I asked the guy if they wanted to do the inspection and wash first or the inspection but he said to just go into the oil line. I get wanting to do the oil first but it could have been a shorter wait had these been done leaving just the oil change to do. All staff are very friendly. Also, this place only offers the most uncomfortable seating both inside and out. Inside there is only 4 extra high tables and stools with small seats that dig into your thighs on the sides and bottom vs optional use of the space with more two person standard level seats that could fit 6 tables. They do offer iced water and coffee. The outside is metal mesh chairs and tables that get hot in the direct heat, a roll out awning would be a great addition to the area would provide more sun coverage then the small umbrellas that left many still sitting in the sun and the water fountain (filled with dirt, if restored would provide some tranquility and cool mist to the air. I also recommend resin Adirondack chairs that can be used under the trees nearby and brought in the car wash at night for storage vs the two wire mesh square tables with built in seats that painfully dig into your thighs and butt as well no matter which way you position.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE…read more It took 6 days just to get a quote. All the while I was charged for storage and "admin fees". The response to "what admin fees?" And "why wouldn't the storage fee kick in when I finally received the quote 6 days later", was ambiguous, at best. I didn't know any of this until they actually produced this untimely and over inflated quote because it states these charges in very small print but only when you actually get the quote. You are not given the information prior??!! Ok but maybe you state when you'll actually get a quote and if they take their sweet time, storage fees rack up? Maybe customers should know this and get their car outta there instantly? I would have. Note the 6 days I waited for this quote, I'm dealing with a head injury, eyes swollen shut... They see nothing wrong in this scenario. They provide 0 information. Wherever they can jack up a fee, they took advantage of it. Then comes the exorbitant quote. finally, with all fees inflated. When I asked what the admin fees would be, I couldn't get a straight answer. In fact, I got NO answer. Clearly being taken advantage of, I sent a tow truck to pick it the car asap. It was during their business hours. The tow truck driver arrived before their advertised closing time of 5 pm. (It's also on their voicemail.) He walked the lot, around the building, and looked in all windows. No one was there to get my car. And even shadier, my car wasn't there??!! More wasted money, time, and another trip for both of us. Brian Cunningham was nothing short of entitled and curt to me, as well as to the driver on his 2nd attempt the following day. I'm a 62 year old single mom with kids in college and he, well he is the nightmare you pray you never meet. He denied the tow truck driver's report. What he didn't know was I was on the phone with him as he walked around the building and the lot. He waited and walked until their closing time, just in case. Neither of us knew what to do. We decided he'd return the next day and certainly, since there was no car or person, there wouldn't be an extra day charge. No. He's just plain unethical. I was angry but even the tow truck driver felt this treatment was completely wrong. He will attest to this in my upcoming attempts to make Cunningham Collision be accountable. Shady doesn't begin to cover the customer service treatment. It's probably the nicest word to describe his treatment to all involved in this situation. You can bet anyone putting 5 stars here are high school buddies! I have no doubt. When I calculated a fair/just price, and proposed it to him, he still charged nearly three times that amount to get my car out of there and to an honest and ethical business. I will be filling a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and talking to the Attorney General (about ethical business practices) as advised by another collision facility. Dealing with a head injury and an entitled, curt and unethical person, I will never speak to them again. They will simply have to deal with whatever comes at them. I will never recommend them. I will tell anyone who listens that this company has "0" best practices, horrible customer service, 100% entitlement, significantly inflated prices and owners who take significant advantage of anyone they think they can get away with it. I wasn't given the opportunity to choose where my car was towed to. Not allowed to call Triple A... I was taken in an ambulance and couldn't open my eyes for a week. If you find yourself in that area, anytime soon, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. If you find yourself in need of assistance in that area sometime down the road, they may be closed per the Attorney General and/or BBB fines/sanctions and you should thank "all the powers that be" for not having to deal with the very worst company I've ever dealt with. I offered a fair, researched, and calculated price for their efforts given the excessive time to get the quote... But to no avail. They didn't budge. I guess they don't know what fair, just, ethical business practices are. They are about to find out. I will not be done with this until my credit card is refunded and/or the organizations I contact fine them or better yet, close them down. Oddly, they seem to enjoy kicking people while they're down. Let's see how they like it. IT IS NOT the kind of company anyone should ever have to deal with. They will be sorry they didn't opt for my fair and reasonable offer because my middle name is persistent! No one should or will have to go through what I did and I won't stop until I'm confident of this. Very humbly, dissolutioned, angry and respectfully, Brenda C, MS MS LCMHCS
