It took 2 hours to do an oil change car wash and inspection. I anticipated a wait as this place stays busy but no one was in line for an inspection when I arrived and only one car was waiting for the car wash their was four in line for oil changes. I asked the guy if they wanted to do the inspection and wash first or the inspection but he said to just go into the oil line. I get wanting to do the oil first but it could have been a shorter wait had these been done leaving just the oil change to do. All staff are very friendly. Also, this place only offers the most uncomfortable seating both inside and out. Inside there is only 4 extra high tables and stools with small seats that dig into your thighs on the sides and bottom vs optional use of the space with more two person standard level seats that could fit 6 tables. They do offer iced water and coffee. The outside is metal mesh chairs and tables that get hot in the direct heat, a roll out awning would be a great addition to the area would provide more sun coverage then the small umbrellas that left many still sitting in the sun and the water fountain (filled with dirt, if restored would provide some tranquility and cool mist to the air. I also recommend resin Adirondack chairs that can be used under the trees nearby and brought in the car wash at night for storage vs the two wire mesh square tables with built in seats that painfully dig into your thighs and butt as well no matter which way you position. read more

I headed here for an oil change and car wash. If you get the oil changed you get 9.99 off of the car wash. I did the basic wash. I dropped my car off, gave the young lady my number and walked back to the house. She told me they would call when my car was finished. I waited for about 3 hours without a call. Pretty solid place for a car wash. I got the silver wash ($25 value) which does include exterior wash with triple foam wash and interior vacuuming, windows, wheel cleaning, undercarriage, and rust inhibitor. My car has been neglected for a while and was in serious need of vacuuming and washing. They did a great job getting all the bird poop stains off my car, even had me double check behind them and get any stains they missed. My car looked ALMOST brand new! What's cool is that this place is locally owned, and they do a monthly membership for unlimited car washes, if you're into that. They also have cats in the waiting area and snacks to buy if you're going to be waiting on your car for a while. After waiting for 40 minutes [20 minutes of that time 3 cars in line left due to lack of any communication) the dark-root Barbie pulled another car that came in after mine in line, right in front of me. So my daughter Had her oil changed a couple of months ago at Eastern Auto Spa in mebane. 3 weeks later she heard a strange noise coming from her engine. She stopped in to see a mechanic in a Greenville, NC where she found out that the O ring wasn't put back on properly by Eastern Auto Spa, causing all the oil to leak out and dispersing shards of metal everywhere!! The engine was destroyed and the car deemed undriveable. After Eastern took responsibility for the damage, they turned the incident over to Nationwide, who months later has not fixed her car nor provided her with acceptable reimbursement. They have been completely unorganized and passed her off to several different adjusters, because no one knows what the other is doing. She now has to return the rental and has no car to drive. I was driving back from a meeting in Greensboro and thinking about how disgusting the inside of my car was and how I had not had it washed since it snowed in early January (It's March) and how all the salt and sand are probably eating away at the undercarriage of my car and decided to hop on the YELP app to help me find a solution. This popped up and I liked that it wasn't an Autobell because quite frankly, that place is hit or miss, and hits are on a good day. I pulled in and didn't quite understand wtf was going on as they also have bays where they do light maintenance and state inspections but I figured it out and ordered the Platinum wash at about $30 (inside clean, outside wash, dry, tire shire, amor-all etc.) I went inside and paid for the car wash. They have a nice (but cat inhabited, which could be a turn off for some people) waiting room area with a large outdoor patio waiting area as well. They also sell snacks and drinks, which was nice to have while I waited. Overall it took about 30 minutes, which is a little longer than I expected, but it was worth it because my car was actually pretty clean. They missed small stuff, like the crumbs around the Ebrake and their vacuum nozzle didn't look like it was skinny enough to really get good between the seats and center console, but it was a $30 carwash, not a full $100 detail service. First the positive, everyone here is super friendly the place is clean and well-maintained. They do a pretty decent job for what you pay for. But my god if this isn't the slowest car wash I've ever been to in my life. Plan on at least an hour if you go there. Might want to pack a lunch as well. The guys that do the cleanup at the end have no sense of urgency. Management should get out there and show them how to knock out a car in about five minutes if they need advice let me know I'll come show them. read more

We watched one of the young boys get out of a car they were sending through the wash and hand something off to one of his teammates. Comically slow. I was nearly laughing by the end of my ridiculous wait, but then I remembered "oh yea, I just wasted my entire day here". I really didn't want to leave a bad review because the staff here is friendly, but I have literally never had an oil change/inspection take as long as it did here. There was one car in front of me, and I waited for over two hours. If it is going to take TWO HOURS for an oil change, maybe give the customer a little heads up? They have a Crew working but none of them are on the same page. Every time I have ever been to this place my car has been spotless when I left. Once or twice I found little things (ie a couple bugs left on the grill) but they were corrected immediately when mentioned. They are friendly folks, upbeat and appreciative of your business. When I arrived today I noticed almost ever customer wearing masks, and all the staff were wearing them unless six feet apart from customers. The tables and chairs just outside the door had been moved to under the trees to allow for further distancing and sitting in the shade. cleaned my car pretty well my only complaint is a bright red head who works up front (i'm assuming she washed my car) she seemed to almost be rushing me out and was not very nice. she didn't care about what i was saying to her. Two visits here for different services, neither visit left a happy customer. My first was a car wash in the summer, the line was short but it took forever to be slipping dried and no inside cleaning as I thought based on sign description. Next visit was for an inspection, I was second in line and it took one hour and 3 minutes! That's just crazy! My husband used to be a mechanic, from his experience it should've taken half the time or less. Part of the problem was my cat waited outside the bay for 5-10 minutes before I approached the counter to ask what the hold was. As I approached the desk they started to call another car and told me just hold on let them cash out this other guy who was in and out quickly first! Literally just left after paying 20$ for this. I got the gold that says comes with armor all. Apparently it's only for the tires. Maybe I read the sign wrong but they didn't even wipe anything down on the inside of my car lol I spent a couple minutes asking the guy to wipe this down wipe that down. I shouldn't have to have to ask them to wipe anything down let alone wait another 10 minutes while they re-vacuum my car so I left. Not coming back. I'll do my own next time. I am 65, disabled and have cancer. I rarely clean my car because I don't have the energy anymore. I decided when I got my relief check I would go to the car wash and I am so sorry I wasted the money!!! The rugs didn't looked vacuumed so I asked the man and he took out the drivers side matt and hit it with his hand. I felt rushed so I left. When I got home I saw there were spots all over the hood and trunk. There was armoral smeared in some places and none in other places. The most frustrating thing is that all the yellow pollen was not gone. I spent an hour wiping off the spots, redoing the smeared mirrors and the tops of the windows. Please do not waste your money or at least don't opt for the expensive wash. You should not spend $32 at a car wash and leave with a dirty car. I feel like a fool. read more

Very quick and efficient car wash. Exterior wash and towel dry for $7! So it's definitely value for your money. They do a great job but I would recommend walking around your car and asking for some additional drying if you see missed spots. They are very friendly and nice about it. They also have a nice patio type of area where you can sit and enjoy the sun while eating lunch. Try getting there a bit before noon when it's not super crowded but otherwise all in all takes about 20 minutes tops. read more

They generally do a good job, but I have had problems. Once the guy said not to worry he would get the trash in my car. Later I realized they threw away my favorite scarf and gloves. Recently, they vacuumed the interior but didn't wipe down anything inside. They also told me they don't wipe down the well for the convertible top- why it part of the interior and would take all of 2 to 3 minutes to do. Lazy and sad. read more

I get my car washed here about once a month. The staff are really nice, and the price is affordable. The "silver wash" (not the most expensive & not the least expensive) is $16.99. The have a 24 hour rain guarantee (if it rains within 24 hours of your car wash, bring your receipt back & you'll get another wash for free). Also, they keep track of how many times your car has been there; you get every 10th wash for free. When the staff is done with your car, you get to do a once-over and ask them to go over any spots they may have missed (including the inside). They're always very, very nice. And, if there is a long line of cars (which I've never really had happen), you can walk next door or across the street to get a bite to eat while you wait. This also may be helpful since they don't have a lot of indoor seating (the only bad thing I can say about the place.) read more

I come here every few months for oil changes and car washes and it has never taken less then an hour and a half. I think they do it so you sit in there place Nd buy snacks. Four stars for service and price. It is a bit of a wait to come here, but I like this place. It is always busy on Saturdays, and if you wait to come until noon (like me)...you should expect an hour for lube and wash. There is a shopping center across the street to keep busy while you wait. The techs (mostly high school aged) are working their butts off, I'm sure for not a lot of money. The place is well kept and staff is friendly. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, so on super nice days like today, it's fun to sit outside and people watch, trying to match people to their cars. Would have given five stars, but they are not open on Sundays and this is a huge inconvenience for working folks, and I'm sure contributes to the bottlenecking of services on Saturdays. If you're passing through Mebane, stop in, it's a great place to get your oil changed! read more

Service is top notch, prices average though the job done is top flight. I get my car done about once a month and it has never disappointed. The time to get in can be somewhat long but the cars are processed in at around 2 minutes a car. So even long lines are not lengthy waits.
