From the very beginning, Maria was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process feel easy and effortless--which is a dream when you're planning a wedding. On the big day, their attention to detail truly blew us away. They made sure to set aside a plate of everything that was served and even brought appetizers from our cocktail hour to our suite so we didn't miss a thing. They served us first at the reception and delivered sweets from the dessert table directly to us--such thoughtful, personal touches that meant so much to us! And the food? Absolutely amazing. Even our pickiest guests were raving about how delicious everything was! We had multiple people asking for the caterer's info because they were THAT good. We also booked our bartender through Gatherings N' Stuff, and from what our guests told us, he was a total hit! When we first started looking for venues, we had a few specific things in mind, and flexibility was one of them. On our first visit in March 2025, we met with Emil, the venue owner. He was very welcoming, friendly, family-oriented, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent from day one. He never pressured us or made us feel obligated to choose everything the hall offered. All selections and packages were based on our budget and what we wanted to spend. When I walked into the venue, I was immediately attracted to the décor, high ceilings, and bar area. Everything was very clean, the white draping made the space feel even more open, and the floor plan was perfect. I knew I wouldn't have to do much. I did hire an outside vendor to help with the themed décor, but almost everything else, including the plating, was purchased through the venue. As the quinceañera date approached, we met the venue manager, Lisa. She became our go-to person for anything we needed. She was very attentive and made sure the event was a success and that everything looked beautiful on the big day. The day of the event, everything went very smoothly. We had a venue host who worked hand in hand with Lisa. I forgot his name, but he was very kind and helpful. I had many family members say, "This place is beautiful! I never knew this was here." No one had any issues with parking. The restrooms were well maintained throughout the event, the food was ready on time (we had the fajitas, beans, and rice which was very tasty), the serving staff was very efficient, and the air conditioning was blasting and felt great (the temperature that day was around 78-80 degrees). Every area of the venue was operating seamlessly. All-in-all I am very grateful to all the staff at El Palacio Hall because they helped make my daughter's quinceañera a success. It's now 3 months before the party and the week after mother's day. That's why I booked a year in advance. She then tells me she has graciously refunded everyone's money who asked for it. The SFS city rep helps you with every question you have. They also offer a lounge for junior high and high school students to hangout. There's all kinds of activities for them to relax and hang out with friends after school. They always have a staff on floor to monitor them. That's pretty cool. Wished I had that available when I was a kid. They offer a lot of classes for resident and non-resident. I can't express how much I love this city :)

The set up was really nice the room was pretty big good enough to have 20 tables or so with about 8 at each table. Good size dance floor and places for a buffet style food, drinks and desserts. Overall a nice place to hold a wedding party or some other gathering.
