We were on a serious hunt to replace the lock on our mailbox, after we found out through our local post office that they do not make or keep a copy of any mailbox keys, despite what the USPS website says. After an all day wild goose chase, we discovered that neither Home Depot, Ace, Walmart, Lowes, etc. carried the specific lock we needed for our community mailboxes. We stopped here right as the staff was closing up and about to lock up for the night. We told the locksmiths that they were our last resort before having to go online and pay double the price for an outdated lock. Luckily for us they had it!!
