Came here for a 21st birthday celebration. This place is not easy to find. Google Maps will say "You arrived" yet you don't see a place that looks like a banquet hall. Turn right into the cul-de-sac and drive though the open gate and turn left. Then you have arrived. Inside the place is spacious. The bathrooms are clean. There is a small bar and a dance floor. Beer & Wine are $6 and cocktails are $10. The DJ that was hired was good and had us dancing all night long. The security guard, bartenders, and staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure each guest was served. (There were a few late arrivals.) The food is cocked on site. The dinner salad was good. The entre was chicken with rice, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a bread roll. Unfortunately, there wasn't a vegetarian option so I had another cocktail for dinner, which is fine by me. Then if you want water after that they charge you $2 for water from Walmart. Water is a human right...but they will give you a cup and RUDELY tell you to get it from the bathroom. Used this venue yesterday for my daughters sweet 16. From the moment I walked in just to see the venue Carlos was so helpful. The food was good everyone enjoyed it we had chicken fettuccine and each serving was well portioned. I reserved the place for my daughter's quinceanera, everything was almost ready when COVID hit, I reserved the hall since November 2019, come April when it was date I reserved, it's when everything was closed due to COVID and we had to postpone, I was very understanding with the situation and postponed it like 3 times until my daughter was going to be 17 and she didn't want to have a quinceanera anymore. I called and Carlos and his wife kept giving me the run around because I wanted my money back, it's September 2023, 4 years later and I still haven't gotten my money back after all the promises that Carlos made that they would refund me. I was almost done paying for the party and they refuse to refund me my money. It's not fair that they want to keep my money for something that neither them or me had control of. I have attempted so many times to talk to them but I can't get anywhere with them I even went to court and of course they didn't show up. Do not book this place. I wish yelp gave 0 stars Both brothers Carlos and George have horrible business practices. They are completely incompetent. I called to see about booking this venue for my sons communion. I spoke with a girl named Britney who said they had one available slot in April I asked if I could put a hold on it until I could see it. She said they were unable to do that. I didn't feel con putting a deposit without seeing it as their policy is it's non refundable. She took my info and told me to go the next day between 2-5 so I did. I called prior to driving 45 mins and confirmed the date with Carlos. He told me to come on down so I did. I got to the facility and he said they were booked. I was furious since I said that I just spoke with someone, his response was "there were a lot of families so we booked it" but he said he would check their other location. He called his brother George and he said yes there was a opening. So I went straight there. I get to the second location which in my opinion is nicer and in a better area. I can't see the room because of an event and could only see it they the monitor which looks nice. We go over everything and then he ask for the date. I tell him again and he said "o we have something that day" but they canceled. Gave me all the details of the other party (a canceled wedding) and that they canceled the contract. He said it was mine and that he would inform them that it was booked for my party. I told him ok let me place my deposit so that I know I have it for sure. He told me let me just make sure they know before I take it come back on Monday to pay it, I'll give you a call tomorrow to confirm" I thought koo. Well Sunday came and went no call. So I call Monday afternoon so I can take my deposit and George answer tells me o yeah I was just talking about you yesterday, yeah the guy came in and they paid so they're gonna keep it" WHAT!!!! This honestly is the 1st yelp review I have ever posted. My husband and I just had our wedding at the Pico Rivera location on Valentine's Day 2/14/15 and we could not be happier with our choice. We received so many compliments on the hall, the food ( we had the lemon herb chicken) and the ambiance of the room. Carlos and ALL of the staff were so courteous and tended to all our needs. I just had my wedding here & saved tons of money compared to other halls!! Once the place was decorated it looked really nice! I got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was! It feels as if you are experiencing a small earthquake since a train railway is super close. Second the staff is very rude and pushy constantly hovering literally right over your shoulder to collect any and every dish. The carpet is tacky and floor could use a wax. Also bump up security because a guest at our event had their window broken while it was parked in their "private" lot. Was a guest at a sweet 16 birthday party on Saturday. My complaint is how horribly the venue is run. I'm sure our friends overpaid for what they got. We were served fajitas. We each had 4 small bites size pieces of chicken along with some slices of peppers, a scoop of beans and rice. That meal would not have filled the stomach of a 5 year old! There were carafes of water and tea on the tables. As soon as our plates we picked up after dinner the carafes were taken as well. If you wanted water they did not provide it. They forced you to buy a bottle of water for $2. Now keep in mind the party wasn't even half way over! They completely cleared the tables immediately which made the guests feel rushed and not welcome. You could tell the staff was not happy to be at work and couldn't get out of there quick enough. Then Ive hit my food limit and purchase more I request another table and pay for 12 meals. My mother goes to Carlos and ask for the same amount and Carlos charges her for the same amount I paid for instead of tell her It had been paid for. I told him he accidentally charged us twice for the same meals and swears we said 29 instead of 12. Had our vow renewal ceremony and reception at Fiesta Hall on sat., 6/3/17 and we are very pleased with how everything turned out! Carlos and Letty were great and they made sure the set up was exactly what we wanted. Our guests complimented the food, which was delicious! We had the lemon chicken with rice, and veggies. The staff was very professional when serving dinner, even served some guests that arrived after our dinner hours with no problem, serving the toast and then cake to our guests. We also included the lighting package for our event. Bernie was great! the lighting was not over the top, it was perfect for our event and the personalized monogram projected on the wall was perfect! My father passed away. We were making arrangements at Rose Hills Memorial and were looking for a place to have the reception after the burial. We all live on the otherside of town. The hall was recommended to us. Carlos was pleasant and gave us the funneral special. The cost was reasonable which included a choice of plate to be served. We initially made arrangements for 100 guest and if necessary they would be ready to accommodate for more. Just celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 on the 28th of May, and we have received sooo much compliments on the venue the set up was beautiful, the food was well proportioned, and delicious. The staff were on top of everything also in meeting the needs of our guests, and the price was amazingly reasonable. Carlos the event coordinator and Letty are very easy to work with. The only down side were that the restrooms need a little remodeling, however they were very clean. For us it was the perfect place and we are very pleased with our choice. Have to say I was disappointed. First of all, food was cold at food tasting and I asked food to be hot at our event. It wasn't, chicken was tough/dry and I don't think it was worth the money we paid. I mailed checks in for payment towards our event and they did not get applied to our account so they initially said I owed $1,000 more than I diid. I was told I would be called back on several event questions and I was not called back as I was told. I had to keep following up. We were told at food tasting that extra food would be given to us or offered to guests. It wasn't. The venue did not work with us on headcount reductions and they told me the minimum was still the 150 ppl I originally estimated. I probably should have started low and added on. I agree with other yelpers that the staff rushes to take plates and drinks away before guests are done. It made several guests, including myself, feel uncomfortable like we were being rushed out of the place. Not a way to make people feel like they want to stay if the venue is "pushing" you to finish and they stand next to the tables waiting to take stuff away. I understand water conservation but the stupidest thing to me is that they do not provide water throughout the night... Guests or hosts have to buy bottled water at the bar after dinner cutoff. Of course they are quick to tell you "it's in the contract" but I don't know of any other venue that does not give you free water. The little things can make a big difference!!! read more

Had my daughter's quinceñera here on November 1st, 2014. Carlos,Letty, and the rest of the staff were great to work with. The American Menu with the chicken, rice, and veggies was delicious. All my guest liked it alot and some even asked for seconds. There is plenty of parking and the security guards were also very cool people. I would've loved to give this place a 5 star. There's a few things I think they need to improve and that is the appearance of the facility. Don't get me wrong, it looked nice the day of the party. It needs some TLC and with that I'm sure it would be better, also no areas for guest to take pictures or to sit outside. Went to see the Whittier facility that they have looks better in appearance and has an area for guest to sit outside and take a few pictures. But from what I see the reviews for Whittier are not as good so I'm glad we had it in Pico. My Daughter, her Dad Michael, and I, were very satisfied with this venue. read more
