We rented the hall from 5-12 by 9pm the AC was off. Can you imagine how HOT it was in a warehouse with 100 guest. The bathrooms did NOT all function some were locked, some were clogged we were down to 1 bathroom for 100 guest. The owner should be ashamed of herself she knows the amount of money spent for this event was over paid! This will be the last time we ever rent this venue!

I get another text saying they are doing renovations and they are fighting with the city and until they are done the city won't issue permits. So are you going to be done in time for my party I ask? She proceeds to tell me they won't know until April! My party is in May, when we're you going to let people know is my next question. She then says I was going to tell people who have party's in May at the end of February. My head is spinning because I'm thinking I have a place for a party, I have food, I have a dj, I have flowers, I have a photo booth, I have a desert table now I have nothing. It's now 3 months before the party and the week after mother's day. That's why I booked a year in advance. She then tells me she has graciously refunded everyone's money who asked for it. We'll yeah you think. You want to fight with the city and now I'm left to try to find another place for my daughter's 18th Birthday party. Just very bad bad business! Don't do business here find somewhere else.

You are able to enjoy the entire space for yourselves which is perfect for mingling with other guests. I spoke with Maria to get a quote for my party and she was extremely helpful and readily available and responsive for any and all of my questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my guests were taking care of. The serving staff was very professional, and there was even a bartender available for hire for the event which we did book so that our guests could enjoy a drink if they wanted. I have had many parties in the recent few years and this was a perfect location with plenty of parking for our guests. We will absolutely be back for another event and we receive many compliments from guests about how pretty the venue was. He handled everything last minute...And what I mean last minute, one day before the celebration due to a reason at another hall nearby canceled on us last minute. He got on his phone made calls and made everything happen. Delicious catered food, delicious cake, bartenders, staff to give us great service, and table cloths with artificial flowers center piece. Every single staff member at the hall had their responsibility and they took care of us 100% and provided top notch service. If someone dropped food or spilled a drink they cleaned it up right away. The staff were very friendly. The restrooms were kept up clean and fully stocked. It couldn't of had been any better. The bar area was very nice. All of our invites kept complimenting us on the hall. They were surprised how good the staff were. I highly recommend this venue. I wouldn't hesitate or think twice on booking a future event here. It's interesting to note the various leaf designs on the walls! The interior rooms are very large. There are a few heirloom pieces behind glass. There is a sunken "pool" in the backyard (fountain in the front) and a variety of citrus trees. I can see why this venue is rented out for weddings. Its spacious and beautiful.
