Beautiful Venue, Disappointing Experience…read more We chose this hall's "luxury package" for our daughter's quinceañera because the venue itself was beautiful and fit our budget. Unfortunately, while the event eventually came together, the planning process and execution were disorganized and caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a special celebration. Disorganized Planning and Poor Communication On atleast two separate occasions, we arrived for scheduled appointments only to be told we were not expected, despite me having previously confirmed the meetings days in advanced. This lack of organization made the planning process far more stressful than it should have been. Communication Gaps and Missed Inclusions Everything was discussed verbally, leaving us with no written confirmation of the décor, setup, and package inclusions we had agreed upon. Our package included a complimentary pre-event photo shoot, but we were never given the photographer's contact information and were later told it was too late to schedule it. Three days before the event, I went to the venue for my daughter's practice and to drop off our flowers and alcohol and contacted Nancy for instructions. Rather than meeting with me, she texted requesting payment of the remaining balance. The payment was not the issue for us rather it was her demeanor. Once I completed both the Zelle payment and wire transfer did she come downstairs to meet me, and the interaction felt indifferent and unwelcoming. Problems on Event Day One of the most disappointing issues occurred on the day of the quinceañera. We had been told we could enter 30 minutes early for photos and the vendors an hour early to set up but we were not allowed inside until just minutes before the event began. This created unnecessary pressure and contributed to delays in the final setup. The room setup also did not fully match what had been discussed, and some elements were still being completed after guests had already arrived. Unexpected Charges We were surprised by additional fees that were not clearly communicated beforehand. For example, during setup our baker told us we were going to be charged for dessert stand risers that we had understood were included as this was also never communicated to us. At our last meeting with Nancy when I asked about the look of the final setup we were told decor outside the venue was extra. We wanted a walkway outside of the main entrance like what she advertises and had to pay an additional $500 for basic linen decorations. At the main entrance of the hall itself the decor did not match what had agreed upon either. Entertainment Issues The package included a specific DJ but a substitute was sent instead without our knowledge. Unfortunately, he was not provided our playlist by Nancy or whoever sent him. And despite me sharing the list with him at the start of the event, he played music we had not requested, and did not respond to several polite requests from us and our guests to adjust the music. Final Thoughts The venue itself is attractive and we made the best of it. But the experience was disappointing. We would have liked to be treated like this was the important event it was for our daughter and family. My advice to future customers is to get every promise, inclusion, fee, décor detail, and timeline in writing. Doing so may help avoid many of the frustrations we experienced.

From the beginning of my event until we left everyone was so attentive. The DJ they provided had great music, songs that will keep you dancing. Also the food and cake were great, all my guests were very happy with it. I love the fact that it had a private room for my daughter and all our personal belongings. I got the package deal and was very pleased with it! No stress. Allan is amazing, he stayed most of the night to make sure everything was running smoothly. He had great communication from the day we signed the contract to the week after my event. I have 2 more daughters so they will definitely hear from me and my family again!
