    The banquet's been incredible! The birria and mole were mouthwatering, pure perfection on a plate. Daniela, Alexandra, and Leida? Absolute stars-going way above and beyond with their warm, accommodating service. Couldn't ask for better!

    Just had our daughter's quince here! The whole process was smooth. Everything came out perfect! Customer service was excellent!They answered my millions of questions that I had. We didn't have to worry about anything. My family loved it and keep raving about that night! Staff took care of everything! Also love the fact that we had access to the hall the whole week of the event! Thank you all again! Neyda, Daniella, Janie, and Chris you guys are awesome!

    We had the pleasure of celebrating my dads birthday party at Salon Brandy! It was a wonderful experience from the time we booked the hall till the end our party. Staff were great at communicating with us, they were kind, generous, patient, attentive and always checking in with us. Excellent customer service! Special shout out to Janie and Christ for always being available when I had questions and for being so supportive thru the night!!Thanks to Neyda and Biridiana and all the staff who helped us have a memorable celebration for our father!

    I have been to Salon Brandy for a wedding and it was pretty nice. But I guess you really do not notice all the little details if it is not your wedding. Me and my fiance decided to check this place out. I called and asked a few questions and the man asked me to come in so we could talk more in detail. I told him that I would be in there at 12pm or so. So maybe he did not assume that was an appointment? Reason being is because when we arrived at 11:56pm and he was with some people. Which is fine- but we waited over an hour!!! However, he did come out after about 20-30 minutes and asked us to give him a few minutes. A few minutes to me in like 5-10 minute this turned out to be an hour WAIT! I understand, because these people had questions and were interested in having some type of party there too. So I did not want to rain on there parade but my fiance was getting impatient and told me to go in there and say somethine. I just said come on let's just leave- just as we were walking away the guy came out. Sorry I can not remember his name. We had already walked around a reviewed the whole place pretty much. I was not impressed because it was not clean at all- not dirty just not maintained! Like the carpet needed to be vacuum, some chairs were in bad shape, furniture needed to be updated or steam cleaned, etc.... They show you all these pictures were everything looks great and I am pretty sure the day of it would look like that but when I am searching for a place to plan and have my wedding reception I want it to look clean. The outside looks like a old person's house that collects a lot of plants/flowers. I was not fond that all those flowers and plants out side were fake and full of dust! I was like are those going to be cleaned? They have 2 areas for parties/wedding/etc at this location the 1st one is Salon Brandy, which can hold about 300 people, then Salon California which is an addition and can hold any where from 300-500. Both halls have a good size dance floor and there own entrance- which is good. They have a huge kitchen, big bathrooms and good size bars as well. They provide in house services or out from what I remember. Prices are so so and they are willing to make it nice and pretty with what ever colors, flower you would like. So I was pretty happy about that. I heard there food is pretty good and they fruit buffet looks delish! But pricey it would have been $700 for 150 people. But overall, the package they offered me was pretty good. I am not the type of person to take a deal so quick. I wanted to check other places out and chat with my fiance. But the main reason I choose not to have my wedding here- is because those little things that bothered me were pretty tacking and I expected the hall to look nice the day of checking it out. So maybe for some others that just hope and keep there fingers crossed that things will go well- this hall might work out for you. I know they have tons and tons of Quinceaneras here. So it might be good for that.

    my experience was great, Daniela was amazing and had made it a plentiful experience. it was the best spot 10/10 recommend

    Contract. The owner started off really nice and…read moreprofessional. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for your reason. But if there was a change in the contract by the business owner, your refund should be returned. The owner of Posh Place change the location of the venue due to not wanting to renew her lease due to complaints with her business neighbors. She moved the venue further out. My contract was based on her Carson location. The reason I choose this venue is because of the location. It was local for my guest. Not only did the owner make the decision to change the location due to her reason but she did not notify me until I contacted her regarding the party planning. The owner is also a party planner and decor which I was also using her services for. I was planning a sneakerball for my daughter in which my guest would have needed time to get their outfits together. I asked the owner for Save the date invites by the middle of February on January 22nd just to give my guest a heads up. I also confirmed with her that the Save the Date and the actual invitations would be done and she replied yes. I never received them. The party was supposed to be May 10th. On March 22, 2025, I sent the owner a text regarding what was included in the decor just to see if there was anything else I needed to get. She replied "yes, you on my to do list for today". When I finally talked to her on March 22, she informed me that she moved my event to another location. On Tuesday March 25th, I texted her letting her know that I would have to cancel the event due to the relocation. She quickly canceled my invoice which is fine but also sent me the distance to the new venue and the old venue from my house stating that they are with in the same distance (Carson and Cerritos). That was unnecessary because I was not going to be the only person at the party. I emailed her twice and text her regarding a refund ($300) of my deposit. As of today, I so have not received my refund.
