The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. The venue provided so many items- plates, utensils, tables, chairs and linens- which is great- a few less things to think of! They also provided a vendor list in which I used 2 vendors from - great experience with both! On the day of , the staff was ready and professional at all times. I had to move out the start time by an hour and they were quick to adjust. Throughout the night they cleaned up and were ready for the next item- cake cutting- late night snack. All the girls there have been amazing & fun to work with. The Rose Garden charges certain hidden fees that didn't really make sense, & when asked to break it down Liz just mentioned that's just how they do it. There have been many reviews on the lack of transparency and vulnerability as far as how they speak to you as a customer. So that's why we opted to look elsewhere for my other daughter, wasn't worth going through the same nightmare twice. My only positive review for this place is Mayra!
