My car is and has been meticulously maintained and they wanted to UPSELL me and didn't want to honor the alignment agreement. I was told that my right wheel was visually wobbling, that I needed both of my control arms replaced and they refused to honor the contract to do the alignment. They told me that they even have the "wobbling" wheel on the security camera evidencing their assessment. This is complete bologna. These Mavis stores have sell quotas that reward shady business practices. I've been to multiple Mavis stores throughout N.C. and repeatedly experience a constant upsetting pressure on made up repair needs. Here is a fact: NONE OF THE TECHNICIANS WORKING AT MAVIS ARE CERTIFIED MECHANICS. They "learn" how to fix your cars on the job. They have NO formal training. They are literally practicing on YOUR car. Stay away from Mavis Mebane.
