My experience with The Rose Gardens was that of flexibility, ease and accommodating! We celebrated my daughter's quinceañera and it was always a great experience working with the staff from beginning to end. Since the initial meeting, we meet with Liz (Owner). She explained everything in detail and provided options. Throughout our planning- texting was an option which always had quick responses. The venue is such a beautiful place- we had the Ambassador room - which fit perfectly to my daughter's theme. The venue provided so many items- plates, utensils, tables, chairs and linens- which is great- a few less things to think of! They also provided a vendor list in which I used 2 vendors from - great experience with both! On the day of , the staff was ready and professional at all times. I had to move out the start time by an hour and they were quick to adjust. Throughout the night they cleaned up and were ready for the next item- cake cutting- late night snack. I booked my mom's 70th birthday party here. I really really wanted to love this place, and the staff really pumped up expectations. To say they fell short would be putting it mildly. Ultimately, we paid far too much for food that was removed HOURS before the party was over (I found the staff helping themselves with no intention of bringing it back out), we paid for double protein servings for 55 and barely fed 35 before it all disappeared, we prepaid for alcohol (or they charge you $500 for use of the bar AND for the individual drinks), and someone took off with the birthday cake and that had to be tracked down. My mom had a good time, but it's hard not to feel completely ripped off by this process. Next time, it'll be anywhere but here. After several searches for the "best" venue to book a party for, I came across The Rose Gardens back in 2023. At the time I was looking to host my youngest daughter baptism/1st birthday, Claudia was friendly informative and straightforward with what theyre offerings were , packages, and payment options. They offer 2 rooms to pick from depending how many guests you plan to host. I ended up booking The Rose Gardens for my event I got to say they took all the stress away from me as theyre a one stop shop from food, drinks, and vendors! Fast forward to 2026 I booked theyre venue again to host my oldest daughter Quinceñeara and went with theyre largest room "The Grand Theater" it was a no doubter to book with The Rose Gardens because theyre service is a 10/10. This time around I worked directly with the owner Elizabeth who was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process making the experience memorable. Theyre food catering options are tasteful and guests kept complimenting it along with the hosted bar the drinks were great. We did have an incident with one of the vendors we booked 3rd party which security handled it professionally and had them removed at our discretion. My only "feedback" is that they don't offer the use of the booked room days before in this case for a XV to practice the waltz and surprise dances to ensure everything goes accordingly the day of, however Elizabeth did make a accommodation however the timeline didnt align with my schedule. Overall you do get your moneys worth when booking with The Rose Gardens , I would highly recommend them 10/10 based off of my experience! read more

The Rose Gardens! What can I say about this place but only positive things. From the owner Liz who stayed in consistent contact with us and answered every question we had. Who orchestrated such a beautiful dinner event and planning for our family's Combo Graduation Party for my daughter and nephew. Also to Elia who impressed us with her professionalism the day my husband and I request a tour of the layout prior to our event. She is a great asset to the company. And to the Chef and servers who made sure our dinner was delicious up to par (which it was and more *chef's kiss*) and huge kuddos to the security guards who stood there for hours and making sure everything went accordingly and safely. I had my daughters quinceañera last year in July. The place is beautiful and her quince was one to remember. My only complaint with this venue is the lack of customer service the owner Liz Mejia has. She's not very personable and the relationship she sets is far from comfortable and secure, she has this "I'm far more superior" aura to her when she speaks to you. The process leading up to my daughter's event was a complete nightmare. We're opting to have my other daughters quince at the White House Event Center. All the girls there have been amazing & fun to work with. The Rose Garden charges certain hidden fees that didn't really make sense, & when asked to break it down Liz just mentioned that's just how they do it. There have been many reviews on the lack of transparency and vulnerability as far as how they speak to you as a customer. So that's why we opted to look elsewhere for my other daughter, wasn't worth going through the same nightmare twice. My only positive review for this place is Mayra! She was amazing and superb at helping me stick to my timeline throughout the night. She carried me through and helped keep me calm & fun. She was amazing! read more

The owner Elizabeth along with her over aggressive security made us as guests feel so uncomfortable that we left the event early. The security looked like they need background checks (very unprofessional) they could use deescalation and communicating with diplomacy training. It also smelled bad inside. DONT GET THIS VENUE*** This venue may not be suitable for larger events. If you're considering hosting an office party, baby shower, or gender reveal without the need for extensive services, you might find it adequate but proceed with caution. My experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, if you opt for a hosted bar and don't use the full amount allocated, you won't receive any leftover funds back. For instance, if you set aside $1,000 and only spend $200, the remaining $800 is forfeited, a detail not disclosed prior to signing the contract. Secondly, be wary of verbal promises; they often go unfulfilled unless documented in your contract. I was assured that my daughter could have a signature drink for her quinceañera at no extra cost, but on the day of the event, I was informed there would be an additional charge, and the only compensation offered was a single pitcher. Thirdly, while having security at the entrance is a good idea, the guard's aggressive demeanor was off-putting, leading to numerous complaints from guests. He insisted on checking bags and would not allow any water bottles, demanding they be discarded immediately, even when asked if they could just drink it or put it away he would give them an aggressive demand to discard it. Lastly, the bathroom locks were unreliable, and the soda package consisted solely of pitchers, limiting guests' choices. On a positive note, Mayra from the staff was exceptional and attentive throughout the event. TO THE VENUE: there's no need for a response; I've seen similar complaints from others, and I anticipate your standard reply, which often includes praise to your staff and policies of the venue. your apology won't fix the unprofessional service you gave. read more

We recently had our daughters Sweet 16 at the rose gardens and it was such a fantastic venue I cannot say enough positive things about this venue. We were surprised to receive a party planner, Mariela, who helped us in plaevery step of the way. And also put in a lot of input & ideas cuz I'm kinda not so creative person. The Rose gardens offer catering services as well! They can help you create a delicious menu that will impress all the guests. We had a very beautiful night that made our baby feel like a princess. First of all I want to thank Gloria and Mariela, they are the best! I had my daughter's Quinceañera at The Rose Gardens this past weekend and everything was perfect! They were both so helpful, I was stressed trying to make a seating chart last minute and Mariela gave me ideas and helped me finish the seating chart real fast. First event was my sisters quince back in Sept of 2023z Second was my grandmothers 90th in Feb Third was our wedding this past Saturday. It's like house hunting- you just know. With its tall ceilings, gorgeous chandeliers, beautiful designs- it is truly elegant, not to mention, generous space. Big KUDOS to the staff who, from start to finish , were there to help and support. Gloria and Claudia worked hand in hand to make our dream debut party a success - just like how we envisioned. Exceptional service! Our twins 18th birthday was celebrated at this location last Sunday. This was the first location we visited when we were scouting for a venue and my daughters fell in love with it and placed a downpayment same day. I never regretted doing it, the personnel at The Rose Gardens are always willing to assist us during the process and they do call you back when you leave a message or when they missed your call, this is important to me cause I felt they valued my time. They know their business and will walk you through the party planning. The planning was smooth, never pushed me to avail something that they don't think I will need. Also a lot of free service, such as the free cider or champagne toast, the upgrade to a nice glass chargers and they cut and serve the cake free of charge. On the day of the event, they assigned us a party coordinator who helped us with the program flow, what I love is, they are ready to make adjustments quickly to meet the changes. We have to serve the food 30 minutes earlier than planned and when asked if they can start serving the dinner it was ready in 10 minutes, my party coordinator didn't even think twice, she just accommodated and did it so quickly. The food was so excellent this I guarantee. The BAR was a hit, this was added last minute and again, never regretted it. They assisted us so we can monitor how much money goes to it so we don't go over our budget, and that itself shows they are not after profit @ the bar but rather to make sure that they meet our needs. Did I mention that there's also a security guard, he inspected our guests bags and check our rooms every so often, we felt safe. Over all, the services, food and the beautiful location made this birthday party a memorable one they exceeded our expectations and most specifically our twins has the time of their lives.
