She went above and beyond to make sure me and my guests were taking care of. The serving staff was very professional, and there was even a bartender available for hire for the event which we did book so that our guests could enjoy a drink if they wanted. I have had many parties in the recent few years and this was a perfect location with plenty of parking for our guests. We will absolutely be back for another event and we receive many compliments from guests about how pretty the venue was. Every single staff member at the hall had their responsibility and they took care of us 100% and provided top notch service. If someone dropped food or spilled a drink they cleaned it up right away. My head is spinning because I'm thinking I have a place for a party, I have food, I have a dj, I have flowers, I have a photo booth, I have a desert table now I have nothing. It's now 3 months before the party and the week after mother's day. That's why I booked a year in advance. She then tells me she has graciously refunded everyone's money who asked for it.
