Trash venue. Don't do business here. They charge for everything including water, then rob you! Literally, you're offered water at dinner and then after dinner you're charged $2 per water bottle. Also, there was a group of girls that came into my niece's party and stole all her party favors at the entrance. The security guard and another girl played look out while it occurred. This is our first time at Fiesta Hall in Whittier our friends invited us to attend their daughter graduation party at Fiesta Hall. The hall is very big with separate room to have specials occasions like partys,wedding reception,graduation party and many more. Our friends book a small room for their daughter graduation party the room was a good size also haveva dance floor. They say comes with refreshments,appetizers and dinner but there's a bars but you have pay alcoholic drink. They serve dinner for dinner they serve chichen with vegetables and rice and Puff pastry bread. I am beyond disappointed with this venue. I recently visited with my party planner to finalize the setup for an upcoming event, and I was shocked at what I saw. rug was absolutely disgusting--stained, smelly, and clearly not cleaned in a very long time. It's clear this hall is poorly maintained. If I hadn't brought my planner with me, I might not have noticed how bad things really were. Thank goodness we did, because we will NOT be hosting anything here. If cleanliness and presentation matter to you (as they should!), avoid this place at all costs. Hosted a cheer banquet at this location for about 225 people. Pricing was very reasonable, the large hall was very spacious for the amount of guests we had, including space for a dessert table(s) and Photo Booth. We had our own entrance and restrooms considering they have another connecting hall that's smaller. Karina was great to work with and kept contact with me from the start to finish! We had a memorable party at Fiesta Hall last night for my daughters high school graduation. The hall was clean and spacious, bathrooms were also clean and nice. I thought the meal was one of the best I have had at hall and served hot. We had the glazed chicken with roasted potatoes and rice. The chicken was tasty and roasted potatoes were delicious. They make their own rolls and they are really good, I'm glad we ordered an extra basket for the tables. There is security at front and back of venue which is nice, I thought the staff and bartenders all were attentive and quick. The boss and management were very accommodating, I appreciate them and for being on site during the party, it is comforting to know the people that are helping you book and plan are there with you during the event too. I booked an event in the Whittier location, unfortunately we had to cancel and gave them over 7 month notice hoping to at least get partial refund. I have been trying to get ahold of George Lartundo, the owner, with no success!! The event coordinator Karina Reyes, states we need to talk to him about it because she has no say. I have sent multiple messages, countless voicemails and nothing in return. If I am unable to get any money back, I completely understand but the decent and professional thing to do is to return a text message. I have only been a guest here at one party, but I was honestly extremely impressed with how clean, comfortable and beautiful this place was on the inside!! My friend booked the place for his mother's 80th birthday and said that it all went off without a hitch. DJ and band played music and the sound was great! Lots of room to dance. Food was really delicious. Bathrooms were clean. My friend's family played a movie/slideshow and you could see everything just perfectly. I would not hesitate to book this place. Recently attended a wedding here, the employees made the bride cry due to mistakes, they overcharged for many things, rude employees, the owners niece jazmine who worked there was completely rude. Completely unprofessional, table clothes were dirty,bathrooms were gross, they couldn't accommodate any of the requests they agreed to. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere. Where to begin. Well first of all my cousin wasn't able to get a contract in writing the very first day when she got a quote pre covid. Our bad but every time we went back, we never got anything in writing with Jazmin. Then covid came and it got postponed for a year. They never called my cousin to let her know when she could have her wedding instead my cousin had to keep calling to see when we could re book it. With 2 months notice, we got the ball rolling for a June wedding. She goes back to the hall to review what she's getting after making her deposit and turns out the only thing you get when you book is white table covers and a colored runner. If you want anything else, it's an additional charge. The chairs the package comes with are ugly red cushioned ones and if you want nice looking ones, you have to pay extra. Next we weren't able to try the food due to covid. She was able to get 2 plates to go on different days and that was barely a "food tasting". We just had to pick whatever. The day before the wedding, they call to say that the $450 keg she ordered (Heineken) wasn't available full, they could only get half a keg. They also gave us modelo half keg and supposedly it was a half but the expensive beer she purchased ran out within an hour of the wedding. We were also told the day before that they could no longer provide the free coffee that came in the contract. Jazmin said it was due to covid but the owner George said it was due to kids getting burnt. We were able to get coffee on the day of. All we had to do was complain apparently. George seemed chill on the day we talked to him but the girl who was helping us the whole time had attitude and it felt like she kept changing what was promised to us. The water was free before and during dinner (from Waiters) but afterwards they sold us water bottles and they became $2 each. Sodas were also $2 a can. Drinks were also expensive. My cousin wanted a bottle for shots and we were charged $220 for a bottle of Don Julio. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. My cousin cried multiple times due to the changes, overcharging, contract changes etc. Lastly, we had noticed the white table clothes were dirty and we told George the day before and he said well we use them all the time and they never changed it out before the wedding. The men's bathrooms during the wedding were not clean according to guests. The floors are carpeted and aren't the cleanest. The room they provide for the bride is a bathroom with a small couch. Barely enough room for 3-4 peopel. She sat next to a urinal right before she walked out for the ceremony- not ideal. So frustrating having an event here. Our experience was excellent. The waiters were on top of everything! Our guests had their food brought right away, very professional. They were fast and quick and honestly I was so impressed at their level of professionalism. Our guests throughout the evening were very impressed. The hall was clean and the room temperature perfect. The food was delicious!!! We ordered the birria plate. Portions were also perfect. Security guards were on top of it too!!! We had no issues at all! It was perfect! The hall is nice, the dance floor is nice. The staff and security not so much. The bartender was unhappy with people as soon as it was open. The security is the worst part. It's understandable that they check bags, purses and other type of carry on stuff before you enter. This is the juicy part, and this is for all the woman who carry purses, the security got caught more than once going through purses left unattended while the party was on-going. They got caught and called out and his excuse was "some one at the table gave him consent". We asked the people at the table and no one had given consent. I had my daughter's XV 2 weeks ago and customer service was good up to the event. The waiters were rude, I paid for an additional table that they never put and I brought it up before the event and was not added. I paid for 150 water and sodas and they only brought out 2 cases of hot water and no sodas. My guest had to buy them. There was a water leak above one of the tables and they ignore it and had to move my guest. I brought 30 apple cider bottles for the toast and not all guest received them nor were returned back to me. I had to ask the waitress 4 times to pass out the cake because my guest were leaving and it took them over 1 hr to pass some out and again there was a lot left over and was not given back. Mind you the cake was for 200 people. The manager George was rude, ignored all my petitions and concerns that were brought up all night. Look out for your centerpieces. My guest told me after that the waitress had taken their centerpiece. This place is beautiful but I have to admit the price and service were not the greatest. My sister had her quince here and many guest who attended received food poising from bad chicken. When my parents called to confront him about it he never took blame and said it's because of the adults drinking but children who don't even drink had it also. Instead of trying the resolve the problem he brushed it off and nothing was done. He was very unprofessional and did nothing about it. My sister paid a ridiculous amount per person for "birria" to be served with rice. The birria did not taste like birria, it was a even an insult to birria to say that it was birria. I attended a wedding reception and a hip hop show here. Not the same event, of course. For the hip hop show, the venue was called the Manhattan Lounge and there's actually a nice neon sign outside. The security guards make you wait outside in a line to hype up the place, which I think is a lame marketing idea. Average beer price was $7 and mixed drinks around 10. They also have a makeshift VIP lounge and bucket of beers on ice. The sound, lights, and small wood dance floor that is set up for wedding singers and bands actually works nicely for the show. Restrooms were clean, plenty of stalls, well lit, and I think the men's restroom had an attendant. Plenty of street parking and a private lot. read more

Jazmin also stated they would be hosting party's starting June 1,2020 which is in direct violation of LA County's Safer at Home Order! Please don't book this venue. Learn from my mistake. Attended a wedding reception here on Saturday 11.28.15. Customer service was not great at all. Took me like 30 min to get food served...COLD food. The servers didn't pay attention. When we booked this place with George the manager he gave us his "personal" cell number because we mentioned that it seemed so difficult to get a hold of him. So we felt good after that but we later noticed it was the same. He would never answer our calls or return any. A month before our wedding we went to talk to what I am going to assume second in charge since George was never around and I told her I did not want a specific staff member working the event due to a personal reason. She told me no problem. So the day of my wedding my mother calls me to tell me that certain staff member was working my wedding. I called George and by surprise he answered and I told him what was going on and that he needed to fix it now before I arrived. Never apologized but instead gave me and my husband the worst attitude. The servers were the sweetest lady's. If it wasn't for them I probably would have taken my wedding somewhere else because I was so upset on my wedding day. George is very unprofessional and what get's me mad is the fact that the first time we met him to take a tour of the venue was the one and only time he was professional and nice. So we felt as if we got "suckered" into signing the contract with them. Weeks later I found out from some of my guests that he was at the bar most of the night and just didn't seem to be approachable, life if he didn't want to be there.
