    We were thrilled to find a central location for my Dad's 90th birthday party that accommodated our…read more~85 guests. We booked several months in advance and planned to set up at 10:30 am for our 2pm start, so there was no rush or stress. We had no problems with access. However, I received a text the morning of the party that the balloon arch people canceled, but they were working to find a replacement. My sister arrived early to set up but couldn't find any table linens. It was only when I inquired that I was told that that vendor had also canceled. They assured me a backup supplier would be coming. I was also informed that the ice and drinks would be arriving between 1:30-2pm, while my party was supposed to start at 2!! The catered food arrived at 1:30pm as planned, but we couldn't set anything up because there were no linens. Guests started arriving prior to 2 pm, and NOTHING was set up. I asked them to make themselves comfortable at empty tables and handed out water bottles while we scrambled in our dresses! This was the first celebration ever where guests had to decorate their own tables! With everyone's help, we were able to get the party started at 2:45. This is hardly what I envisioned for such a special occasion. It was by far the worst party planning experience I've ever had compared to several company functions I've coordinated for over 400 guests! The floors could really use a deep clean, and the bathroom had an ick factor. Definitely could use help with cleanliness and esthetics. The pictures online are truly misleading. I suggest you have your own contingency plans and prepare for the worst, which is what I experienced, unfortunately. The $100 refund hardly covered the disaster and stress.

The attention to detail in all of the décor was beautiful and made the entire event feel so special and elegant. Everything was set up perfectly and the venue itself was spotless. You can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the space clean and well organized. One of the highlights of the night was the bartender. The drinks were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Our guests kept going back for more and everyone was impressed with both the quality and presentation. What really made the night stand out, though, was the owner. They were present throughout the entire event and constantly checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. They made sure my daughter, my family, and all of our guests were having a great time. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much and helped the entire night run stress-free. My daughter had the most memorable Sweet 15, and I'm so grateful we chose this venue. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful space with excellent service for their special event.

Third, the "palace" was poorly designed. I had know idea where gifts were to be placed and, moreover, there were random pieces of furniture, which had no relation to the quince. For example, one decoration (i.e., photo enclosed) was the cause of the quinceanera's dress being caught and nearly tangled by the decoration, which was not part of the party . Also, the food was weak at best. It tasted good but with the chicken was ONE stalk of asparagus and one small potato cut into four pieces. Read all the reviews and decide for yourself. I'm doubting the validity of the positive reviews. I would not book at this establishment, save your sanity and pocketbook.
