Did not use the towing part. Had a tire the kept loosing pressure. Dropped by to see if they could look at it. Less than 20 minutes later I was back on the road, tire fixed, and at a super reasonable rate. Good old fashion customer focused small town feel business. Not the easiest to get to. When you look at it, you don't think there is much there. But boy, it is all there. Left with a fixed tire, bottle of honey, and a new calendar. You feel good leaving your money with these guys... no corporate mess, just customer focused local business. Makes you feel the toots this place has in the community. I've never been towed by them because I have AAA. About 6 or 7 years ago I called them because I remember that they had used tires. I had 1 that started making a lot of noise 1 day on my way home from Burlington & they had a 15" tire. When they pulled it in the shop I actually needed both front tires replaced, so I got 2 new tires instead of a used one. I was planning on getting new tires with my tax refund a couple of mos later. I think it was Westlake tires but I did get the same brand for the rear with my tax refund. A couple of yrs later I had to keep putting air in 1 of them & went to Mavis Tire in Hillsborough & was told it couldn't be fixed because there was a small broken screw in the sidewall. I knew they were trying to rip me off by selling me 1 of their expensive tires. My son ended up taking it to another tire store to get it fixed for me. I'm not stupid when it comes to cars, I worked in a dealership service dept & was a warranty clerk for almost 10 yrs. A lot has changed since then but you're not gonna rip me off! I also always buy my own parts because I can get them cheaper. Two years ago I got a set of Hankook tires & about 3 mos later I had a flat 1 morning & called AAA. The driver slightly over inflated the tire because it had a rock stuck in it so I could get to Hillsborough Tire. It turns out that all tire stores are closed on Saturday since Corona started. I ended up going to Arrowhead BP and they plugged it for me & it was done in less than 30 mins. I also go there every year to get my grill tank refilled. All of the employees there have always been nice & respectful. Don't ever buy Khumo tires like I made the mistake of doing about 12 years ago, they refuse to honor their own warranty. I put them on the car that was part of my mothers estate. I didn't plan on keeping the car & it really needed tires, 1 of them failed inspection. My older son was driving it when some bonehead made an illegal L turn in front of him & did almost $4,500 damage to the front end. read more

I have been to Arrowhead for tires, notary services (yes that's right) and even bought honey & pain relief cream from them. Every time I walk in it's the same great service, they could give lessons on how to treat customers to keep them coming back. Amazing service, amazing staff, and super fast! Me and my dad went in just to get an old tire to replace the one I had because the wires were showing (oops lol) and this was super last minute. The staff was so helpful and so nice, they didn't charge ridiculous prices, and they started working on my car very quickly, and every mechanic we spoke to was super friendly! 10/10 recommend this business and I will 100% be coming back for any other car issues I ever have! read more

Great service! I had a blow out less than a mile from here and was able to get there on my spare and have my tire checked out. Mr. Everett and the staff were great. So respectable and friendly. They patched my tire fast and had me on my way. Mr. Everett came over himself and asked if I was being treated ok and being taken care of. He also asked me if my employer told me that I was appreciated? When I said no, he said "Well we appreciate you and your business and thank you for trusting us with your service." MINE BLOWN!! How fortunate that I was near such a great business? They could have tried to sell me a new tire but were honest in telling me that it wasn't necessary. It was pouring down rain that day and I'm just glad I had the positive encounter I did at this shop. Thank you guys again. read more

We went this morning at 7:30 once we realized my husband's valve on his tire was leaking air fast. They pulled us right in took care of my husband's tire after ordering the part and having it delivered. We were in and out within one hour. Tire was fine. But smacked on $15 in fees to change the tire? Don't bother

My wife had her car towed there for a tire blowout, she bought a new tire but the sensor stayed on after they replaced the damaged tire. Now, having had to replace a rim before because of a different flat, I knew that you can damage the sensor if not done correctly. So I told my wife to ask them why it was still on and after they tried to blame it on the tire blowout itself the owners son David started screaming at my wife saying that he would just take back the tire she already had paid for and she can sit on the property all night long & all alone... and then in the morning take her rim some place else. (What the f**k) Now I was on the phone with my wife so I told my wife to call the police as that was a threat and so she hung up with me as I was jumping in my Truck to shoot down there myself cause my wife ain't gonna be stranded by this idiot, when the guy asked her not to call the police and then he ran the sensor check and the problem was fixed. The guy apologized and my wife called me bk but said she was shaking because the guy was screaming at her and threatening her to leave her stranded and apparently steal the tire she had already paid for because he had to now check to see if it's damaged (omg smh) Now I'm the sole business owner of a pretty big Lawn Care Company here in Raleigh NC and I gotta tell you I would never do a scared single women at night time like that as a man but certainly not a paying customer. How horrific! How unprofessional! I understand now why women act defensive around a lunatic fragile little man. Men don't let your girls see this guy! What a disappointment for men. My husband has been going to Arrowhead for years and after I took my car there a while back, we'll definitely continue to give them our business. The staff at Arrowhead are honest, fair, and quick. We've gotten a variety of repairs done there and have never been dissatisfied. I can't say enough good things about them. It's rare to find a place that isn't about sucking the most money out of the customers for the repairs that they provide. Even if they don't handle the type of repair we need (glass breakage) they provided us with someone to help us out. We live in Durham and it is certainly worth the drive to Mebane for the quality of work and customer service we get at Arrowhead. read more

They are fine for small stuff like working on tires and oil changes, but on the big mechanical stuff, stay away. I had an engine light come on which Auto Zone up the street diagnosed for free as a problem with emissions. The next day I brought the car over to Arrowhead and the owner, Mr. Everett tells me to go to the other side to see the mechanic, which I did, inspite of trouble walking. Mechanic pops the hood, starts looking and then tells me to go wait in the other building, which is filthy and hot. After an hour, Mr. Everett calls me "Hey!" (Guess he's short on manners, like what happened to Miss, Mz, or M'am?), "Go see the mechanic" which I did again and had to wait while he was diagnosing another vehicle. He finally gives me his attention and a big fat repair estimate, along with his charge for diagnosing the vehicle at $75!!!! OUtrageous! Took him an hour!. I was gouged and he never did say he was going to charge to hook up his computer. He asks for my phone # to call and see what my decision is and I give him my email so he can send me a proper detailed estimate to justify the $1,700 he says it's going to cost me (I'm still waiting for his email or a phone call) I go back to Mr. Everett who charges my credit card. Next day, I'm at the vet and want to pay on my credit card and it's not in my purse! I quickly realize Everett never gave it back to me. I go there and told him it would have been courteous for him to call me. He gets huffy and says he does not have my number. I tell him his mechanic has it including my email. He barely throws out an apology. Too sloppy and laid back for my money, not to mention lack of manners. I shall never return even for the simple stuff. I had trouble before with a tire issue and sloppy work. read more

If you want to be ripped off, then this is the place to have your vehicle serviced. They are crooks and out take your money. I had repairs done here and the same issues came back within days. They do not stand behind there work. Please to not be a victim like myself and go to another repair shop. Mebane Tire and Auto Motive provides excellent service. They fixed all of the issues that Arrowhead charged me for but did not repair. read more
