it Wednesday) sanded in the parking lot- Totally scratching the paint. So- I would go back-but with maybe 1 other couple, I would drive my Shit box Toyota & I would def. claim dibs on the master! (But, I do have to mention, the couple who got the master got it fair & square! Even offered to switch w. us but we declined!) Over all a super fun time because of the friends we were with, not the beds we slept in. read more

I rented through Airbnb and stayed at condo 5G for 2 nights and it was clean and well supplied. It was just as pictured. We did have a problem with hot water after a few people showered. I understand because of covid certain things are limited but they did not explain we needed a reservation for pool and hot tub ( that was not working) ahead of time. There was also a very rude woman in the front desk. When I checked in she did not explain much of anything. When I go to my pool reservation at 6 pm she answers with an attitude that I was late. I asked her to make another reservation since it was a Monday and they weren't to busy. I went to grab my family and as we walk in she again says with at attitude "close the door behind you". I asked which door because that door had always been open when I went to check in and when I walked in for my reservation. She again answers with an attitude "the white door right in front of you". I told her that door was always open that was not my problem but I closed it anyways. Customer service is very important to me because we are paying to stay here and expect to be treated with respect and if we are not we will not be back. It is crazy to see that in 2021 people still choose who to be nice or rude to. The Condo is great but I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

I stayed in a two bedroom condo with a loft. It had been nicely updated, but they vary by condo so be sure to check out the pictures on their rental website. It was so much nicer to have a whole condo with kitchen and several bathrooms than staying in a hotel, my family had room to spread out. The grounds of Seasons is beautiful and well taken care of. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but will definitely use it next time. I definitely recommend staying here. read more

Been coming here for four straight years without a problem. This year was brutal. We were outside with friends and kids at 9:15. The security/janitor guy named Don comes driving in the parking lot fast, tells us to keep it down, that quiet hour is at 10, then screeches out. Comes back 30 seconds later and jumps out of the car and actually says "I said shut the [--] up". ( this is in front of 5 kids too) , and actually tried to instigate a fight. The woman?? Rebecca at front desk could not have cared less when we complained . They will be losing a great deal of business from now on because if these two inept, rude, workers here. I'd be pissed if I owned a condo here and these Jamokes manages the property. read more

We have been staying here for vacations for 20+ years. Although some of the interiors are a little dated, you won't find a better family value for White Mountain lodging. The staff is friendly, and our kids love the pool and game room area. Central to everyhting the White Mountains have to offer! read more

Where do I begin? After much planning we went with a penthouse .My daughter explained that walking and climbing stairs was difficult for me and was told there were only 5 steps. Since my husband and I had the main floor bedroom I said I can handle 5 steps. Well the penthouse had 3 flights of stairs and 8 to get in. The only banister was loose and railroad ties were rotted and splinted with a railroad spike sticking up . After calling on Sunday ( then twice more) the stairs were fixed on Thursday, our departure was Friday. The AC in the master made an awful noise and was told major repair was needed ( that will be fixed after we leave) . The pool was closed on Sunday and Monday due to children getting sick. We knew it was out of their control and we did understand. Wednesday morning the dishwasher broke (worn out from age) we used the kitchen for meals. A large group of people and dishes makes for not a pretty sight. They did install one on Thursday afternoon again not in their control. The highlight was seeing a bear on property the kids are still talking about that adventure! On departure day we had to go to the hospital because of my grandson had an asthma attack. He never had any problems whatsoever with breathing. Upon arriving home he was again taken to our local hospital to be diagnosed with bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection. Could it have been from the faulty AC? We might never know!!!!! read more

We have been traveling here for years. It's a great place for families with all the amenities you could ask for....indoor pool, huge jacuzzi, tennis courts, Mini-Fenway. I swear the kids enjoy Seasons more than Storyland, skiing and everything nearby. It's great for adults too- spacious, clean units, plenty of room and separate sleeping space for kids and grown-ups- we especially like the penthouses with their two decks and large lofts. Prices are comparable to nearby hotels. The staff is fantastic- helped us find discounted tickets, great places to eat and even floats for the kids at the pool!!! The units are owner decorated- so definitely range in style, updating and amenities. Just tell the staff or search the website for what you are looking for......or would be happy to tell units we liked and didn't. Overall, great place to stay and is the only place we'll stay in the White Mountains. read more

Condo 3F was excellent! 7 ppl were very comfortable here. Close to attractions. Grounds and club house are nice. Price is very reasonable. Saved a ton of $ by eating "home". Kitchen has everything you need and grocery store is not far if you don't want to bring all your food. Great place to stay for a family vacation. read more

They moved us to a smaller condo than the one we had rented months ago and by the way one night less than we had planned. The toilet backed up, they gave us a plunger. But we had to be sure to return it or would be charged. Can't imagine ever coming back. read more

I want to start off by saying that I am a very easy-going person. I don't typically complain, but after our recent stay, I felt compelled to share our recent experience. My husband and I have been coming here for several years straight without a problem. We were staying for a week with our two young children. To make a long story short, our problems began with a broken refrigerator in which meat we had brought became spoiled over-night. This set-off a series of events in which there was a complete breakdown in communication. In addition, we were made to feel as though we were the problem. Our vacation was later capped off by a completely atrocious, rude, and disrespectful front desk person. I am still reeling from the personal comments she made to me regarding my son (who was treated for strep throat in the hospital at the same time we were dealing with the fridge.) Had these issues not happened, we probably would have chosen the Seasons for our vacation next summer. However, there is no way we would possibly go back, especially after being treated so poorly at the front desk. read more

Never again. I booked a two bedroom for my family, master bedroom and three single beds in the 2nd bedroom. We arrived on a Friday night - our condo was spotless and up to date and I made sure of it when I booked it. Woke up in the middle of the night to crying babies above and below us and a pretty big party going on next to us with lots of laughter and yelling. The following day we left to go food shopping and got a call that the pipes had frozen and we had to evacuate our condo. I had 300.00 worth of food in the back of my car. My husband dropped me off at the condo to start to pack as he went to get a key to our new condo. As I entered the condo I was approached by a man in the condo next to us (party condo) who began swearing at me that my dog had been barking and it had ruined his day - I told him I had only been out a short time and was pretty sure bc of the amount of noise they were making was an issue - he began swearing at me and yelling and became threatening. We have brought our dog to Seasons before there has never been and issue.I was horrified this man approached me in such a manner and swore at me. My husband called me to tell me the new condo was an absolute downgrade with two beds for 4 people and smelled like cigarette smoke and was pretty "bad" when I went to look, he was right - it was no place i would let me kids sleep. The carpet was pulling up, it smelled it was incredibly dated and there wasn't even enough beds. I went back to the front desk who told me there was nothing they could do - nothing, they intended to do nothing - I I asked them what they intended to do about the man that just verbally accosted me they told me to call the police. I demanded a new condo - we finally got a key - keep in mind I know have half my families belongings in the first condo, all my gorceries in the cigarette condo with my kids and husband while I am driving around trying to find the third condo. I arrive and the cigarette dumpster is dumped onto the front doorway so I have to shovel away the butts to get in. My family and I stay in the third condo for the two nights until we get a call at 10am that condo number one is now ready to be moved back into pronto. So.....AGAIN we pack our things and move for the third time in three days - no apology, no regard for my two kids, no regard that this is after all our vacation and we just worked for three days of it moving things back and forth and missed two days of skiing. Just to cap it....in our rush to leave condo number three - I left food from grocery shopping in one of the veggie bins in condo number three - I called the front desk to tell them - thrown out....I wouldn't come back here if you gave me a free month. read more

Stayed at the end of July. All condos are slightly different since they are individually owned but you can look at pictures on the website. Ours (6A) was lovely, updated, clean and family friendly. Every unit has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. We went with a couple of other families, so we got to see some of the others. All of them seemed to be well maintained. The rec building has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, small gym, table games, and an arcade. We spent a lot of time outdoors on the nearby river, hiking, and doing other activities, but was fun to play at the rec building when we had some time on down days. There are also basketball and tennis courts, a whiffle ball field and ponds for fishing right on site. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Pricing is right for everything you are getting by staying in a condo with all these perks - we were able to cook breakfast in every day, as well as some other meals when we weren't enjoying the great local restaurants. read more
