Absolutely fabulous! In full disclosure, I am a sucker for themed places so this type of place is made for me. Even the outside is super cute! The interior has all sorts of fun things to look at and if the other rooms are unoccupied they may let you take a peek. The service was excellent. The two main ladies that were there were wonderful and although they were working hard the entire time they stayed friendly and happy. There was even a medical emergency with a guest while we were there and they handled it expertly. They have a little store and an amazing bar/restaurant. The backyard is also very nice and we enjoyed talking to the other guests around the fire. We stayed in the Victorian Spa room. It was great and the sauna was a great extra that was kinda part of the bathroom. We had such a great stay here and look forward to doing it again sometime.

We had a great time at Adventure Suites. As part of our Christmas present our son and daughter in law got the whole family a weekend here to visit. My husband and I had the "Log Cabin" suite which was very rustic with log walls and furniture, there was a big heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the room and we had a back door with a semi private deck with a beautiful view. My son and his family were next door to us in the "showtime" suite and they had a giant projector TV with movie seating. They had a kitchen in their suite with a movie style popcorn machine (and the resort supplied all the ready to make popcorn packages). My older grandchildren in this suite really enjoyed watching movies here! My daughter and her family were down the hall in the "Treehouse Suite" and it was adorable!!! A giant tree trunk in the middle of the suite with a place for the little grandchildren to play inside! They also had a kitchen area in their suite and the area to sleep was up above the main suite. This suite was a dream come true for littles!!! We particularly enjoyed the outside area sitting in the chairs and tables provided. If the weather is nice when booking I'd recommend a suite in the back so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. They have a fire pit out back too, unfortunately when we were there another large party pretty much had dibs on it so we really didn't get to enjoy that. Probably the only issue is that they need more outside seating. Our room came with 2 outside seats which was fine, but our sons suite was for 6 people and they only had 2 seats too. The suite on the other side of us was the haunted suite and they had a party of 10 women and they only had a medium size table that probably couldn't seat more than half of them. There was a few other seats around, but they were grabbed up quickly. Everyone who worked here was friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place!

What a great place to stay. Clean rooms, great staff, some rooms accommodate dogs and a lot of restaurants allow pets outside. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Haunted Castle and really enjoyed the whole experience. The castle is huge and incredibly impressive with tons of detail. The staff gives you a tour of the place when you get there pointing out all sorts of trivia of the building of the castle. This place is definitely an all inclusive type place with a nicely decorated backyard with plenty of games (like horseshoe), a barbecue for guest use, and a campfire every night. We went during a week day and it wasn't too busy by the fire but I feel like on the weekend there would definitely need to be additional chairs out there. The haunted castle is a whole immersive experience with projections, sounds, etc. and plenty of surprises. I would highly recommend spending a night there after getting a good night sleep the night before as you won't be sleeping much there. I also wanted to discuss room add ons as I don't see many reviews mentioning them. We were celebrating a birthday so we got two cupcakes (very yummy) and a balloon bouquet. The balloons died after one day which was a bit sad (they were pricey). We also got the imperial package which included sparkling cider (or white wine) over ice and two bath robes. The robes were actually very thick and heavy, great quality and had adventure suites printed on them. All a bit pricey but added to the fun of it. Other than the cupcakes we didn't have any of the food at the restaurant. Room also had a very nice hot tub and there's tons of dvds to choose from. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

I've loved Adventure Suites since the first day I found it, but during the pandemic this place saved my sanity. I'm a complete dork and not afraid to say it - so believe me when I say that this place is hilarious and perfect in all the right ways. If you love movies, funky decor (think the coolest antique shop crossed with your wacky old aunts house), mountain views, better Jell-O shots than you had in college and some very decent late night fries, all with a side of Disney style themed room: this is your place. Most recently we stayed in the Showtime...which resulted in our booking it again in the fall before checking out. Do yourself a favor: Get the f*ck out of Massachusetts for the weekend and come hide here - you won't regret it (it's dog friendly in some rooms!)

This place is very expensive so if you plan on spending a lot of money then this is place for you. I was in between if I should give her three or four stars. When you walk in this place is super cute however I will say that their gift shop where they sell their little water guns don't get because they break within minutes and they don't even work And obviously they're expensive. You can pick from so many movies which is like a really cool part. The room itself is really cool however it's like hard to find a comfy spot for everyone to sleep. I love the little details of it. I mean I really love the food here was pretty decent especially the caramel hot chocolate and the way that they serve the food and however I do wish it wasn't so expensive. I do really love the room though and the little details that they have. The hot tub isnt very big but it is cool that it's like on a front porch. I do think I will be back

Overall a great weekend away. This place is super expensive and they will nickel and dime you for everything. You can get free coffee in the saloon or pay for a carafe??? Kind of silly when you think if it. Bed was super comfy, the pull out bed was a big disappointment for my kids. It looked old and warn out and was hard as a rock. The food we ordered was good and arrived in a timely matter. Room was very clean, bath linens were worn out and had bleach spots all over them. They have a huge collection of movies you can choose from for free as well as board games.

Let me tell you something. This is the coolest hotel I have ever been to. Me and my wife go all the time to try the different rooms. Each room I would estimate cost atleast 100000$ to build. It's funny you go down a regular hallway then you enter the room and it's like it's from a different world. Each room has a hot tub. I had roses put on the bed for a surprise for my wife and flannel sheets omg so comfortable. If you haven't been you have to go. Amy is the best there she helped us so much and the food is great. Pizza is amazing. I already booked my next trip. Try the wine cellar it's my favorite. The best part is the heated toilet with a budei in it. First time for everything.

This place is amazing. The pictures on the website do not do justice, they have not been updated in a while so check it out! Our room (the Dragon Lair) had the coolest little details, a really nice jacuzzi next to the bed, a very clean/comfortable, swinging bed. It had a beautiful bathroom with heated floors, heated toilet seat, a tv in the shower and so much more! This was the first room we have gone to and we plan on visiting more. We also brought our dog which they were so sweet to, they had bowls set up for him in the room and there's a field in the back for them to run around. Overall an awesome stay and worth the price. Look forward to visiting again.

First, I want to genuinely commend Chris, who went above and beyond and appeared to be one of the only consistent staff members throughout our stay. He was responsible for cooking breakfast, bartending, cleaning, and general hotel upkeep. We were told he had worked 10 days in a row, which speaks volumes about how severely understaffed this property was. His effort was appreciated--but no employee should be carrying an entire hotel. Because of the staffing shortages, cleanliness and maintenance suffered significantly. Several rooms--including one we reserved--were clearly neglected. A chair in one room was covered in marker scribbles, trash cans had no plastic liners, and housekeeping was unable to provide daily room refreshes. For the price paid, daily cleaning and upkeep should be standard. The amenities were especially disappointing. The hot tub was visibly dirty, with sludge and foam present, making it unusable. To make matters worse, all of the outdoor chairs appeared to have been carelessly thrown into a sloppy pile next to the hot tub, completely ruining the area. It looked unkempt, uninviting, and poorly managed--definitely not a space anyone would want to relax in or take photos near. The bar was technically open, but with so few employees, getting a drink involved long wait times, making the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. Breakfast also fell far below expectations. The buffet was extremely basic and overcrowded, with only ONE waffle machine for a very large number of guests and minimal food option Overall, the cost of this stay did not align with the condition, cleanliness, service availability, or amenities provided. This is not a reflection of the hardworking staff--especially Chris--but rather a serious operational and staffing failure. Until these issues are addressed, this property does not meet expectations for a Marriott-branded hotel.

Otherwise, it's fairly barebones and minimalistic, but very clean. The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast at this location but it looked like the usual Fairfield breakfast with cereal, yogurt, waffles, and a couple of hot items (eggs, breakfast meat). The dining area is large and spacious and looked well-maintained. It's a nice touch to have a skimobile in front of the hotel as homage to the past Mount Cranmore resort area that I used to vacation frequently. The staff in front was pretty polite and friendly, though I did not have to interact with them very much. This is a good choice if you wanted a hotel closer to the North Conway Village, though you probably still would have to drive or bike there.

Even without the familial connection, I'd be absolutely in love with this place. Family and friends gathered this past weekend for a memorial hike in honor of my dad, who passed in 2007. Leon and Nellie went out of their way to accommodate us, down to even offering additional rooms when some extra guests appeared and getting up extra early to make us to-go egg sandwiches we could take long on our hike up Mt. The decor makes you feel like you're visiting friends in a luxurious mountain home.
