    Came here for a quinceanera. Place was beautifully decorated and held large party of 250 people with stage space for the band. Plenty of parking behind the church. A little hard to find follow directions from Yelp or mapquest.

The attention to detail in all of the décor was beautiful and made the entire event feel so special and elegant. Everything was set up perfectly and the venue itself was spotless. You can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the space clean and well organized. One of the highlights of the night was the bartender. The drinks were absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Our guests kept going back for more and everyone was impressed with both the quality and presentation. What really made the night stand out, though, was the owner. They were present throughout the entire event and constantly checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. They made sure my daughter, my family, and all of our guests were having a great time. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much and helped the entire night run stress-free. My daughter had the most memorable Sweet 15, and I'm so grateful we chose this venue. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful space with excellent service for their special event.

Third, the "palace" was poorly designed. I had know idea where gifts were to be placed and, moreover, there were random pieces of furniture, which had no relation to the quince. For example, one decoration (i.e., photo enclosed) was the cause of the quinceanera's dress being caught and nearly tangled by the decoration, which was not part of the party . Also, the food was weak at best. It tasted good but with the chicken was ONE stalk of asparagus and one small potato cut into four pieces. Read all the reviews and decide for yourself. I'm doubting the validity of the positive reviews. I would not book at this establishment, save your sanity and pocketbook.

We celebrated…read moremy daughter's quinceañera and it was always a great experience working with the staff from beginning to end. Since the initial meeting, we meet with Liz (Owner). She explained everything in detail and provided options. Throughout our planning- texting was an option which always had quick responses. The venue is such a beautiful place- we had the Ambassador room - which fit perfectly to my daughter's theme. The venue provided so many items- plates, utensils, tables, chairs and linens- which is great- a few less things to think of! They also provided a vendor list in which I used 2 vendors from - great experience with both! On the day of , the staff was ready and professional at all times. I had to move out the start time by an hour and they were quick to adjust. Throughout the night they cleaned up and were ready for the next item- cake cutting- late night snack. Overall, my daughter had a beautiful event and all my guests were happy and this is all to the amazing staff at The Rose Gardens. Thank you!!!

My only complaint with this venue is the lack of customer service the owner Liz Mejia has. She's not very personable and the relationship she sets is far from comfortable and secure, she has this "I'm far more superior" aura to her when she speaks to you. The process leading up to my daughter's event was a complete nightmare. We're opting to have my other daughters quince at the White House Event Center. All the girls there have been amazing & fun to work with. The Rose Garden charges certain hidden fees that didn't really make sense, & when asked to break it down Liz just mentioned that's just how they do it. There have been many reviews on the lack of transparency and vulnerability as far as how they speak to you as a customer. So that's why we opted to look elsewhere for my other daughter, wasn't worth going through the same nightmare twice. My only positive review for this place is Mayra! She was amazing and superb at helping me stick to my timeline throughout the night. She carried me through and helped keep me calm & fun. She was amazing!

We did a tour and loved the venue. Our event was mostly DIY which required us to maintain communication with Nellie to make sure we had everything we needed for decor and set-up. She also provided us with a great vendor list which we used to book our catering and bartender. The event was perfect, everyone enjoyed themselves and it was exactly how we pictured. Nellie was there on the day-of for guidance and additional assistance. I would definitely choose to plan another event here if the opportunity arises. The venue is clean and beautiful but Nellie's professional and kind service was the cherry on top.
