I really enjoyed the waffle. It was fluffy and buttery. Nothing beats a hot waffle in the morning. Along with the waffle, I got hashbrowns, toast, eggs and bacon all for about $15. Can't beat that deal in this economy. The staff was great too. You can see they work hard and they know the customers very well. It is great to see the staff interact with the locals and the conversations they were having.

He took a while getting our waters and then took a Togo orders/ delt with paying customers before giving our order to the cook. Two of the four waters he brought us had stuff floating in them. My daughter was given a cold grilled cheese, just two pieces of cheese slapped between bread. Onions were missing from my husbands chicken hash brown bowl. Which the server offered to bring but was never brought. Cheese and onions were missing on my hash browns. Bacon never showed up for my sons meal. And we never received my daughters chocolate chip waffle to go with her cold grilled cheese. When our server went to ask the cook (who was cooking closest to our table) about our food, the cook, who is also the manager for the night ..Justin, started cussing at our server. The server apologized for the order being wrong and for my kids not getting their food. The manager clearly has trouble multitasking. I honestly thought he was learning because of the way he was handling the plates and how he was splashing the oil out of the bucket to make the hashbrowns. The other cook, I think his name was Glynn maybe, was handling the oil a lot better and did better at cooking and keeping things going. They ended up bringing a hot grilled cheese sandwich. I watched our server grab some Bacon himself out of the fridge and cook our bacon. We got up to leave and he brought us the bacon Togo. In the end the server didn't charge us for our meal at all. I told him he didn't have to do that. We still left a tip. But I have never had that experience at a WH in my life. I would not recommend this location. At least not with that crew.

When I think of Grecian tips I'm thinking of Greek MARINADED beef or pork strips (wish they specified on the menu). At least put a grain of salt and pepper on it. I'm writing this feedback not to bash Palms Cafe but to hopefully get the owner and/or cooks to taste test their food from time to time. I also ordered buffalo wings...tasted like they were cooked with zero love. Heated in an oven or microwave and DRENCHED/SWIMMING in buffalo sauce. Wings should be fried crispy and tossed in the sauce. If anyone think I'm exaggerating go there and order the Grecian tips and buffalo wings and tell me I'm not on point with my review. I would love for the owner to reach out to me for a revisit on these 2 menu items after they revamp them‼

The menu had lots of options to choose from, but it wasn't overwhelming. Our food was delivered to us quickly. I was very impressed with their Greek salad and salmon. My daughter's got a hamburger and chicken nuggets. The fries were great, and they also had an array of homemade cakes. I really regret not getting one. Our waitress was great looked after us and answered all our questions. When I go back to Salisbury, I won't hesitate to come here again.

The inside is very clean and countryfied in their decor, and the people who work here are very friendly and positive people. When you go there and are seated, you feel like you're a regular. It's hard to choose from the menu, because it's huge. The last time I went, I brought my grandson and we both decided right off that we will have breakfast. We are huge breakfast lovers. We chose what we wanted and ordered, our drinks came out and the food followed fast. Everything was perfect. They have some of the absolute best pancakes ever. I should've ordered the short stack (two pancakes) but I ended up ordering the large one by mistake. No worries, it was still fabulous. Lots of pecans and the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had. Grandson ordered the meat lovers omelette and said it was the best one he's ever had. There was an almost unbelievable amount of meat in that omelette. I took a small bite and it was very good. We've had other things in the past, their eggs Benedict are superior as well as their hash browns. Before you go, do not neglect the dessert cabinet by the register. They make a fabulous rainbow cake.
