My fiance and I had a wonderful time staying at this resort over the holiday week. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the front desk had tons of information on all types of local activities. It's a bit pricey...but that's all mountains. Parking is conveniently close & weather permitting you can ski to the lift right from the back of the hotel. There are loud kids EVERYWHERE so if you're looking for romance it may not be the best. Overall we will absolutely be back.

We stayed here for 8 days and it was nothing short of perfect! From find second you walk in you feel welcomed. We actually felt terrible because we didn't know they bring your luggage up to the room for you and we didn't have cash to tip so we eventually got some but didn't see him after that. The woman at the concierge desk was the sweetest lady in the world. She would even make a big deal out if it when she saw our one year old son. I remember just before we left she told him "we're going to miss you...name...!!" She remembered his name and that was so nice too! The room was more than accommodating. We had a loft with a bedroom upstairs and an adjoining room with two more beds and it was more than we needed. The deck looking over the mountains, the pool, even the awesome breakfast at the Diamond Grille! All so great! Overall great experience!!

Really great stay at this hotel! They have everything you need to enjoy time off the slopes relaxing. Staff is helpful and friendly, ski check room, amazing outdoors heated pool/hot tubs/sauna. Star off for the Murphy bed not being the comfiest like others mentioned, but all in all worth it!

With the passing of my Dad (he and Mom also had always wanted to stay here but could never afford it), I said charge it!! and booked an overnight stay. So glad I did. It was every bit as magical as I thought and the snowing during our stay made it even more so. The history, attention to detail, preservation, detail Oriented caring staff all led to an amazing stay I will never forget.

The outside when weather is this nice is really good, ample porch seating and exterior reception areas. The food imo is ok. The first meal was a "simple" BLT with really soft and kind of fatty bacon. The soda was also flat. Summer staff return and gearing for the season might lend to this. The exterior temps were hot one day and the lobbies and hallways were just plain hot, too. My room AC ran nonstop and failed to break 74 in the room. The suite was nice if not outdated a bit with carpeted floors that likely met the style of an old hotel but felt old. The Cave bar is a must. Omni is showing signs of reparation on this hotel which shows the grandeur of its day, great molding and architectural accents, but also fighting termite damage, actual termites and bees, one of us was stung in the dining room, inside. The staff is seasonal, with that some younger folks learning the system and very friendly while others, like bellhops seeming disinterested. It's wrapped as looking luxury but with practical gaps in execution.

Our room was stunning. My fiancé pre planned and had rose petals, candles, and champagne all set up by the staff for us. (Additional charge). There was a hot tub for two, a shower for two, and a nice additional seating area. In the morning there was fresh orange juice, coffee, and homemade options such as muffins and pastries. There were also some yogurt, fruit, and granola. Saturday night there was a complimentary cheese and wine night! They offered a mixed variety of cheeses, meats, and crackers. They also had two wine options, and a non alcoholic bubbly option. There was a huge almost pool sized hot tub, which could easily fit 16-20 people. They keep the water at a mild temperature, so that all can enjoy. On site, there was also an enormous work out room and an infrared sauna. There were quite a few amenities in the work out room - including a putting mat, a golf swing machine, a full body massage chair, a foot massager, and countless other options. We would recommended this place to any and everyone. The famous mulled cider candles are available for 21$ to purchase, we got a few. Having gone to the North Conway area for 10+ years - I can comfortably say that this place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back.
