Drinks are reasonably priced and glad to see they offer bottle and champagne service. A bottle of Veuve Clicquot set me back $140 and drinks were around $14 each. Nice sofas. Wish they had more than one bathroom though! The bartender that served us was real nice and he poured some strong drinks and generous shot pours :) Different views than say POV but great views of the Potomac and Gtown.

A chic place in Georgetown with a great view. The location and the atmosphere are definitely a great place to grab a drink or two after shopping. However, the place is quite expensive and there's no full service ( at least when I went on a Friday afternoon). Overall it's is a great location and worth a visit.

After miscommunication about their official opening date (thanks Thrillist! tsk tsk) and turned away the first time due to a closed party, I came back at the manager's request and was able to check out the Observatory Rooftop Bar and Lounge for some cocktails this past weekend. All Cocktails are handcrafted or you can choose from their wide selection of liquor. Sit and admire the Rosslyn and DC monument backdrop. The bar and lounge is beautiful: Wood patio, glass, wicker furniture reminiscent of a Miami escape, but panoramic views of Rosslyn and the DC monuments, tres sexy. Finally a beautiful rooftop bar and lounge on top of the Graham Georgetown Hotel open to the public just in time for the spring/summer 2013! 3000 square foot rooftop bar and lounge to be exact- Just what DC needs!

If your looking for an excellent place to unwind outside during the spring and summer, The Rooftop of the Graham Hotel is just about the best public rooftop bar to do so in DC. Table service is reasonable and you can drink champagne all afternoon comfortable couches. The drinks are excellent and the service is first rate. When it comes to planning a party, the staff is very accommodating. The views are beyond fabulous at The Rooftop. They aren't as monument specific as the terrace at the W, but the view of Georgetown, DC and Virginia are unmatched by anything similar. At sunset this is the best place to be in the city to see the lights and look upon M street. Tip: Have dinner at The Alex downstairs, this place is pretty killer as well.

No drink menu, only bottle service menu. No food (the website says they do) and no happy hour. There is a dress code. No athletic wear. I wanted to like it but it really was less than stellar. You certainly pay for the view which is just ok.

Amazing views and delicious cocktails. Come dressed to meet their dress code and you won't be disappointed

3 1/2 stars. Located in the Graham hotel, this place has a really good rooftop view of Georgetown. The ambiance to me was their best attribute. The Friday night I went though, It was kinda empty. Not sure if it was a slow night. Service and drink prices were pretty standard for DC. I'd say my experience here was pretty decent.

We also ordered 3 rounds of drinks so 6 total and we each loved everything so I think you can't go wrong. I will say the Take Me Out was pretty sweet but I was in the mood for it at the time.

Luckily, I got seated immediately at the bar without a reservation. Very chilled vibe…read more I can usually tell when service feels genuine, and somehow the bartenders here made everyone feel genuinely engaged while naturally knowing when to give you space. The cocktails are interesting and thoughtfully created. Unlike a typical mezcal-based cocktail, Promiscuous wasn't tropical or fruity at all, but more spirit-forward with a little spice. Highly recommend. It made me curious about what else they could offer. I noticed almost everyone was doing the $48 four-course tasting experience, so I decided to give it a try. Although I'm not a big fan of deep-fried food, I actually really liked the coconut shrimp tempura. Among the four courses, the yellowtail "roll" was the most special. It's not really a roll in the traditional sense -- crispy on the outside, with the yellowtail wrapped around it in a very creative presentation. The portion of the four- courses was surprisingly generous; I ended up taking most of it home. Since I Left You is an Old Fashioned variation with miso, blackberry, cardamom and cacao. If, like me, you dig creative takes on an Old Fashioned, don't miss this one. I came in just looking for a chilled place to have a drink, and ended up staying for the whole experience. That probably says enough.

Cocktails have become trendy and mostly a lazy combination of a spirit, simple syrup and a fancy-sounding ingredient. Not here. Each combination is crafted and tastes delicious. One sign of a good cocktail to me is that it has balanced flavors that somehow combine well together to create complexity that works. It did here. Our bartender was knowledgeable and guided me well after I shared my preferred spirit and flavor profile. The martini I had was off-menu and well prepared. Nostalgia for days of yore when only a handful of places in NYC were known for "cocktails" - not every happy hour menu in town. We did get the happy hour pricing ($12/drink) and yes, 20% gratuity was included. The service was stellar so I would've done that anyways and had no problem with it being mandatory. I will add - someone complained about the incense smells and when I first walked in, it did smell odd. Over time, I saw our bartender switch it out and the second fragrance was more inviting.

I've been hearing about this place for a while now, so our daughter made reservations for our visit…read moreand we were not disappointed! We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was new and very helpful. The space is tight in there so walking back to our table was a bit of a challenge trying not to hit someone while they were taking a drink, but the energy is high and lively! We ordered cocktails to start, and there were so many interesting choices that it was a difficult choice. We all thought we got the best one! Every dish was fresh, flavorful and fire! The scallion lamb was tender and savory. The crab fried rice was total comfort food and I could eat this every day! All those flavors! The dish that stole the show; however, was the eggplant! Wow! What a wonderful surprise. Hot, fresh and full of flavor, the eggplant was perfectly cooked and we couldn't stop talking about it long after we left!

First time visiting this place after saving it on my list for a while now. Well, let's just say…read morethat it's worth the hype! Advice: sitting outside might be better in the cooler weather because we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes and fighting off flies. I really hope that they consider some type of nature oils near the tables to help guests feel more comfortable outdoors. Also, it would help to get more than one fan. Hospitality: aside from the bugs encounter, I would say that we did not have reservations (they were packed inside) so the hostess was nice enough to accommodate us outdoor. Our waiter, Anthony was a ball of energy and he really understands the dishes and was able to give great recommendations, some of which we plan to try on our next visit. Portions: the dishes are shareable so we only ordered the beef noodles and walnut shrimp and both were more than enough for a party of 2. DRINKS: I ordered the dark and stormy which can best be described as not too sweet and perfect for anyone desiring a well balanced drink. The bourbon smash was also really good. Well balanced with a smoky flavor which I loved. FOOD: Beef noodles- gosh this was so divine! Be warned however, there is a bit of spice to it but nothing that you won't be able to handle. I think the spices paired with the preparation of the noodles and the beef all made this dish memorable. Walnut shrimp- another memorable dish which came with a side of white rice. The shrimps were HUGE! But the flavors on each shrimp paired with that crunchy texture and creamy sauce, spectacular! Safe to say that we enjoyed both dishes and cannot wait to return and reserve indoor tables lol

There was a folded standing menu on the bar and the first item there said the frozen pina colada was a special for the month so I was happy they still had it. What I got wasn't frozen and tasted awful, then I noticed another person at the bar with a frozen drink and looked up the picture on tiktok and saw that my drink was indeed in the wrong cup. So I asked the bartender (maybe I forgot to say frozen) if this was a regular pina colada and he said "no you ordered drink name xyz" with mezcal (which is why it tasted bad to me) I said no I didn't, I ordered the pina colada and he proceeded to argue with me with an attitude.
