Ok so I spent over 10k on an event where I even opened a tab on my credit card for my guest. I spent over 2k on drinks and telling them I didn't want my guest to pay for anything well that didn't happened they were charging them anyway. They started the tequila shots good at the beginning and then I caught them only serving half the amount but still charging the same amount. Ok so I started by telling you to keep eye I personally saw there staff helping selfs to some special treats that I purchased for my guest they would fill up there plates walk in one door and go out the other they thought no one was looking but I saw them personally. Crooks I also reach out to there management expecting a call back I guess they didn't think this mattered I told them that there staff needs to come to work properly dressed the bar tender could use a belt he was sagging with his pants half way down his butt and working along side with Christine who at no point said anything. Before we locked in out event we told her our guest would be bringing bottles as gifts and asked not to turn them away well that didn't happened. 30 min before my event was over they start to pick up the bows of the chairs as if dough telling my guest the party was over . My event was paid up to 12am. Ok and here is the big shocker who in there right mind puts a security guard to turn on the lights before the event is over and stand in the middle of the your event. I explained to them this was wrong and ignored me this isn't a prison where guest have to be ushered out we don't need a chaperone. If I spent this kind of money for one night have the respect and decency to honor a contract and specially you have been doing this for long time. This is very unprofessional as a business owner this doesn't flow. I wouldn't rent this place again so if I was you I'd check out other places that don't act like this place did.

Most venue or event spaces tend to be very large, this was enough to accommodate about 70 people, hairs and table rentals included. You will need to provide your own tablecloths, tableware and catering. Single gender neutral bathroom in the rear of the space but is quite visible to all. Plain white walls lend themselves to your imaginative design. The event I attended was a gender reveal, there was a very nice balloon background on one side, and about four buffet tables end to end, holding snacks, favors and gift bags. Spacious enough for everyone to mingle. Lots of parking but lunch hour was quite busy and I had to park towards the rear of the property.

Based on our experience, we feel completely taken advantage of. Josue and his team handled our event very poorly and we left extremely disappointed. We had an event yesterday for approximately 230 guests and these were some of the major issues we experienced: 1. Tables/seating were changed without notice. The day before the event, we went to the venue and saw two tables that had 14 seats each. We planned our seating chart based on the setup they showed us. When we arrived on the day of the event, those tables only had 10 seats each, with no prior notice. We were told the owners no longer allowed 14-seat tables. As a result, 8 of our guests had nowhere to sit and those seats were not properly accommodated at other tables. 2. They ran out of food despite our confirmed guest count. During the event, Josue told us they had served 230 plates and were out of food. We had approximately 15 confirmed guests who did not show up, plus the 8 guests who were affected by the seating issue. So how did they run out of food? We also brought pizzas specifically for the kids. The numbers simply did not make sense to us. 3. We were asked to pay for additional food in front of our guests. This was one of the most embarrassing parts of the entire experience. We were told, "We ran out of food, but the chef is here and he brought extra food, but you have to pay him." We made our payment to Josue's husband (why would we have to pay him?) If additional food was needed, there should have been a professional and discreet way to handle that--not approach us about additional payment in front of our guests. 4. "Valet parking included" was misleading. We were told valet parking was included, but we were never clearly informed that it was limited to a very small parking area. Once those spots were full, guests were expected to park their own cars. This should have been clearly disclosed beforehand. 5. Only one bartender. For an event of approximately 230 people, having only one bartender resulted in very long lines and unnecessary delays at the bar. 6. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, several staff members were rude when guests asked for assistance. There was also a woman who Josue said had been sent by the owners, and from the moment we arrived, her attitude toward us was extremely rude and unwelcoming. 7. We were charged additional money for the TVs. Our contract included four TVs to display photos during the event. Later, we were told that we needed to pay an additional fee to use them and there was no guarantee that they would work.This was not what we understood from the contract, and any additional charges should have been clearly disclosed before the event. We spent a significant amount of money to celebrate an important occasion with our family and friends. Instead of being able to enjoy the day, we spent a large portion of the event dealing with problems that should never have happened. PLEASE, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BOOKING THIS VENUE. I am sharing our experience so other families can ask the right questions and know exactly what they are paying for before signing a contract. We expected professionalism, transparency, and proper service. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced.
